Overall the food tasted great. I think they've changed the sizes of the mini vs regular as well. Service was fast and really nice. The drink selection is overall small. read more

My sub is always tasty, service great. However, today a roach ran across the countertop and underneath the register as I was paying. Eww. Please exterminate! read more

Just left here after the craziest worst experience at a place like this ever. We placed our orders and the woman who did mightve been the least bothered person in the world. We offered to pay but they said we could when we picked up so we took a seat. We watched several people come and go so after about 20 minutes we got up and checked on the status of our orders. They said they would be starting it momentarily bc they were busy. Oh with the people who came in after us and left before us? Mmk. We said nevermind and went to leave. That worker literally yells mmmk bye see ya! read more

Edit: I should have read the reviews first, apparently this is a long running issue at this location. I would not recommend anyone waste their money at this store location. I have a suspicion that any positive reviews must be fake for this store. This place is horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Go to Firehouse subs on the opposite side of the plaza instead. Manager with short hair is an absolute nightmare. She was rude and condescending to everyone in front of me. When confronted about her attitude and demeanor, she asked me to leave the store. Refused to provide general manager's contact or store owner's info. Small stature, loud bark. Called corporate to complain, I don't think they really care as all stores are franchise owned. I'm beyond perplexed why someone would want staff like this running their store. I told them to throw away my sandwich - if they are so unhappy dealing with customers, I cannot fathom how they might handle ingredients and meat at this location. read more

The food was OK. Neither sandwich was labeled when our mobile order clearly stated which was supposed to be which. My large sandwich was not even cut, see picture. We have so many problems at this location. Nothing earth shattering, but when you keep having the same small problems every time you order from a location, you see a pattern develop - It's getting to the point where it's worth it to drive down to Embrey Mill, even though it's a little further away. Hopefully it's a different owner and we will have a better experience. read more

ORDER IN-LINE NOT ONLINE every time I eat here, I am not disappointed. I'll think twice ordering online. Asked for extra oil/vinegar blend and barely got a splash. And even though I know the meat and cheese is measured out- it sure seemed slime to me. I'll think twice ordering online again. read more

Jersey Mike's is great! This was my first time coming and sitting down at a Jersey Mike's. I'd had their subs before when people have had them cater but I've never gone myself. Their aren't that many choices. Really three main choices and then each of those have three variations of that sandwich. For example, there was a turkey sandwich option and off of that you could get (1) a basic turkey sandwich, (2) a turkey sandwich with an additional cheese, or (3) a turkey sandwich with cheese and then prosciutto. You can choose what kind of bread you want, from white to wheat to an italian bread. Overall, not pretty good sub place. read more

It was just what I wanted. Called in to place my order and it was ready for pick up sooner than projected. Great Philly wrap!

Jersey Mike's forgot to put one of my sandwiches in the bag. When it got delivered I called the manager. she told me she could refund the sandwich and the tip, but refused to refund the $3 delivery fee because she said that goes to the delivery company. When I asked if she could just refund one of the brownies I ordered to, which were less than $3, she refused. So, I not only had to reorder the sandwich, but also had to pay the delivery fee again for something she and her team screwed up on. Completely unsatisfactory. Horrible customer service. Update: The general manager, Angela, reached out to me today and made things right. Thanks Angela, I greatly appreciate it. read more

I did an online order. I wanted to support your charitable day for special Olympics. What a wonderful cause. I downloaded your app. I placed the order on the way home from a busy day and was looking forward to stopping by and picking my order up on the way home. I waited to place the order so it would be timed perfectly. The promised time was 6:41. I got there at 6:19. I was early. I waited and I saw that they were telling patrons that they did not have any bread! I did not pick up my order until 7:15. I am so not happy, but am looking forward to my meal. read more

The service here is terrible. The general manager talks to the staff very unprofessional as she would be having a conversation with demeaning staff. Also, there were 3 African American staff that was working there within a month. They are no longer working there not by their choice. I understand Virginia is a at will state. The manger has these young teenagers left with unanswer questions. When you teach your child to be responsible and to reach out to the boss when there is an issue and the boss does not return the phone. Is very unprofessional where that manger should not be in that position. read more

I am always satisfied with their subs at any location. You know what to expect especially when you're traveling

