I try not to leave reviews until I've been to a place several times, but after my 5th time I can tell you this is the place for wings in Stafford. First, the service is amazing. We've never had a bad experience. Second, the food is exceptional. The wings are made to order (and it shows), the sauces are wonderful and the rest of menu does not disappoint. The egg rolls are better than any Chinese restaurant in the area. It is also one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to. Please make sure you give it a try! read more

Wings were delicious! Perfectly crispy and fully coated with sauce/seasoning. (ask for extra crispy) Ramen was amazing! Definitely had some spice to it. I also tried the smashburger (not pictured). Also delicious! Will be back to try more! read more

We were excited to try this place and finally did so on March 1 (I've been meaning to post this review for a while). Unfortunately, our experience made it unlikely that we will return. The food was mediocre as was the service. When we walked in we were greeted by a friendly dark-haired woman who quickly sat us at a table. She told us the bartender would be our server and then let the bartender know. We watched the bartender refill drinks, casually chat with the patrons seated at the bar, and head to the back, and other than a few glances in our direction she never acknowledged us. After waiting more than twenty minutes (I checked my watch), the woman who sat us said the bartender was "too busy" so she would wait on us. We ordered nachos with grilled chicken, and a combination of garlic parmesan and mild bone-in wings. After our server headed back to put in our order, a couple who were obviously regulars/family/friends of the bartender entered the building. The bartender acknowledged them immediately and had them sat at a table to the right of the door. She came over to their table right away and chatted with them at length several times. Ironically, they even received their food before we did. Our server was friendly and polite, but being ignored for twenty minutes was annoying. In hindsight, we should have just gotten up and left. As for the food, the nachos were not good. The cheese was ice cold and tasted like it came straight from a can. The grilled chicken had little to no flavor, and there were diced tomatoes on top rather than the salsa or pico de gallo that the menu said would be on them. The wings were decent but nothing spectacular. The garlic parmesan flavor was really tasty, but the wings were not consistently sized so some were cooked better than others. The bigger ones had fat that was not rendered out (a pet peeve of mine). Our server checked on us, and a few minutes later the bartender walked by our table with cleared dishes, asked if we were doing okay, and mumbled something about being sorry she didn't wait on us. read more

My only suggestion is that the website is updated so that customers can order in advance or that the owners allow for call in orders. It's nice to have a new spot in town. We tried 4 different wing flavors (garlic parm, buffalo hot, hot honey, mango habanero) we also got both bone in and boneless. In our opinion the wings were just okay. Nothing special I doubt we will be back for them. We also ordered the bacon cheese fries which were fries with a melted slice of cheese on it that did not look appetizing at all. The portion size is also pretty small so think this is about the serving size for one person two if you're not very hungry. The server was nice and gave recommendations on the wing sauce, but even with the advice we still weren't blow away. If you want decently priced wings then this is the spot, but I don't think they are the best wings in the area. read more

I have now been to this establishment twice! Big experiences, the food was ON POINT!! Now, i shall go into details: My first experience wasn't the world's best, but it was extremely busy with the Wednesday specials (50% off boneless, 30% off bone-in) and happy hour. Since I was coming for dinner with a friend it was too crowded and loud to have a nice, slow meal with meaningful conversation. The first time we came in, it took over 20 minutes to be greeted, and we were not offered dessert, and it was a birthday celebration, so that was a bit disappointing. The food was great though! I loved The hush puppies, my boneless wings I got hot honey and moonshine bourbon. The hot honey had a LOT of red pepper flakes, way too spicy for me! I got my sauce on the side, because I had a feeling it would be too spicy. The moonshine bourbon was not spicy and was quite delicious! Their ranch dressing was amazing, the blue cheese was good as well, but I preferred the ranch. I asked for no salt on my French fries, but they came out salted. It was so busy and I was so hungry that I didn't say anything, I just brushed the salt off. My second visit was for a Togo order. I called to ask if I could get the Wednesday special to go and the lady who answered the phone was so friendly and sweet and told me yes! She pleasantly took my order, without rushing me and thus time I got traditional wings. My food was so good, even after I had to drive 25 minutes home. I did open the box a little bit to prevent condensation, which will ruin a crunch on a wrong in an instant! This time I got half mild, half moonshine bourbon and once again was fantastic! I cannot eat here too often bc my metabolism won't allow it, but when I feel I can splurge on calories, I will be stopping here, again! read more

Truly the best wings I've had in a while. Nice and crispy, meaty, and some really good sauces. Served with carrots, celery, corn bread and dipping sauces. The service was also right on. The server took good care of the kiddos as well as the adults. Nice selection of brews on tap. We enjoyed the New Realm Hazy. Excellent decent sized wings, cooked perfectly! I got the Spicy Honey Garlic sauce and it had just the right about of kick without being painful. Service was polite and quick. Background music was pleasant and not too loud. We'll definitely be coming back. read more

Fatty's is our family's go-to place for FANTASTIC wings, especially the dry run old bay, dry rub lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan. The smash burger was also amazing. Not a gripe but a recommendation- maybe offer different kinds of smash burgers. Having said that, they are pretty great as-is. I have found the service to be very attentive. When we come through the door we have been greeted immediately. The ambience is very cool - little bit of a sports bar look but very family friendly. The wings were great but the customer service was terrible. Took forever to get our drinks, and everyone's order was messed up. Two people in our group had to wait over an hour for their food.
