Had a hell of day. Picture walking over 3 miles with an infant cause you got a flat tire hell of a day. So while we were waiting on new tires, we were happy to find a jersey mikes nearby. I got the regular buffalo chicken with added banana peppers and a bag of salt and vinegar chips. It was solid. Could've been two meals, but why? Ended up walking to marble brewery and eating it there. It was little confusing that they handed up a ticket of our order. And didn't ring us up until we got our sandwiches. The people that work here are professional , friendly , very fast and I love them more than I like the sandwiches. I've been here three times and received exactly what I ordered . What I don't like it's that the meat cubes look nothing like meat. The turkey looks like a block of paste , just like every meat item. It's just a block of highly processed ingredients. You add enough salt , add jalapeños and it masks the meat blob slices. I'm going to go research how these gelatinous cubes are made. read more

We were feeling Jersey Mike's today and when I walked in, I had never seen so many people in a Jersey Mike's before. Apparently today was a day of giving in 100% of sales donated to the special Olympics. I had ordered the original Italian with banana peppers and an original Italian with no onion and both were really good. I did also pick up a mini tuna Mike's way, and it was really fresh and tasty. There had to be about 15 people working in this place and I've never seen more than three at once ever. I will see for as many people as there were service with really quickly. They got people in and out.. I also have to point out. The atmosphere seem pretty cool and upbeat due to the " day of giving". read more

It's a sub place, I love subs and could live and by them. Unfortunately I have nasty alllergy that tend to pit me against sub shops. Bells peppers! So I like Philly cheesesteaks but have to hack them and watch them be made The guy was new.. and was a wee challenge, could he stand up to the service!? He doubled checked the order made it exactly, and when he saw he brushed those death Peppers with his gloves. He changed them without to be reminded. I know there are those who see this kinda of oversight as being a "Karen" but a food allergy can will kill'. Service: outstanding!! Yesterday was their charity event and it was absolutely crazy in there! I have never seen that many employees busting their buns in a sandwich shop in my life! They were absolutely slammed but handled it like champs! My order was ready on time as promised, perfectly labeled and ready to go. Food: the sandwiches here are always top notch. My kiddo got a roast beef sandwich which she absolutely loved. The hubby and I shared a turkey provolone, and you just can't go wrong. This week's ABQ restaurant review is coming in a little late. It's been a little hectic. We came to Jersey Mike's (which was founded in Point Pleasant,NJ). The atmosphere reminded me of being down the shore! Now this place and another compete heavily back home and I'd never tried them. To be honest both places have merit (aka great sandwiches) and they're both different. What stood out at #jerseymikes is that they slice the deli ingredients immediately before making your sandwich. And the oil/vinegar "juice" they add at the end, which seemed like a lot, ended up being the perfect amount! Mark got a chicken cheese steak with mushrooms and peppers (it was delicious!) and I got a club. The sodas were also good each in their own way... although I personally kept going back to the vanilla cream! I was given the mushroom sub instead of the mushroom steak sub that was ordered. The mushrooms and peppers were floppy and wet, so not cooked at a high enough temperature and without salt that I could taste. I ended up adding my own turkey and mayo from home. A waste of money for myself. read more

Recently came here and it now does appear to be open. I ordered the giant for me and my boyfriend to share and the kids meal for my daughter. The employees are fast and are courteous employees. I will come here again! Also the food is tasty! read more

Very disappointed with my most recent visit. I can understand running out of portobellos, even though it's the new featured sandwich. I don't understand the slop they put on instead. They asked what they could replace it with and I said tomato. So they proceeded to grill it, partially, creating a wet sloppy mess of hot runny tomato, on my sandwich. Everyone has a bad day but at least try to pretend to care when working in customer service. read more

I popped in on a whim because I was driving by in the parking lot and was hungry. I've been in enough times to earn a free sub on the loyalty program and I have never been disappointed. I've been pleased every time. Today was different. When I walked in, I was greeted by two employees. One immediately tended to me and I said I needed a minute to read the menu. A third, presumably the mgr. started interacting with me and gave me a detail filled rundown of the menu including the one item not on the grill, the #96, which is the favorite of all the employees and a combination of two menu items while it is not on the menu itself. It's a super charged Philly and wow is it good!! When I declined to order that one because I was already set on my favorite, they offered to comp me one. I declined and thanked them. When I went to pay, he said hold on, they're making your 96. Wow. I was blown away. What a great customer experience and I have to say, the 96 was even better than they told me it was. I had to bite my lip and say " No, you go ahead Babe" as my wife scarfed down the last 1/4 of that Philly. I'm still a bit salty about that. If she REALLY loved me, she would have let me eat it, right? Now let's see if I can hold out a whole week before I buy another one, just for me. read more

