My go to when craving some chow mein noodles and teriyaki chicken. Food is always fresh and hot! Full of flavor and they stay busy so food stays cooking. Drive thru pick up after placing order on the app is my method. Usually a wait so I order ahead. Friendly service and they give you all the sauces you want. Beijing beef is a fav and always sweet fire chicken breast! Lots of healthy options as well ! Love the patio seating for them nice days.

Bigger Plate Bundle: Fried Rice, Honey Chckn, Beijing Beef, Sweet Fire Chckn, and Apple Pie Roll.
Gabriella M.

Ordered the bigger plate bundle. Just a heads up, you won't get equal portions. They stuffed a tiny box with one 1 out of 3 of the entree picks as they can only put 2 in the big box. Didn't expect or like that. They should put all the protein in the main box and then put your rice portions in the smaller boxes. Update: Both of the chicken entrees taste as expected. But the Beijing Beef has kind of a burnt/oil taste to it. Not sure if it's supposed to. But I'm not a fan of it because of this. Also, the Apple Pie Roll is gross. Tastes like a typical fast food churro except it has apples inside. Covered in too much sugar and cinnamon. Bumping to 3 stars because their Sprite is on point here!

Wrong prepared crispy almond chicken breast
Anna P.

Normally 3 or 3.5 stars pretty standard Panda Express, but today was different. Ordered the 2 entree plate with new crispy almond chicken breast and Beijing beef. They did not warn me that the crispy chicken breast was not in fact crispy because they prepared it with a totally different chicken with no breading. It was not what I had paid for and I would not have ordered it, if they had informed me it had been prepared differently. It looked disgusting with no breading soggy and over saturated in the sauce. It just tasted wrong, looked wrong, and I was convinced it was wrong enough to bring it back through the drive thru line to say I don't think I got the crispy almond chicken breast and they said "no that's it we just made it with a different chicken today", which honestly made me feel worse knowing they didn't inform me before purchasing it. They had an opportunity here to say I'm sorry you weren't aware is there another entree we could give you instead if you're unhappy with the way it was prepared. Yet they didn't. Don't cut corners on preparing the food right please! If you do, at least warn the customer when something I was prepared differently. I'm disappointed and now I'll be too scared to try the new menu items including this one in the future.

Kung pao chicken on lo mein
Maggie D.

I'm not a huge fast food person, and honestly if I have to have fast food, Panda isn't normally one of the few places that comes to mind as an "exception". But at the same time I've never had any issues with the food, or with this location in particular. It seems pretty clean the times I've been. It's usually fairly busy when I go in here, but the people working do a good job to get people helped and through the line with their food as fast as possible. They are also always nice to let me sample one or two things before making my mind up. For some reason I can never remember what I get between some of the more similar options, so the samples really help remind me which is the one I actually like! I remember way back when the honey walnut shrimp was new, and that's been one of my favorites since then. Weirdly though, I don't get it very often out of the few times I come here. I normally end up going with the kung pao chicken because we all know I love my spicy foods! It's mild on the scale, but it definitely has some heat... and those little black peppers are pretty hot!! I also like how it's a sliiiiightly healthier option, since the chicken doesn't have the fried breading around it. I think I like the lo mein better than the fried rice, but I'll go back and forth depending on what I'm feeling, because they're both kind of at the same level of being pretty average. I usually add soy sauce to both. It's not the most amazing Asian food ever, but it's definitely not bad either, in my opinion. And it's a good option if you want something cheaper and quick.

Chicken egg roll.

Since my husband & I hadn't eaten at Panda Express for months, we decided to do drive-thru. We arrived home with our food to enjoy. My husband ordered Beef & Broccoli. It consisted of 2 very thin small pieces of sliced beef & tough chewy broccoli that was half cooked. We both ordered fried rice, it was ok, but rather bland tasting. I ordered 2 egg rolls, they were under cooked. In the photo of the egg roll it shows the uncooked underneath of the wrap. So it was chewy rather than crispy. So we won't be eating there again.

BYO "Bigger" plate. Rice, chow mein, firecracker shrimp, teriyaki chicken, sweet fire chicken and not pictured... Cheese wonton
Dee H.

I debated back and forth between here and other Chinese delivery places I normally order from but since this place seemed like the better deal I went with them. But I will not make that mistake again. The rice was crunchy, and my entree selections were so miniscule my 13 y/o could have eaten 3 boxes of this and still been hungry. My children have eaten here before but I will not be returning. I'll stick to the real Chinese food joints because size wise and flavor wise, this was a miss all the way around... OAN the cheese wontons were delicious

Broccoli beef and Mushroom chicken
Johnny M.

My Broccoli beef and Mushroom chicken were both just okay. Not bad for fast food. My eggroll was fair.

Panda Express 71st and Mingo, Tulsa, OK

The broccoli looked like it was days old stewing in a pot. The meat seemed ok and service was good.

Orange chicken
Danessa S.

So I must admit I was not too happy when my boyfriend brought me Panda Express only because I'm the past I had eaten there and I did not like it. Well this day it was different, it was hot and fresh and the taste was amazing. I had the orange chicken with fried rice. Not spicy but sweet and tangy.

Close up of metal clip found in my orange chicken.
Jesse F.

This was going to be for my child. This orange chicken with metal was going to be for my child. Nobody answered the phone when I called about it. This isn't in the recipe for orange chicken, but this is a recipe to make me never return. Lucky I don't sue.

Busy place!
Johnny S.

Fast and cheap ! That's it! No quality but good service!