Food was very good but service was very slow. We actually sent in an order online 20 minutes in advance and we still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Bathrooms were very sketchy as well. One was out of order and the other had a lock on it. read more

As my salad was about to be created on 19 Dec, I saw the preparer scrape excess lettuce, herbs and who knows what, from a sandwich that had just been prepared on the white prep counter BACK INTO THE LETTUCE BIN. I was direct and said to stop my order, that it is against health code to scrape food back into an uncontaminated bin of food. I explained that the counter, the lettuce, the herbs, were all contaminated and that food cannot go back in the uncontaminated lettuce bin. The preparer said "but it's just lettuce and some oregano and herbs." I reiterated that what she scraped into the lettuce bin at that point contaminated. One guest, and then the preparer, both tried to shame me as I was leaving with a "HAVE A NICE DAY" comment (both with a slight bit of snarkiness). The man slicing the meat and cheese said nothing but he seemed old enough to be her supervisor. There was no apology, no acceptance of the error. No one took any corrective action except that attempt to correct and shame me as if I was wrong. I've been in the food service industry for decades and know how wrong this was. Recommend you not eat there until they take health and safety first. read more

This is the second time I've ordered from this jersey mikes through online ordering. The first time we ordered, the food wasn't ready for another 45 min past the time they said our food would be ready. It was busy so I wasn't very upset. The food still tasted great. Tonight we tried again. I showed up at the ready time and they said it was going to be a little bit. It wasn't nearly as busy but I waited. After another 25 minutes I went back in and they had no idea I had an order in. "Someone else must have taken it." They did offer a refund and to make another sandwich but my other food was already cold and soggy in the car and my 3 year old needed to get home to get ready for bed. Moral of the story, don't order online. Update: the refund they offered never went through so they still charged us for food that they did not give us. read more

Well, I was trying to order a BLT for my mom and she asked for mayonnaise. So I went to Jersey Mike's around 11:50 am. I ordered my sub, Philly with no peppers, then I ordered my mom's. I said "can I have a BLT with mayonnaise?" The lady writing the order asked me "just mayonnaise?" I said, "yes, with everything else that comes with it please." And she got really confused and rolled her eyes at me and said "everything that comes with it is bacon lettuce tomato." I said "yes that's what I want." I get my order, drive home, and I give my mom the supposed BLT with mayonnaise. She opens it and realizes that they put only bacon on the sub. I didn't bother bringing it back because I didn't think they would take back food during a pandemic. So I didn't bother driving back to get the right sub. I guess they at least they got my philly right... read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - BLT with mayonnaise... but no lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. ‍ - Sandwiches Near Me - Stafford, Virginia

Jersey Mike's has landed in Stafford!!! My dear wife has the great distinction of being the first customer at the new Jersey Mike's; no small distinction. Jersey Mike's is to Subway what In n' Out Burger or Five Guys are to McDonald's. Yeah, Subway (and a number of other places) make sandwiches, but Mike's is just tastier, fresher, and it's ingrained in the culture for the staff to be friendly, fun, and customer-focused. We got the #13 and #9 Mike's way, which is awesome, and the Meatball sub, which is gooey, messy, and delicious. You can tell Jersey Mike's is one of the original sub shops and they haven't sacrificed the quality that has made them famous. At $6.95 for a "regular" sandwich, it's worth every penny. Yum! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #13 - Sandwiches Near Me - Stafford, Virginia

James & I made a quick stop here enroute to VCU Hospital. He convinced me to try the # 9, Mikes Way. I had the # 9, but My Way. That means no onions or peppers. It was OK. read more

Conveniently located right off the 95 and Garrisonville, this shop usually has amazing customer service. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. There has been a rare occasion that it seemed like an employee was having an off-day, but even that didn't keep them from doing their job well. The sandwiches are always delicious and packed to the brim; you definitely don't have to worry about having more bread than meat. There's plenty of parking, so you don't have to worry about searching for a spot. Definitely one of my favorite places to visit. read more

Jersey Mikes hands down has the best subs around. Their steak and cheese is amazing. The bread is what makes it taste so good. Everything is so fresh. The only complaint I can make about the Stafford store is their tables are always always dirty and sticky and have crumbs on them. They always have so many people working so I don't understand why they can't take the time to wipe them down. read more

