Stopped in to use the supercharger. The parking spots were well maintained and free of litter.nicely lit areas to recharge . Picked up the best Hoagie sandwich ever, what a surprise. You customize it on the automatic machine. They even offered Miracle Whip. Let me tell you this sandwich is way better than Subway or any local chain. Passing through on a road trip back home needed to pull off to go to the bathroom. My only complaint is that you can only access the parking lot from one side. So it took about 10 minutes to just get through the light. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the bathrooms and lobby were. read more

Yep, at the time it was...over a month ago so I forget but when you're getting hammered in PA with the highest gas tax in the nation, guaranteed it was less here. Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? Sort of on account of the tumbleweed like plastic bags rolling across the fueling area. It looked the garbage hadn't been removed all day. Nothing says lovin' like all of the trash cans being overfilled. Easy on/off to the highway/road of my choosing? Check, this place is so close to 95 you could almost huff the fumes from passing traffic for fun. Human intervention needed? Not a chance. Three star gas station bliss achieved! read more

This was a really good WaWa so don't be fooled by the 3 stars. I had the opportunity to try them on four occasions during my brief stay in Stafford. This included fuel and purchases inside. The location is excellent just off I95. Getting in and out easily depends best on your direction of travel. I stayed in the Holiday Inn behind them which is very convenient. The lot was hit, or miss on trash. One day clean, another day trash everywhere outside the door. This needs to be monitored closely because this is a reason I'm applying a deduction in score. The parking is tight, not a lot of it. The interior is organized and clean. This location has a highly sought after beer cooler with plenty of variety and stock. On three occasions I used the self serve sandwich ordering kiosk which worked beautifully. Sandwiches were quickly dispensed, accurate and tasty. The bread was a highlight. Service in this regards excellent, but no interaction with staff who just pops them on the counter and yells a number. The coffee station was also a highlight with lots of variety. The area was spic and span and my coffee on point. On two mornings I used the grab and go breakfast sandwich located up front. They have a few varieties and was well stocked at around 6 AM. The sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant yum! Service at the counter efficient and friendly. Even with long lines they move you quick. On one occasion a female customer behind me insisted on paying for my sandwich rather than use my card. She said "honey don't bother, I have cash". I used fuel one time and the pump area was pretty clean with minor debris. The trash cans were with their boundaries. The pump worked effortlessly to fill up my empty tank. However, when it came time to generate a receipt failed. So when going in the clerk quickly generated one, apologized and said it may be jammed due to cold weather. This is another deduction. Overall an excellent WaWa and I would return and recommend. 3.5, rounding down with inconsistent pick up of trash and a failed receipt at the pump. read more

Everyone knows this is store is one of the best Wawa locations. This Wawa sets an example for most other Wawas to try and achieve. Located right off of 95 before you really get into the heat of NoVa traffic. A great place to pull off and grab some food before going to DC for sports. A good move is getting a hoagie full of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, roasted red peppers, jalapeño peppers, banana peppers, and Old Bay seasoning. Can't go wrong with any of the meats or cheeses. Coffee is a must at Wawa. This store has a lot of registers and the staff stays on their grind. If they see you waiting, they will hustle over and check you out. I highly recommend this Wawa. read more

Typical Wawa though it is usually busy due to its location and there's not much space to wait for a gas pump without being in the way of other cars. Only downside is that the gas pumps are not up to date like the new remodeled Wawa locations. read more

