After reading reviews I decided to try the drive through. I was not disappointed. The person who took my order was friendly and got the order right. The young man at the window was super friendly, too. I ordered the cub meal for my 87 year old mom because she doesn't eat a lot. I ordered the mushroom chicken, kung pao chicken and super greens instead of rice. I would have given them five stars, but the spring rolls I ordered my mom were a bit too crispy. Maybe a minute less and they would have been perfect. Dinner was under $22 and I didn't have to cook or do dishes. Win/win. I'll definitely go back. read more

I never leave reviews, but this interaction genuinely upset me. So on a Saturday I came by and got a large order to go with friends. I get home, I'm missing my meal and I call to ask for a refund or get the food the following day because it wasn't in my order. They say yes. I come in the following day, the shift lead claims she was the one who took the call and it was about price not missing food and that she will not give me the missing food nor refund me. She was not who I spoke to. She proceeds to argue with me and tells me the manager will have to review the video tapes and get back to me. A week later and no one reaches out. So I call again angrier than before because a week is more than enough time to do something. And all the same shift manager does is tell me to come in and pick up the food. I fail to see why it took a week for this resolution and me having to get upset for the staff to feel compelled to assist me as the customer when they messed up the order and charged me for food I never received and then argued with me when I was trying to politely get it corrected. This is why customer behavior becomes aggressive because I was basically called a liar and then no one cared to offer a resolution until I was mean. I will never go to Panda Express again. read more

My wife and I were traveling from Florida to New York and stayed overnight at a Home2 Suites by Hilton in Stafford VA. A very cute motel, very new and clean, comfortable room and a nice free breakfast. We were exhausted and decided to order food for delivery through Uber Eats. I was sick of burgers and junk food so decided on Panda Express hoping for some real, nutritious and delicious food. The food was delivered pretty quickly but that's the only good thing I can say. Probably the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We ordered Teriyaki Chicken, Chow Mein, Fried Rice and Broccoli. The Teriyaki Chicken was strange. It was probably close to a pound and a half of hacked up chunks of dark meat chicken. No breast meat whatsoever. Also, no taste. Where was the teriyaki? The Chow Mein was actually Lo Mein. It was probably the only edible thing we received. Not much taste, a fairly small portion, but at least edible. The fried rice was pretty much steamed white rice that maybe spent 15 secs. in a wok. A few pieces of carrot. Horrible. I occasionally make fried rice at home when I have leftover rice. Mine is a gourmet feast compared to what we were sent. The broccoli was barely cooked and practically raw. Oh yeah, we ordered egg rolls and spring rolls. Tasteless, greasy and barely anything in the wrapper. Just a horrible experience. Went inside to order for takeout. I immediately saw the cook checking on just a few of the entrees to see if they were low. Then I order and the entree I wanted needed to be replenished so I agreed to wait. That entree was not one of the ones he'd previously checked. So, I waited - a long time. Got my food and the black pepper chicken was just ok. I've had much much better at other Panda restaurants, it was somewhat bland compared to what I'm used to, plus the second entree, chicken with beans really had no flavor at all. Also, initially the worker put my chow mein noodles in the container and because one of my entrees needed to be cooked he sat my to go container to the side waiting on my entrees to be added, so they were cold by the time he added the entrees. The service at the drive-thru was rude and then didn't get the order right. "Would you like sauce on top", "Yes". Then receive no sauce on top or packets. Additionally the double chicken teriyaki is a single serving. I recommend physically going in to ensure they get your order right. read more

Tried ordering online just now and used multiple credit cards that were all good, but something was wrong with their website ordering. Called the Stafford VA location and spoke with the manager. She said that they DO NOT take orders over the phone and there is nothing wrong with their website. She was rude and didn't really care to be helpful at all. Rice is usually dry, and this Panda's portion sizes are much MUCH smaller than most of them I've been to. Tried again after a few months to see if they'd figured out why they dont have as much business as they did when they opened.... They haven't. I had never been to Panda Express before so I decided to park and go inside so that I wouldn't hold up the drive thru line. Once inside I saw there was premade food and proceeded to order. The man behind the counter was rather rude when I asked about other non-meat options but I ordered my food despite feeling rushed. I think it would have been nice if someone welcomed you and helped guide you through the process since it's a new restaurant in Stafford but quality customer service seems to be a rare thing anymore. The food was nothing special. Orange chicken is dry and all the food could use more seasoning. I got the wok style shrimp and super greens which was better than the food I got for my daughter and mother. The egg rolls and fried wonton were overcooked and flavorless. Be warned that the parking lot is very small and it's a real headache to get in and out of especially at lunchtime. I thought I would try this place out since it was new but I will continue to stick to my normal Chinese food restaurant. For a new restaurant they need to work on their customer service. read more

I got the plate with beef and broccoli, mushroom chicken and the chow mein. There was 2 pieces of beef in my food. Mainly broccoli. I got 3 mushrooms and 4 pieces of chicken in my plate. I was in the drive through one night and ordered their rangoons(which is my fav, the only reason I keep coming back lol) asked for 4 sweet and sour sauces and literally got 1 and a half.