I had a tuna sub, and it was bad. The bread was hard as a rock. Make sure the bread quality you're serving is up to par. Had I been buying bread at a store I wouldn't have bought something that stale, nor would I have sold it to someone paying for food. Be a bit more on that, please. The tuna portion was also half what it normally is. I get that companies are trying to maximize profits, but keep it up and you'll find customers like me going elsewhere. read more

Not all subs are created equal and this is the best Jersey Mike's in the state. They're fast, the people are pretty awesome at this location, and the subs are good. This is one of my go to places to brings subs back home when I visit Albuquerque. read more

I'm a big fan of "my hometown" Jersey Mike's but it sure was a treat for this Midwesterner to order my fave #13 "Mike's way with spices & dressed" with Hatch green chilies! Visited about 12:30 today and place was busy but plenty of mature (i.e., not 18-yr olds with Subway attitudes) staff kept line and sandwiches moving right along. Lots of friendly banter between Staff members and also with patrons, but it didn't seem to slow down the sandwich prep. First time I redeemed Shore Points and was kindly walked thru checking out using those rewards. I've never had a bad sub or experience at my hometown shop and nice those were carried through to this shop! read more

Went in for a Chipotle Philly Cheesesteak around 3m on a Sunday. I ordered online but unknowingly arrived early. The staff was polite and was able to have the sandwich ready in a short time. The sandwich was hot and the cheese was melted perfectly. I was also working on some documents, but forgot my pen and the staff was kind enough to lend me one. Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub chain - hands down. They have consistently fresh ingredients and good customer service. The other day I was accidentally charged for a larger sized sub than I'd ordered. They refunded me AND gave me a card for a free sub. That's good customer service! And I love their points program. There are no passwords to remember or cards to punch. Unlike others, they've structured it so it's possible to earn a free sub surprisingly quickly. Also, whoever named their "mini" sub "mini" has a great sense of humor. It always fills me up without leaving me too full. The "regular" size is great if I've skipped lunch or am really hungry. read more

Brother ordered from this location on Doordash and it was absolutely awful. Ordered at 6:15 and it arrived at 7:45. Cold, not the correct chips, and tasted awful. He tried calling but they won't answer their phone. Don't go to this location, I won't ever again that's for sure. read more

A reliable franchise, this location is fairly easy to get to and has friendly staff. Always clean. Coupons are typically from the Shore Points program (email and text). Not the least expensive sandwich chain but definitely a good quality one. read more

I went in to get my free birthday sub but I wasn't gong to eat it until the next day. I asked if they could put the dressing on the side and they said of course. They even put the lettuce and tomatoes in a separate container so the sub wouldn't get soggy. The ladies who took care of me were amazing. So friendly. And efficient. Really great customer service. Hands down the best Italian sandwich I've had in a long time! And wow what a great dining experience. Someone was sprucing up the dining area when we entered. Everyone was extremely friendly and they look like they enjoy their jobs. We ordered the Italian and a Meatball. I've worked in the food industry before, this family walked in, they were immediately greeted, and they knew his usual order...that's a really nice touch of customer service. Anyway back to my sandwich! It took be back to the days of when I was in 5th grade living in Chicago. Love, love, love Jersey Mike's! The veggies are fresh cut daily, they use deli meat and cheese that is slice right I'm front of you. The green Chile is cooked and delicious, just the right amount of spice. There are cold and hot sandwiches which you can choose your toppings. I recommend the turkey sub and the #43, Chipotle steak, mmm! The service is excellent, and the environment is clean. There is the Jersey Mike's sandwich club that you can earn free sandwiches! Cold subs are excellent - best club sandwich in town. The cheesesteaks, on the other hand, are so gross. Way too much potent cheese, not enough meat, dry meat, etc. I would get Charley's in the mall any day for a quick cheesesteak. read more
