I was in the area and craving a burger so I came in for lunch. I've seen them many times on the internet/social media as offering burgers and was interested in trying one. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were moderately busy... I say that because I often see hardly any cars in the lot when I drive by around lunch time. My server was great! Very friendly and attentive and gave great recommendations. The menu is loaded with many interesting options for sides, appetizers, wings and about 6 burgers. I opted for their classic burger and their potato wedges. My food came out pretty quickly and was piping hot. I also got a side of their beer cheese and wanted to try a couple of their sides to dip my potato wedges into. The beer cheese wasn't worth the 75 ¢ it costs. But those sides sauces, which were no-charge, were really good. I tried the Jammin Jalapeño and the Mango Habanero. Both were spicy and tasty and tasted great on the potato wedges. The burger was decent, but far from the best I've had. In fact, there's a Chili's next to this restaurant and I've been there several times for burgers and those are much better than what I had here today. This one was lacking flavor from the meat, as it was too well-done (even for a smash burger) and it had hardly any flavor from the toppings/condiments. Overall, it was a nice lunch... I've given this location multiple chances, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. About three months ago, my wife, friends, and I ordered cheese curds and were shocked at the portion--there were maybe 15 tiny, penny-sized pieces. We also ordered boneless wings, which were noticeably smaller than what this chain used to serve. At the time, we brushed it off as a one-time issue. We decided to try again this week, and nothing has improved. I ordered a burger with mustard, and it came out without it. Not a huge issue on its own, but it added to the overall lack of attention to detail. My wife ordered 10 boneless wings, and once again, the size was extremely disappointing--small, not filling, and nowhere near what you'd expect for the price. Additionally, there was barely any sauce on the wings (picture attached). It really feels like portion sizes have gone down significantly while prices have gone up. What used to be a reliable place for decent portions and quality food now feels like you're paying more and getting less. We were given a pick up time of 7:50 for an order placed at 6:50. Turns out our order was done at 7:15. Our boxes were soggy and the chicken slightly warm. I called the corporate office and emailed twice but never received a response. I understand the website and the restaurant are likely on different systems but this is just not acceptable. read more

I don't understand a restaurant but doesn't understand the purpose of an appetizer. We sit down and place the order for our appetizer immediately with the order for our drinks. 10 minutes later we order our food. 10 minutes later they bring out our cold appetizer with our food And this is in a restaurant that is 90% empty at 11:30 in the morning It's bad enough that everything on the menu is priced 50% higher than it should be, definitely doesn't justify the price increase when the food is bland and colder than room temperature. I stood at the front waiting for somebody to help me for 20 minutes until One Of The cooks said that I had to go to the bar to pick up my order so not only was my food cold there was no napkins, no ketchup no sauces that I asked for overall service. Food and service was fine. Sat at the bar an daytime bartender did alright. Problem is when I got my tab I paid with my card and wrote 0 in the tip space as I had left cash. A few days later I saw that my original charge was cancelled and an additional $10 was added to a new total and I was charged for that. The manager said two checks with the same amount were rung in at the same time and the tip was added to the wrong card. Great place for food, drinks and watching sports. Most tv's and games by far. This is my son's favorite place esp wings and tater tots. Service is always on point esp at the bar. Service was terrible, our assigned server did not take our orders, our drinks, etc and essentially only checked on us twice. When ready for the bill server brought it over and I gave her my card only for her to bring my card back over to my husband and I, and then returned five minutes later to ask me for my card to run the check and argued with me whether or not she took my card in the first place. Only thing good about this Bdubs location is the food and the manager, other than that there were multiple dirty tables upon arrival at 12pm on a Friday and slow service. I went in to order carry out earlier today on Tuesday, August 19th. I ordered 10 traditional bone in mango habanero wings with fries, and soft drink. I also ordered a triple cheeseburger with fries and drink as well. Once I had paid, noticed that the price was a bit too much as I typically get charged about $32.00. Well, turns out she marked it down as 20 piece vs 10. I decided to ignore it since those are my favorite wings, until I opened the box and noticed they were extremely dry, barely a glaze of sauce on them. It was terrible. Then the cashier told me there was a shortage on carbonation for the fountain drinks, so I opted for lemonade. Turns out it was more water and ice than any lemonade syrup/ flavor. Unfortunately, I was already at home when I took a sip; so I ended up pouring it out in the kitchen sink. The burger was extremely salty and fries were way stale. I kept half the wings and went on my own later to the commissary and bought their mango habanero sauce for tomorrow. Services here have definitely not improved, disappointing knowing that same chains elsewhere are way better. My server was Ganiya. The food was great we ordered the all you can eat special, no complaints there but the wait was so long between rounds I was more hungry inside than before I ate.. Been going here for quite some time. It's pretty hit or miss. The chicken the last time we went was pretty dry and overcooked. The delivery process was a little rough through DoorDash but that's not BWW's fault and that's okay. The wings were really good as always. I got the Asian Zing boneless wings and the Parmesan Garlic boneless wings. The Asian Zing is definitely more on the spicier side, although it is not extremely spicy. The seasoning is really good and it has the perfect amount of kick to it. The Parmesan Garlic is just phenomenal. It all depends on who is working. I'd gone here probably weekly for almost six years and usually sat at the bar. There are great bartenders who know your name and take good care of the customers. "Hey we love seeing you here, you play great songs on the jukebox, etc" go a long way to make someone feel welcome. This is the place to come to if you want to watch a football game. The inside is set up into two sections, the main dining area and the bar. But really, it's one large rectangle of a room separated by a partition. The walls are adorned with large and larger screens displaying every NFL game being played around the country. I am a Seahawks fan and was visiting the area. Thankfully they actually had that game on one of the bigger screens today. The energy during some popular games makes this place real fun. I love the friendly rivalry that goes on in here as various patrons wear their home team jerseys. With regards to food, you come here for the wings. They have a scale on how hot to get your wings. Be careful as they can be pretty spicy. For how busy this place was, our server was very attentive and kept following up to check on us. Not sure why there are so many haters in the reviews. If I could give them one star, I would. This is the second time I've tried them in a week thinking the first time was a one off night. Nope, the boneless wings came out after 25 minutes dry and with dried out sauce on them. They looked nasty. I'm assuming that the tray sat under the heat lamp long enough to heat up the cole slaw because it was hot. I was only able to get one beer because it took so long to get. It sucks, in 2012 when I lived here this place was awesome. I would recommend that the manager get their shit together and pay attention to quality. This is the second time the cashier at takeout has given me attitude before i give my name and several items missing. I ask for the items and get more atitude. It's unprofessional and not necessary.