We went through the drive-thru, and I'm assuming the menu outside hasn't been updated in a while. I order the #1, Deluxe Hamburger. Now, I've done my time in food service. I know what deluxe toppings are. Nowhere on the picture or in the name did it insinuate it had cheese on it. So upon ordering, I ask for the #1 Deluxe Hamburger meal, add cheese with a Pepsi. The gentleman asks "so just meat and cheese" and my boyfriend corrects him "no, add cheese." So the cashier repeats back, "okay extra cheese?" And I'm shaking my head. I want one slice of cheese, with the deluxe toppings!!!!!!! Why is that so hard. I literally spell it out for him, I hold my boyfriend back and say "No, I'd like the deluxe hamburger, all the toppings included, just add cheese, please." Whatever, so he takes my boyfriends order then repeats it for us at the end "extra cheese" dear goodness I understand now that the conflicting menus are at fault, but I deliberately told him just one single slice of cheese. Once we are at the window (mind you we are their only customers, both DT and inside) the guy opens the window and holds his hand out for the card. So incredibly rude I've never been that rude even on my worst days as a drive-thru attendant. He didn't say one word to us the entire time, no smiling, nothing. I have 5 years experience in 3 different fast food jobs, so I KNOW the struggle with problematic customers, so I'm always mindful not to be one. But this worker was just plain rude and terrible with his job. Get home, and yep they charged us for extra cheese, which adds up when the meal for 2 is already about $30. Very disappointed this time around, but the food was perfect, so I am indifferent about them closing down.

I had driven past this place many times and I finally decided it was time to give them a try. It's a drive-thru with tables and chairs outside if you want to eat there (although most people I saw ate in their cars). The first thing that caught my eye was a bacon cheeseburger. How can you go wrong? I ordered the meal, which included a sweet tea and curly fries. I drove to the window and paid the lady and she handed me a drink the size of a waste paper basket. I had never seen anything this big. It took a few minutes but I was soon handed a brown paper bag and wished a nice day, or whatever. When I looked inside, there was the burger and fries but no ketchup and she had already closed the window. I was on the left side, so I would have to climb into the passenger seat to be able to reach the window to knock on it, so I went without ketchup and they lose one star. The hamburger was the best I've had since I moved to Tulsa. Hands down. The patty could have been a bit bigger but the flavor was wonderful. The bacon added to it, of course but the best part was that the tomato and onions and pickles were not processed (well, the pickles were). They were cut up fresh. Not like other fast food restaurants that use frozen and thawed vegetables. The french fries were curly and really good but they needed ketchup. I'll go again, and if they don't give me ketchup next time, I'll give them a copy of this review. The people there, by the way, are some of the nicest I've dealt with at a restaurant here. Just genuinely nice and polite.

The high energy music makes it feel like a party. It also has a very nice patio seating area. It'll be great once Oklahoma weather cooperates. I came in when they weren't busy and literally the entire staff said, "Welcome to Cane's" as I came in. Everyone was attentive and helpful and overall, they seem to have a great team dynamic between themselves, which is always a plus for the vibe of a place. My go-to order is their 3 finger Combo: three chicken fingers with crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, 1 Cane's sauce and a 22oz drink. There's something addictive about their sauce. I usually order an extra one to make sure I have enough. It's so good combined with the chicken and I even like it on the toast. Their fries are pretty epic as well. I like to mix the unsweetened tea with some of the sweet tea to get the right level of sweetness I like. The drive thru has two lanes, which will hopefully help when it's really busy. The setup seems to work. Overall, super excited to welcome Cane's to my neighborhood!

Encroaching on a seemingly crowded market can be tough but somehow Howdy feels like an already-established diner. While many newer burger places attempt to overwhelm the consumer, Howdy Burger's approach seems to be keeping things simple and delivering what the people want while staying true to the "burger joint" identity. I've had Howdy Burger 2 or 3 times through the years. My first visit was likely in/at Mother Road Market but a more recent visit was on October 29th (2025). In the midst of an economic stall (the federal government was shut down for 4 weeks at that point), eating out seemed like a luxury. I visited around 2pm for lunch. The weather was chilly and the staff was readily available. I was greeted and I browsed the menu for about 2mins before ordering. I ended up getting a single burger & rodeo fries. Afterwards, me & the lady cashier had a brief conversation about the state of the world as business was slower than usual. The restaurant isn't huge but it was well maintained. I sat near the West windows and the food came out shortly after. The highlight of the food was easily the burger itself. It was a decent size, the bread was soft, and the patty was just thick enough. Each bite was equally satisfying as they didn't hold back on the toppings. I will say that the fries are pretty standard, even with the extra toppings. I don't think the Rodeo Fries are worth wild but it didn't hurt to try. Lastly, I LOVE the variety of sauces they offer and the staff are happy to add them directly onto the sandwich or place them on the side. I've since returned to have the Fried Chicken Sandwich and it was just as good, if not better, than most famed chicken sandwich spots. I wasn't familiar with Howdy for a while and, as mentioned, there are many other places to get a cheeseburger, sandwich and/or fries. But what I like about Howdy is that they don't try too hard, they know what sells and they offer great service. Another blinked once, possibly twice, during my entire stay. Truly inspiring. Despite this overwhelming staff presence, it somehow took one full hour to get through the drive-thru. Sixty minutes. Long enough for me to finish an audiobook, reflect on my life choices, and watch three cars in front of me give up and flee the line like survivors of a fast-food apocalypse.
