Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, but I especially want to recognize the gentleman and young woman working the To Go order area. They were welcoming, courteous, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. I've had a pretty rough and stressful few weeks, and although they had no way of knowing that, their positive attitudes and professionalism genuinely made a difference in my evening. Sometimes it's the small interactions that have the biggest impact, and this was one of those moments. Exceptional customer service isn't always easy to find these days, but they were amazing. Not my usual experience at this location which I've been to over a dozen times, but it was extremely hot inside. Seemed like the AC wasn't keeping up with the temp outside. To make matters worse, there was no soap in the bathroom. So the old saying goes, if I can't wash my hands, what is the staff doing. The food was ok but not great. Bad day for this location. Line of around 7-9 people for one cashier while the team lead is one of two cashiers taking care of a catering order. Then she sends the one cashier to fill coffee while we all wait. Bravo to him for doing it without question. After a long wait she asks for next person while the one cashier disappears. No apology for the wait or nothing pleasant but I felt an air of arrogance and did not feel as if my patronage mattered. I like Panera. I think you get more bang for your buck by going inside vs in the drive thru. Portions are def bigger inside. Bakery was running a special of buy with a drink get a 1/2 price pastry. I chose the cranberry orange muffin and had it later. Def didn't taste as good as I've had it before. Soup and salad was good. It's my old faithful. While traveling I stopped here on my way to NJ. The service here is excellent. Each staff member was engaging, pleasant, and welcoming. I ordered a flatbread pepperoni pizza and a coffee. I ordered chipotle chicken flatbread, chicken strawberry poppyseed salad, fontega chicken sandwich with wild rice soup (1/2&1/2). The flatbread hands down the best flatbread I have ever tasted, chipotle aioli sauce on it was like a dream, super delicious. Salad was equally good and chk wild rice soup oh yes that's my for ages. Panera is a bit pricey for the amount of food they serve, but I keep coming back. The atmosphere is nice. It's a great place to go with friends or to bring your laptop and get some work done. Everything from their cinnamon crunch bagels to their broccoli cheddar soup and chicken chipotle melts are good. They also have a nice bakery select to choose from with a huge kitchen sink cookie or bear claw. read more

Right off the Interstate so if the traffic has backed up and you're thinking you need a break then you'll do okay with this Panera. It's quite crowded though and the parking lot isn't exactly easy. Standard set up for a Panera. Wait in the queue to place your order. Some pastries are delivered immediately but for the sandwiches/salads/soups you get a pager and come back to pick it up. Free unlimited refillls of decent coffee and the soda fountain. Free wifi but during the busier hours it will cut off after a half hour. Some tables have power outlets. It's not cheap - $10 for a soup and sandwich with a drink. Or $5 for a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. read more

I stopped here after trying to go to the nearby Starbucks, since it was insanely packed with a line that went all the way to the outside. This was such a pleasant experience! It was very easy to find off the interstate and was centrally located near a target, wawa, and bank of america as well as a bunch of other stores and food. I was being indecisive about what i wanted and the gal behind the counter was really friendly and helpful. She let me taste their green tea before I ordered it, because I'm picky, and it was very good. She also helped me pick the cookie I wanted with my soup and salad. I ordered the chicken and rice soup and the house salad with the vinagrette - I always get that because it's soooo good. This is an amazing place! Lotsa places INSIDE to sit & enjoy conversation, coffee & a bagel. Staff are friendly & a shout out to Becca who took our order. For those of you concerned, they do have some tables blocked off for social distancing. I LOVE that you can get your own coffee, water or soda from carafes/dispensers. And keep your own cup! My favorite is their cinnamon crunch bagel & my wife got a whole wheat bagel. Almost felt like normal, though they do still require a mask to enter. Great vibe. Great space & welcoming environment to create connections & community, which we all need as we emerge from the CCP Virus pandemic. I worked at a panera way back when and we would've never have been caught dead with the poor quality and management that this location has. I'm glad I ate in so I could go in and get my Cesar dressing for my CESAR SALAD ‍.... i would have been livid if I left and didn't have that on my salad... Croutons were soggy. Broc. cheddar soup totally not the same delicious soup as other locations. Kinda watery? The steak paninis were on a totally different bread than what it's usually on - brand consistency is key. I've never had any issues with customer service but the restaurant shows obvious signs that it's rarely, if ever, deep cleaned. Dust, dirt, and trash under the garage cabinets, and around the edges of the carpet and tile floor, bathroom stall walls are very dirty, every surface area in the bathroom is dusty and dirty. Grime along the trim between the carpeted and tiled areas. The creases between the seat and backboard of the booths are full of dust and crumbs. I just hope they do a better job with the kitchen. Anytime I'm there I usually see employees doing surface cleaning, but it's obvious the restaurant doesn't do any deep cleaning. read more

This is a pretty big Panera restaurant. And it seems to be a pretty popular spot for lunch! The lines here can get kind of long, but the employees do a pretty good job of moving it along. The food here is good. I got their lunch special with Frontega Chicken Panini with smoked & pulled white meat chicken, mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions, chopped basil & chipotle mayonnaise on focaccia bread and the Chicken Noodle Soup with home-style egg noodles, diced carrot and chunks of chicken in chicken broth. I liked their chicken noodle soup and their Chicken Panini was good too. I would probably come back here. read more
