They were welcoming, courteous, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. I've had a pretty rough and stressful few weeks, and although they had no way of knowing that, their positive attitudes and professionalism genuinely made a difference in my evening. Sometimes it's the small interactions that have the biggest impact, and this was one of those moments. Exceptional customer service isn't always easy to find these days, but they were amazing. Multiple employees saw me waiting but made no effort to ask if I needed help or acknowledge my presence for a significant amount of time (+/- 25 minutes). More concerning, I observed several employees arriving for their shifts around 10 a.m. and immediately beginning work at the registers and handling food without washing their hands. That alone raises serious health and safety concerns. While I've enjoyed the food occasionally, knowing that this location doesn't follow basic food safety ruins previous experiences. I understand locations get busy, but lack of basic customer service combined with apparent food safety issues is unacceptable. I'm usually a fan of Hardee's, but this visit was a major disappointment.