So I went here and they didn't cut the buttered hoagie as well as they put too much butter on it. I wasn't going to go back but the manager said he would comp my butter hoagies. Went back and they cut it but still have way too much butter on it. I love wawa, but this is my least favorite one! They always run out of all the refrigerated snacks... and it's never stocked. I have to find an employee every time to check the back foot some slices of apple or a grapes and cheese pack. They always check and they suggested have it, but it's never stocked. I only get a 30 minute break, so leaving stutzm, driving to wawa and finding an employee to go search the back for my food I rush to purchase, takes up my whole break. It's super unfortunate. I'm not sure where to start with this review. I have heard great things about Wawa in the past from countless other people. A couple of friends and I were heading down to North Carolina and stopped in Stafford for a quick bite and a gas fill up. We had scoped out the sandwich menu beforehand and were all pretty excited to try our respective choice of lunch when we got there. The only thing keeping this from being a 1 star review was the quick ordering and making of the sandwich (which could have been its downfall) and the nice cashier lady at the front of the store. This "Buffalo Chicken cheesesteak" I got was in the top 3 worst sandwiches I've ever had. The chicken looked like it was straight out of a can and was tasteless and the bun was soggy; probably from the insane amount of buffalo sauce they put on the sandwich itself. That was the real killer - the sauce. To quote my girlfriend, "Nothing is naturally that color." It was about as close to Toxic waste orange as you can get and was pretty unappetizing. I'll try to avoid stopping through here again on any future trips! read more

I'm a huge fan of Wawa. It's the perfect place to fuel up and get some food/drinks. I don't have any complaints about the quality of this Wawa. I gave this particular Wawa 3 stars for one reason: the parking lot. Be warned that the parking lot is an absolute mess, especially during rush hours. The traffic from the highway does not do it any favors. If you want to avoid a possible wreck, I'd recommend visiting one of the Wawas just a few miles away instead. read more

Gas station to the Stafford area. Great service and overall clean. Be warned though this place can get really busy during peak times. Mornings, lunch, and even around dinner time. It can be challenging to get a pump. The parking lot can also get a little busy. The cashiers are fast and friendly- they get through the line quickly. There have been times when it does get long they have other staff members even the GM come to assist. Food is good and they always have a large assortment of different creams for coffee. I come here at least once a week for gas - prices are competitive. Just convient to go to as it's right before/off the interstate. read more

This is my stop for gas before the long 95 commute in the morning. When I lived in Las Vegas I think this was actually one of the number one things I missed about Virginia. Gosh! What does that say about my life? Wawas are normally very clean, and they have great coffee. Better than Starbucks and about 1/4 the price. Seriously! I also love those darn pretzels at the counter. I impulse buy one almost every time I go. The one thing you have to watch out for at Wawa is other cars. They are almost always packed, and for some reason drivers forget even the most basic rules of the road in their parking lots. Maybe they are just too excited that they're there? Anyway, drive slowly and watch out around the corners, or you just might be talking to your insurance company in the very near future. read more

This used to be a nice neighborhood convenience store but it does such a huge amount of traffic now, it's become dirty and unkempt. The various counters are filthy, the trash cans are overflowing, various lid holders are always empty, and the cashiers are overworked, flustered, and rude. They also ring you up incorrectly so check your receipts! Also, when there are ten people in line, you might want to consider opening another register. The sandwich folks are nice and friendly though, so, there's that. The price of popularity and good location, I guess. read more

I can't give it more than 2 stars. I actually feel like giving it less. I have been in the are long before WaWa came here. Once they opened the store on Eustice I stopped going to this one. The last trip there I told an employee the coffee pots were empty and she said she knew and then turned to talk to a customer she knew, all the while people were waiting for coffee. This store is busy, but there should be no reason for empty pots of coffee, dirty prep area, dirty restrooms, or fuel pump areas full of trash. This review is for this specific Wawa. This Wawa is dirty and busy nearly 24/7... especially on the summer weekends. This is due to the proximity to I-95...all the trash that floats down from New York, New Jersey, and Maryland really classes this place up... (sidebar: nothing says "my state blows" like the mass exodus every weekend) the crew at this wawa is solid but theres only so much man-kind can do. People here most of the time actually re park their cars elsewhere after gassing up. Nice change. Their cheesesteaks are pretty darn tasty for gas station food, but their chicken tenders have gone 100% downhill (talk about processed chicken).
