I'll start this review by saying I am a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. Having said that, this particular location is proof positive that not all Chick-fil-A's are created equal. This is the location you go to to have orders messed up or better yet pay for something and then they don't give it to you at all. Due to my love for Chick-fil-A I have given this particular location multiple opportunities, and every single time they have dropped the ball. We aren't talking about special requests either, they screw up simple stuff like "I'll take a number one". Chick-fil-a is a family favorite and we frequent this location. They have always had issues getting all of the items that we order into the bag and this has only gotten worse. It use to be every now and again but now they miss something 90+% of the time. We have to check our meal each time before leaving and then flag someone down to address it. Tonight we checked things before we left but did not realize one of the items was missing again! I really wish that the quality control for orders was half as good as the food! I eat Chick-fil-A on the regular but this was my first time at this location and by far the best Chick-fil-A I have been to in this area. I can not stress enough the great costumer service I received during my dine in experience. After ordering our food it only took for us to find a seat for the food to come out. The area was always nice and clean. And while eating they always made sure to come around and ask if we needed any refills or anything else. I have chick fil a a lot and it's always great food and service at this location

I had Chickfila this morning around 10:45 and the food was awesome! The guy who took my order was in the lane closer to the building and he was tall and wearing a hat but I couldn't see a name tag, (maybe under his jacket?) Definitely a teenager, and over 6ft tall. anyway, he got my order right which is usually messed up, and was extremely friendly, and complemented my dog. If I see him again I'll ask his name, but whoever he is he's working at the right place and has awesome customer service. The guy at the window, Lois or Luis, did have a name tag and was also quite nice. Keep it up chickfila! read more

Supposedly I have terrible luck because every single time I've been to this Chick-fil-A they've gotten my order incorrect or I get a delightfully nearly raw chicken sandwich. Stomach issues also accompany the chicken strips and the single cooked chicken sandwich I've gotten here. Sorry but the supposed "best chicken around" isn't the best for me, go to Lanes, Canes or just get a burger. Also avoid this place in spirit night, it's a living hell. read more

The most efficient and friendly Chick Fil A location. I enjoy stopping by their drive thru and their staff always being so kind. They always ask about how I have been doing since the last time I have seen them and greeted with a smile. I never have to worry about long drive thru lines as their drive thru moves very quick and I get everything I need on average within 5 minutes. read more

