Came here for breakfast and loved their breakfast sandwich. The bread was so fresh and delicious. Service was nice, but also could've been a little warmer. This is a type of place you order at the cashier, get a number, then sit. It was a bit chaotic and crowded, so I wish there was a better system bc I ordered, but couldn't find a table because people were saving spots while their friends/family was in line to order. I didn't have a place to sit for a while and it was a lot to try and fight for a spot. That was the only drawback. Will probably come back but maybe when it's less crowded.

Have been to their Newport location many moons ago and I know this location has been around for quite awhile... time to write something down. Awesome! Glace, cheesecake, cinnamon twist and horchata latte, all delicious. Bummer that the ice cream melted away in no time. Service, prompt and friendly. Ambiance? Cozy ant too noisy. 9/10.

Stopped by Pandor Bakery on Jamboree and had a really nice experience! If you're into French pastries, this is a fun spot to check out. I tried the Pandor Fog, a Nutella crepe, and a coffee éclair. Even though it was a warm day, I still really enjoyed the Pandor Fog. It was warm, comforting, and paired really well with all the pastries. The Nutella crepe definitely satisfied my sweet tooth, and the éclair was fresh and creamy. One of my favorite parts was just looking through the pastry case. There are so many different pastries, tarts, croissants, and éclairs that it's honestly hard to choose just one. The vibe is cozy and relaxed. Personally, I think it's more of a place to grab coffee, pastries, and catch up with friends than somewhere I'd spend hours studying, and I actually like that about it. Overall, I'd definitely come back to try more of their pastries. If you're in Irvine and looking for a cute French bakery, Pandor is worth a visit!

I have been craving a carrot cake. I saw that they sell them by the slices here. I have never been here before but it was nice to visit the place. They had seating inside. They have a big menu. There is something for everyone. They serve breakfast all day. I went with a slice of carrot cake and bread pudding. Both were super delicious. Would definitely come back and try their other items. The staff were helpful and I got my order quickly.

I've been here multiple times but this place is one of my favorite French cafe. The interior is small with table and booth seatings, you order at counter and sit yourself. I've tried the sandwiches, tarts, crepes, and coffee and all are solid. Sandwiches are generous with filling, also love the omelette since they don't skimp out on the portion. Service can be a bit slow at times due to business but I've never had a bad experience here before. This is my go to place is a have a French food craving.

One of my favorite spots! The croissant sandwich was SO good, and the chocolate cake was delicious too. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Definitely a place I'll keep coming back to!

Came to meet up with family for a nice lunch. For some reason they weren't able to process a gift card for payment. Service was not so great. Not sure if the young man at register was new but we ordered things, did not realize he didn't include them on our receipt and while we waited realized the items were never ordered and they were not coming. The inside and outside was busy with customers. The big table by the counter was reserved but no one was sitting on it. We went to the outside patio in the corner by the other restaurants. My savory crepe was cold because I waited for everyone else's ores to come. I was not too impressed with this visit but still enjoy the food, pastries and drinks.

Simply the best chai lattes and pastries in town. Great service as usual. They now have more covered patio seating which is awesome!

Rumi was wonderful with the kids, the snacks were cute (albeit pretty limited for the price--a small tea sandwich, a small cupcake, some cinnamon goldfish), they had a little dance session, and then did photos. Overall a cute experience for the kids. That said, I got a lavender latte and it was difficult to finish. The foam was like a salted caramel, which clashed with the lavender's liquid portion of the drink. There were a lot of lavender petals on top, which looked nice, but were bitter to taste. The latte portion actually tasted ok after I grabbed a straw so that I could drink it without the foam, but the foam and toppings just really threw the drink off. For $7, I expect harmonious flavors as well as an aesthetic look. I'd definitely bring my kid back for another Tots event, but I'd not get the lavender latte again.

Martin Diedrich is the original founder of Diedrich Coffee, which was sold to Starbucks in 2006, and opening the Tustin location marked a return to the exact site of his very first full-scale Diedrich Coffee coffeehouse. So when you come to Kean, you are coming to a special place that is tied to the history of coffee in The O.C. Needless to say the coffee is roasted in-house and is excellent. I always buy an oatmilk latte here, and the coffee taste is deep and aromatic. Definitely one of the best in Orange County for the pure quality of its coffee. For Orange County, the location has a nice community vibe. Eclectic mix of tables, but there aren't always enough of them, so it always seems packed. Staff are always extremely nice. Appreciating the history, great coffee, and community feel is one thing, but you should know in advance that they do not offer wifi here. That is my only complaint and the only reason this gets a 5 and not a 4 star. I suppose if they want to maintain a certain vibe they don't want people working there, but I would be happy even with a one-hour time limit on wifi usage.

It has more of a rustic cafe aesthetic and it's got a cozy and warm feel to it. We took a bit of time deciding on the menu since there were a couple of seasonal drinks like their Banana Matcha Latte, Banana Bread Latte and Honey Drizzle Latte. They also have a new menu of food items. I ordered the Chai Tea Latte with the Chicken Pot Pie (new) and my friend ordered the LaPaz with the Chicken Caesar Wrap. The drinks were super good. I really liked that they offer iced versions of both since it was a pretty hot day. The LaPaz is the Lost Bean's signature coffee blend. The Chicken Pot Pie was a bit on the soup-y side than a thicker broth, but the flavor was good. I haven't had a chicken pot pie in awhile. The wrap is a classic item on the menu. It got a bit busier after we ordered. It's definitely a good spot to go to if you're looking to catch up with a friend or if you are looking for a place to work. It is also attached to the Lost Vine, which is a good spot for alcoholic beverages.
