What stood out most were the French fries: cooked to absolute perfection, golden and crispy. Service was decent enough and food arrived in a timely manner. Would definitely come back! Called Mo's to see if they could accommodate a large party at the last minute. Bartender said she was the only one working, but to give her a minute. After some talking on the phone, she said she could accommodate (she must have called the owners who came to the rescue). Our team of players and parents arrived shortly after. I was in the area and decided to stop into this little road house. The setup was very conducive to watching the big game, and Buffalo Mo's had a friendly, local atmosphere. I envision this joint as a friendly biker bar/local hangout. However, it was Buffalo Mo's food that really sold me. I had jalapeño and cheese burger and a round of delicious onion rings. My burger had a nice, slow burn and was very hearty. I did think the burger was a little too well-done for my taste, but my onion rings were right on point. Decided to give this place another try. The only server that was working named Erica was rude and rushed for me to close out.. Low & behold I see her at the bar getting drunk once she got off work; even though the place was full. Tried this place for the first time tonight, service was non existent. The one waitress was rude, face turned up rolling her eyes. Skipped over our table and served 2 other tables multiple times. I didn't get her name because she never came to serve us. The other waitress waited on the table behind us twice and never said a hello. She went to the table next to us multiple times as well. After 20 min I was fed up and went to the bar to speak with the manager. She then comes up behind me to ask what I'd like to drink. I replied absolutely nothing. The guy next to me offered to get whatever I wanted and I declined because now you won't get my business. The manager offered us whatever we wanted on the house. I declined that as well and left. I don't know what the waitress's issues were tonight but I won't ever go back. The one star is ONLY because I had to give a star to rate the place. read more

A friend suggested I stop in here and try their steak & cheese sub and to get it with the onion rings in lieu of the fries... What a GREAT suggestion that was!! The place it a typical bar with loud rock music playing inside, pinball machines and lots of beer in bottles and on tap, but the vibe and staff are decent. The lady taking care of me was hustling, as she was the bartender, server, etc and the place was nearly packed on a weekday for lunch. But the food service was prompt and the food was fresh! Their onion rings are clearly made-to-order (dipped & fried) as they were perfectly tender and the breading would fall right off if over-handled. The flavor was sort of a lighter version of the Bloomin Onion from a popular steak chain. They came with a decent southwest ranch to dip them in and they were really good! The steak & cheese sub was packed with fresh steak, which tasted like it was ribeye, definitely not a nasty frozen, mass-produced sub meat. The cheese was incredible, soft and very stingy and abundant! It comes with diced onions and mushrooms, but I chose jalapeños in lieu of mushrooms and they added a very nice spice to the sub! Even though my server was crazy-busy, she kept my Pepsi refilled and checked on me frequently. This thing was so good, I got an extra one to bring home to family. We ordered the Reuben egg rolls that were the St Paddy's day special, along with a steak quesadilla and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. We ordered one thing..... a crab pretzel and it took an eternity to be completed and because of the time it took to make this creation I had high hopes of it being edible. I was very wrong. It was an overpriced Mr. pretzel with fake crab and the greasiest cheese available. I felt so uncomfortable after being touched a second time, I waited in the car for the food. We're new to the area and are trying out different places to figure out our go-to place. We like to try wings, burgers, and a specialty item and then split everything which makes for a fun at-home date night. We ordered wings, a burger, and Mo rolls for takeout. We got there early so we went inside and had a drink. Drinks: Awesome! They are perfectly priced for the amount of beer and they had a great selection. The hubs and I were super pleased. Service: Friendly. The bartenders checked in on us a couple of times and kept us up-to-date with how long the food was taking. Atmosphere: Definitely a local's crowd. It was clear that several people knew each other at different tables and the bartenders were calling customers by name. It was loud but not too loud. We could still have a conversation and easily be able to hear each other. The chairs are in need of repair -- the stuffing was come out in a terrible way and I didn't really want to sit on it. It's been a hard year for businesses so I'm sure it's something they'll deal with when things get back to normal. And now the food: I really wish we could do half-stars (and if we can, I'd add another half!). Wings: We ordered medium and ranchilita. The medium was amazing - perfect amount of burn. The ranchilita were slightly dry and undersauced but we'll be back to try them again and next time might ask for some sauce on the side and then toss them into the air fryer at home for a couple of minutes. Burger: I think it was called the 610 burger? I don't have the menu in front of me but it had cheese, bacon, and onion rings. We ordered medium and it was definitely well-done but surprisingly not dry. Good flavor, great size, and the bun was perfect. It wasn't too soggy when we got home, which can happen when food is in a styrofoam container. I'd order it again. Mo's Rolls: These were similar to Chili's southwestern egg rolls. I believe they had chicken, cheese, corn, and tomato in them and came with a side of dipping sauce. It's a great portion and we shared with our kids. The dipping sauce was good...although I only got to try it on one of them before it was gone. Maybe a slightly bigger container would help with the size of the egg rolls or maybe two of the smaller ones would have been perfect. One of my sons was digging for every last drop of sauce with his roll and there were still two left that we ate dry. Overall, a nice appetizer. This is the third place in the area we've tried and is so far our favorite. In fact, part of this process of trying out the local areas was to figure out where our Super Bowl wings would be ordered from. We're ordering from Buffalo Mo's. read more

The place has a lot of potential. The attentiveness of the waitresses are just awful. I have walked in and seated myself and waited 40 mins for a waitress and had to eventually tell the bartender to send someone to my table. Another time i came in and sat for so long i just walked out and went somewhere else. Every time i go in, its the same set up, 1 bartender, 1 waitress. And its apparently the couple tables is just too much to handle for one person. The food is delicious, the drinks are strong and good(once you can actually order them). If they hire more waitresses and quality waitresses it will be so much better. But I will rather spend my money elsewhere read more

Our go to bar in Stafford since it is convenient and close to our home. It's a hole in the wall spot but honestly the food here is pretty good.. they have a pretty good size menu and Thursday's they do deals on wings. I'm not sure if each day of the week has a different deal but I know Thursdays = wings! Drink prices are reasonable and bartenders are friendly. I can dig it! read more

I have been here twice. Today I went in solo. A very friendly server named Kelly took care of me. Made me feel as if I was the only table she had. Just on that alone I would go again. As far as the food, I had the Crab Balls and a Bacon cheeseburger. The crab balls were just Meh... lacked seasoning. The bacon cheeseburger was seasoned well but the fries weren't wonderful. They took 40 mins to make a Cesar salad and it came with the lettuce already wilted and soggy if that makes sense.

The food here is amazing, and there are tons of drinks on tap. Definitely some slower service when ordering from the kitchen, but I guess lots of places are dealing with staff issues. Everyone was friendly, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you can just relax. Give it a try! read more

Come to this dive bar with a blind eye. Outdated seating and atmosphere is for an older crowd. The staff is very attentive and friendly; The server wasn't down our throats, but came to us every 15 to 20 minutes to see if we needed refills and seemed genuinely curious if we liked the food. Which we did because the Mo Rolls on the appetizer menu were outstanding and if you haven't been here, it's worth a try just for those. Maybe this location can update some things and turn it into a hangout for late 20s-30 somethings. The worse pizza he has had in a very long time. Save the money and grab a frozen pizza.