Food is delicious, I've never had an order messed up, but the sheer amount of people who come here.. just no. The drive-thru line takes more than 20 minutes to get through. Fast food?? LOCUST IN MY FOOD - I ordered a chicken finger salad through the drive-thru on Saturday. Made it home, as me and my daughter are eating our food, I find a LOCUST or CAMEL FLY in my salad. It was embedded in a leaf of lettuce, so it appeared to have been in the container for a while...NOT just a day (as they claim their salads are made fresh each day)!!! This Chick-Fil-A is notorious for messing up orders. They always manage to miss an item in my order. I did a large order this weekend for my daughter's softball team. They forgot one of the items so I called them let them know because this happens so frequently at this location. The manager said he would deliver one for us at the softball tournament as it was 9 mins away. I told him that wasn't necessary and to give me the refund. He said he couldn't refund us so he would give us credits for a meal on our Chick-fil-A accounts. He couldn't pull up our accounts so he said he would text me two coupons for meals. HE NEVER DID. I am writing this review because they have forgotten items in the order multiple times throughout the past couple years. I like this chick-fil-A, though sometimes the sandwiches can be a little too salty, could go easier on the salt. Waffle fries are to die for. I'm Indian and I like my spice so I get a spicy fried chicken sandwich and a medium order of waffle fries. No soda though. Overall, I really like Chick fil A. I think that the overly liberal media has attempted to make a bad name for chick-fil-a however, it has backfired. Chick-fil-a is demonstrativly the number one fast food restaurant in the United States. It seems like no matter what time you come here, even if it is 2 o'clock in the afternoon, no matter what chick-fil-a you are at, there is always a line of cars wrapped around the building. The food is pretty good, but the service is phenomenal. There is a huge difference between the service of chick-fil-a and the service of other fast food restaurants. The workers are always very polite and I'm pleased that they have teenagers working there so often. The only bad thing that I can say is that I really wish they stop using monosodium glutamate which is a known carcinogen and is extremely bad for you. After a late night of work, I needed to run to Old Navy to return a few items after Christmas. It was Thursday, December 27th, around 7:30- 8:00 p.m. so everything was busy and hectic. After leaving, I was headed over to McDonald's and as I pulled in, one of the delivery/drive thru employees at Chick-fil-a was running with a drink in hand, chasing down a car, that had apparently pulled off without receiving their whole order. As I turned into McDonald's I looked up and the young lady was still running down the side of Stacy Rd- trying to get the attention of the car. I have always been pleased with Chick-fil-a, their food service and customer service is always AMAZING! Kudos to the young lady who was so thoughtful and caring. I have gone to the drive through my last 2 visits and both times my order is incorrect. Not exactly sure what the issue is, but I prefer the Allen location on McDermott, or Murphy on 544. Sandwiches came out in less than a minute, both cold. We complained to a kid who immediately brought us out another fried sandwich...cold. Fries...cold. waste of 16 dollars, only thing it bought us was a bad stomach ache. The 3 stars was because we went in a few months earlier and there was a very conscientious manager who always had everything hot and fresh (as can be in a fast food restaurant). I said I wouldn't leave a google review but it still bothers me how this was handled. To me, Chick-fil-A is high quality because of their stellar customer service. It was 7:30am. A ton of workers were at the store. And I was one of three people in the restaurant. I had my toddler with me. He was in the highchair. There were two employees walking around the dining area and two sitting in a bench near me (probably on a break but still) and then a ton behind the counter, probably doing drive thru stuff. Well I ordered my stuff and asked for an unsweetened tea. I get my order and they gave me a sweet tea. So I left my toddler in the highchair at my table quickly and went over. It took a hot minute for someone to assist me. And then finally they were like sorry and switched it out. I sat down again. I heard a man telling the workers "who did that? Really make sure you are paying attention to what you are doing." So I take a sip. It was SWEET, again. I go back up again, leaving my toddler in his seat...he wasn't far but I don't like leaving the table while he's there, for his safety. And like I said there were guys walking the dining room but seemed to be ignoring me. Ugh. So then I went up again! They realized someone put the unsweetened in the sweetened one and were talking about how they were just going to put a sign up and then another one was like no switch the bags. One of the girls kind of laughed like I've been up since 530 and I wasn't really laughing with her, because HA I was up at 330 with my kid but my brain is still working but ok. And so I go up to order one more chicken biscuit. With all the obnoxious issues already I had kinda expected them to just give me one. Wishful thinking I know. Haha. And the fact that they didn't isn't why they are getting two stars...but so I ordered it and then was like I'll just take it now, she was like no I'll bring it to you. I was like ok if your sure. I go back to my toddler again. 10 minutes later. Yes seriously. No biscuit. Sigh, back up there again. Took a hot minute to get noticed. Given one. Back to my toddler. I was so irritated at that point. Like for real. I had looked for one of those guys to wave down several times but they were sweeping the entry ways and stuff, which yes is a job but like I needed assistance, I was one of the only ones in there, like aren't you gonna keep coming up to me asking if I need a refill or anything. (Sorry still salty.) finally as one was on the way to the restroom, I yelled out to talk to a manager. Because I really didn't just want to leave a bad review on google because Chick-fil-A is not supposed to be that way. I've always felt like a valued customer there but NOT that day. And she came out and I told her and she just kind of kept smiling and said thanks for letting her know and didn't really apologize, just kept saying yeah well thanks for letting me know and then switched the conversation to my son and how cute he was which was appreciated but also kind of annoying because no I'm trying to tell you how irritated I was by the customer service today. At 7:30am, with a bunch of employees there and not many customers at all. Like come on. I was just disappointed and even how it was handled, I would have preferred something like a "I'm so sorry mam for this inconvenience we have caused you having to get up from your toddler each time and sorry we weren't on our A game serving you."
