He told us 5-10 minutes. We waited patiently for about 20 minutes before I went to check on our order, only to be told that the kitchen hadn't even started it. He said we will refund tomorrow, and that he didn't have the authority and that it would be processed "tomorrow." He didn't take my name, number, or any information so it was unclear how that would even happen. On top of that, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making it feel like I was inconveniencing him just for asking about an order and how will he keep track on who he's refunding while we had already been waiting! This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing especially with kids waiting. Lack of communication, poor service, and no follow-up make this feel like a complete rip-off.

They were generic frozen patties, not ground beef. Considering the price, this was not only disappointing, but outrageous. Ms. Personality apparently clocked out while we waited for our food, so maybe she was ready to leave when we came in. As she was leaving, we noticed she wore a T-shirt that said something about "a$$holes." Not exactly customer-service-oriented or professional. Between the attitude, food quality, price, and wait time, go across the road (literally) to Widewater Grille unless it's a Monday or Tuesday when they are closed. (The French toast is HEAVEN!)
