This place is really good. It is kid friendly also which is great. We always see quite a few other toddlers when we bring our 2 year old here. They have great sandwiches, the place is very nice inside and I loved the chinese chicken salad. The kids meals also come with a tube of yogurt which my son loved. Oh and everyone gets a delicious chocolate chip cookie with their meal! One problem is that we once got take-out from here and my salad was wilted as if it was previously frozen at the back of the fridge or something. If you love Panera Cafe, then you will absolutely LOVE Paradise Bakery & Cafe as well! I'm not sure if they are owned by the same company but the menu and layout of the restaurants are the exact same. Avoid this Branch. I was so excited to Try the new turkey cranberry sandwich today. Unfortunately it arrived very soggy, including fingerprints in my bread. I sent it Back in Hopes of something better. Unfortunately, it return to me with toasted fingerprints in bread, and the turkey was not sliced and pretty like the picture; it was nasty chunky chicken-looking. My husband and I ate there yesterday. I had udon soup and asked for extra veggies. The extra veggies was a few leaves of spinach. My husband had a steak sandwich and I wish we had taken a picture. Barely any meat and all bread. The udon soup was so salty that I had a headache a little later, which I never get. Someone gave me a gift card for the place and I will never return. $28 for lunch food. VERY expensive. Wish I had regifted the card instead. read more

I've always said that if Panera didn't have such good food, this location would be out of business. On Saturday, January 2nd, they helped me prove that theory again! I phoned in an order for a Chicken Soup Bread Bowl. 10 minutes later I arrived at the store, and they took my payment. 15 minutes after that the manager came to me and said "We have no more Chicken Soup". I'd ordered it specifically because my wife was not feeling well and wanted Chicken Soup. How does Panera run out of Chicken Noodle Soup???? Do you mean to say that no one in the kitchen noticed that the pot was running low??? Read the reviews... This location suffers from Management "Mis-Management". They're always out of cookies, and about 1 out of 5 times, they're out of Bread Bowls. I wish there was another closer location...only the food keeps me coming back. read more

Visited 3/18/18, cashier "Maryann" did not greet us. She did not read the order back. She did not ask me for MyPanera card. Our order was a to go order, when we got home we realized the Brioche bacon, egg, and cheese had a fried egg, not scrambled and strawberry pecan oatmeal had no strawberries. Brioche was hard as a rock. Unfortunately, we have had this experience more than once. When we eat in, food always fresh, when we take out, it is hit and miss. Buyer beware! read more

It should not take 17 mins to make a latte, especially when I'm the only one in line. Latte came out lukewarm at best. I asked them to please reheat or remake. They said they couldn't and manager told me to use microwave. Fyi- Panera, you can not microwave milk. Try it. After 10 seconds it overflows.....after 20 seconds it explodes and it burns it at 30. It's the first time in my entire life that I've asked to have something redone or fixed and I go there 5 days a week. I am your customer and it's not a lot to ask to have something made properly and I asked very, very nicely. Way to lose a customer Panera. read more

Absolutely terrible. I used to come by here pretty regularly but the quality has tanked. A couple of weeks ago I stopped by for a couple of sandwiches and soup to go but for mine they were out of bread but didn't tell me until after I had ordered. Once I got home I discovered that my sandwich was burned on one side and the bread was soggy on the other. The rest of the order was just bland and unappealing. They supposedly have a "guarantee" but I submitted a complaint online and I was contacted the next day with nothing more that "thanks for letting us know." A couple days later I get another email asking me if I was happy with their response and I said that I wasn't satisfied at all and wouldn't recommend them. That's it. Two plus weeks now and not a word about a refund, a credit, a cookie to make up for the lousy meal - nothing. There are far better places than this so I'm done with them. read more

Fast and friendly service. Absolutely excellent Thai chicken salad. Great combo of crunch and spice, the peanut dressing was very good. Chicken was tender, and delicious. Chicken noodle soup good. I ordered the onion soup to go. The picture has croutons and cheese. I got brown broth with onions floating in it. Not good. There is not enough parking in this strip mall making access difficult. And when will Panera please redesign their restaurants!?! To go pick up is way at the back of the shop where you have to compete with the wait staff to grab your order from the shelf. read more

I just had lunch at this location and I was terribly disappointed. The food was good but the service was terrible. First, let me address the food experience. I had the broccoli cheddar soup and 1/2 tuna sandwich. The soup was sadly, mildly warm; borderline cool. My sandwich on the other hand, was delicious. Now for the customer service...awful. The woman who took my order made little eye contact and gave off the impression she did not enjoy her job. Furthermore, after our food came, the friend I went with received a stale piece of bread and when we asked one of the employees for another, the employee RUDELY took the piece of bread and then RUDELY brought back a new piece. In fact, she practically threw it on the table. Overall, the food was decent but the service was disastrous. Very disappointed. read more

I usually enjoy Panera Bread selections. This is the first time I have gotten a salad with bad greens at any Panera location. I did not feel like picking through & removing slimey, wilted greens. I took the salad back to the kitchen. I hope that the management gets a better handle on quality control of their produce. The free chocolate chip cookie did not compensate for the poor quality salad. In their defense, they asked me if I wanted to take something home or remake the salad, but I had lost my appetite. So I'm from MO and would love nothing better than to support a local co. St Louis bread co to Panera to now unfortunately Paradise. However I have not been to a Panera until today when they replaced a paradise bakery with this place. I generally get a club(pretty basic), bbq chips, free cookie with meal, and generally buy half dozen more cookies. So I go into a brand new store today. I realize it takes time to get the kinks out, this is not about service. Any ways, my wife always says Panera and paradise are basically the same thing, its just a name change. So I go into order a club, they took it off the menu.. I was very shocked and asked why-the cashier responded that she did not know why because its one of the more popular sandwiches. then I follow with another sandwich whole and ask to have some bbq chips- she said ok. my order comes out and its a half of sandwich, plain chips(because that's all they have) and no cookie. Honestly I could care less about the cookie but my nephew is not going to want to go there anymore. I miss the club, chips and I even like the cafeteria line. People want to see their food being made. and if you get just soup or salad you can go sit down and eat it after you pay for it. YOu don't have to sit and wait and wait and wait for it and hope that its right this is my first yelp, so I never do this. but I was taught if it not broke don't fix or f with it. its very strange to me that Panera adopts most all the menu changes the décor to look like a different version of paradise and then completely change the service aspects?? don't get it. as usual someones trying to save money and pad their wallets read more