I walked in and the place was filthy. There were nats or fruit flies, crumbs everywhere, floor disgusting and obvious signs that no one has cleaned in a while. The meat display was nasty and just not a place I'd want to eat. The guy at register was using dirty rag to wipe crumbs to floor and under his register. You used to be able to see them make your sandwich but now it's hidden and I'm not surprised. I can only imagine what counter-space hidden looks like. Needless to say I walked out and chose to eat elsewhere. read more

I don't normally fall head-over-heels in love with any chain restaurant, but what can I say? Jersey Mike's certainly earned my loyalty, as it was love at first bite. You need to get your sub Mike's Way... non-negotiable. Mike Way is the sub topping that includes red vinegar, special oil and seasoning spread. The mixture is so intoxicatingly, I'd use it as body glide for long runs. I wouldn't care either if it didn't prevent chaffing, because it would make my inflamed body parts smell deliciously. I can't wait for the day when Jersey Mike's makes its way to Western New York, and unseats Subway, Quiznos and all the other terrible sub shops from their brutal campaign of screwing up everyone's lunch. read more

The Black Mold on the entire ceiling is something everyone should be aware of. The food was normal Jersey mikes but upon eating at the restaurant you notice a fan blowing towards the ceiling. Then you see where they tried tried wipe off the black mold. You know its mold because of all the air vents are rested. BEWARE STILL CLEARING MY THROAT read more

Didn't receive a single smile from the employee's. Food was okay, a bit over priced for the quality. Mainly, the owner or manager was right outside sitting at one of the patio tables; chain smoking, spitting on the ground & picking at his feet the ENTIRE time we were eating. Absolutely repulsive. I attached a picture of the gentleman that was outside. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Stafford, Virginia

Stopped for a late lunch on a Saturday and the line was several deep. The sandwiches feature fresh sliced high quality deli meat and fixins to order, another nice touch is the oil and vinegar for the italian style subs. The bread is fresh and delicious. Since they operate a single slicer it can take a while to get through the line, but the prices and service are great. Food and service is a four, time to serve a two. read more

Stopped here to pick up a hot salami sandwich. Young man working there wouldn't do it. He started making the sandwich, and when I asked again to have it heated up, he told me no way because of cross contamination. This location is off the 95. My local Jersey Mike's in CA would never say such a thing. I order this sandwich frequently and they don't even bat an eye. This location leaves MUCH to be desired, and lost my business today. There ate plenty of other places to choose from in this area for a bit, so choose wisely. I went over to Panera instead to a much more pleasant experience. read more

We haven't been to this Jersey Mike's in over a year, but went back today (on a Saturday) for lunch. They were moderately busy. The customer service was very good. Restroom and dining room cleanliness wasn't very decent. The Giant sub I ordered had a solid 2" of the left side which wasn't even cut and the last 3" didn't have any meat or anything on it. Most of the lettuce fell out when I took a single bite. The taste was decent, the sub just seemed slopped together with the majority of everything put into the mid section of the sub. Also, we got a veggie wrap. It tasted good, but it was greasy and a mess and fell apart when picking it up. Their food is typically really good and sometimes can be a little messy, but not to this degree and for the cost of their food, it needs to be perfect every time. read more

Oh LAWD YES! I LOOOOOOOOVE Jersey Mike's! So happy this sub shop has found a home in my backyard! Great service! Love this place! Their subs taste great and the people working there are always so friendly to me and my family. I have dietary restrictions and they are always so accommodating to me. I really appreciate the time and effort they take to make sure I do not end up sick and I never do. This treatment is sadly hard to find. I also love the rewards program they have because I end up with free subs every once in awhile! read more

Been here 3 times. Tried the cheese steak (#17) twice and the caesar wrap once. The cheese steaks are really good and consistent with the first time I tried it. The bread they use is fresh/light and the meat flavorful (no homo). The wrap was another story. "Caesar wrap" with iceberg lettuce is already a fail. Flavor was plain and wrap was put together pretty sloppy. Also disappointed they do not offer fries, only chips. Combo was priced just under/around $10. Will return for cheese steaks. read more
