I've tried calling multiple times (at least 4), left a voicemail, and sent an email with no response. I visited on Sunday, March 22 during a soccer tournament with my son and his friend for a quick bite. Before ordering, I specifically asked our server, Antonio, how long the food would take. He told us 5-10 minutes. We waited patiently for about 20 minutes before I went to check on our order, only to be told that the kitchen hadn't even started it. He said we will refund tomorrow, and that he didn't have the authority and that it would be processed "tomorrow." He didn't take my name, number, or any information so it was unclear how that would even happen. On top of that, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making it feel like I was inconveniencing him just for asking about an order and how will he keep track on who he's refunding while we had already been waiting! This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing especially with kids waiting. Lack of communication, poor service, and no follow-up make this feel like a complete rip-off. read more

A seriously great local coffee shop! I come at least once a month for Silent Book Club meetings and always have a great time. There is a rotating menu of monthly special drinks and you can purchase a flight to sample all of them! Selections for specialty tea drinks are limited but the chai latte is yummy. There are also brewed teas available for non-coffee drinkers. Food here is good, but won't blow you away. It's tasty and offered at a reasonable price for a good portion. I've liked everything I've tried! On the melts though, I do think the bread is a little too toasty and crunchy so I prefer to go for wraps or flatbreads if I'm feeling savory lunch food. For breakfast, I love a build your own breakfast sandwich. :) The space inside is clean with tons of seating. There are games available to play, self-serve beer taps, and local good for sale by the register. There are also 2 different outdoor seating areas for when the weather is nicer! Staff are always friendly and quick with service. They also check if you're military or first responder and offer a 10% discount if so. :) Coffee Bar 1010 is also plugged in with the local community and regularly hosts events too. This place is a great part of the local community and one of my favorite small businesses to support! You won't see this place just driving down the road. There are two entrances into Coffee Bar 1010 - one from the lobby - and a side door. I ordered a 16 oz. Cold Brew with Half n' Half and a breakfast sammie: Sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. Drink came up first, was strong and delicious. Sat down and got on the free WiFi on the laptop while I waited for the sandwich. Upon receiving the sammie - the croissant was a little dry and crumbly. The cheese in the sammie was way over melted - it was almost as if there was no cheese in it. Overall, it tasted good - but the execution on the sandwich was a bit lacking. Service was good. For one, the cafe is inside a sterile office building. The decorations inside aren't very nice. Service was good, but my hazelnut latte was average. It was a fine place to sit and recharge my phone for a bit though. They also have restrooms down the hall inside the office building for customers. read more

So this is my second time to this establishment. Came with coworkers who all say it's a great local spot. They normally come in the morning. Today we're here at 1:30pm. The boy working behind the counter with the eyebrow piercing was for no other term rude. The screen menus were not working and my coworker mentioned it and the worker said "If you look around there are other places the menu is." Which rub me wrong but maybe he was just joking in a weird sarcasm way. So I order one of the monthly special lattes and ask for it blended because it's afternoon and warm and it's more of a treat now than a coffee time. He audibly scoffed, rolled his eyes and said "you want it blendeeeed?" I said yes please. He then proceeded to mumble under his breath "great now I gotta clean that." So yeah the customer friendliness leaves a bit to be desired. read more

Little bit of a rough experience my first time here. We came in about 30 minutes after they opened, and it seems like they were having some issues. They were having an issue with some of the machines so they were unable to to make lattes. They were also short staffed with only one person working trying to make drinks, cook food, and take orders. This place has plenty of parking and lcated towards the back of the plaza by a hotel. It wasn't busy at all on a Thursday morning. We had enough time to browse the menu and coffee options before making our selection. We ordered the coffee flight, of course! I wish we knew what we were getting in the flight before ordering, but it was a pleasant surprise. In our flight, we had the chocolate milano, hazlenut vanilla, apple butter scotch, and cold brew irish cream. We also ordered an iced chai tea. I would've ordered the xtreme toast minus the red onions if I knew what was on it before ordering. I would definitely recommend the lox bagel! The place was very chill and relaxed. An update to the review. I understand getting swamped with orders but it took 2 occasions of senseless waiting for me to write an update. July 9th went in and order an espresso and a bagel. I love the coffee and espressos, but I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and it took 30 minutes for a toasted bagel to come out. Mind you, I was 1 of 2 customers at the time and the cashier simply forgot to put the order in for my bagel. Today, this review is going to be hit for the timeliness of service as well. It was busy and I ordered previously so I go to make another order and timing it just right to avoid the breakfast rush. It took my drink 40 mins to come out because they ran out of another flavor I had originally ask for. I am currently staying in a hotel right near this coffee/bar and found out that I can receive a discount on my bill here just for being a hotel customer. Who doesn't love cheap good coffee? When I first walked in I noticed a sign that said pet owners welcome, this was huge for me because I have two dogs that were with me. It really was a breath of fresh air to see this. The owner of the coffee bar even offered a dog bowl and water! Nice :) The menu inside offered many items and I ended up settling on "build your own sandwich" with gluten free toast, ham, egg and Swiss cheese. It was panini style sandwich that was nice and crispy and went well with my Bourbon and caramel flavored coffee which was very delicious The hospitality here was great and you can tell that the owner really cared about the customers because as we were walking out the door she came and asked if everything was okay and even told us about some happenings they have later in the evening...one of those things included live music. While on a visit to see a friend we decided to swing in here for the coffee flight. Yup! A flight of different kinds of coffees. The facility was beautiful and clean. Our service was good. They also offer beer and food. It kind of in a weird area though, it's not on a main street or anything it's in an industrial area. Really interesting location in a business park. Hard to believe they were packed the entire 3 hours my team was in the building for a team building day. There are rooms that can be reserved for free, at least to my knowledge free, that you can bring food from coffee bar 1010 to for a working lunch. The menu was broken down into breakfast, sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, and salads. There are bottled drinks Available. I had a grilled ham and cheese (Brie, Gouda, Gruyère). It was pretty good. Most of all, I really liked the working rooms upstairs and the modern ambiance. I think for a less formal purpose,there's a good amount of outdoor seating both on the side and front patios. This place is in a really random spot and I'm surprised anyone goes here that doesn't work nearby. I had the coffee flight and it was super cute and really tasty, highly recommend if you like iced coffee. However it took me 15 min to get it which seems a bit absurd but I'm not a barista so what do I know. I also got a sandwich that was on special, which took no joke, 30 min to arrive. I came around 1pm and there was only two other tables that were occupied, I have no idea why it took so long. I was completely done with my coffee by the time my food was delivered and gave up on ordering another drink. The food itself was really good, but was it worth the wait? Meh. No one asked me how anything was or even spoke to me once I ordered which was also a bit off putting considering how empty it was. I visited "Coffee Bar 1010," for the first time today 10 Dec. I did arrive at 4:50pm, 10 minutes to close, however that really should be irrelevant, the business still had 10 minutes to close. The customer service rep, with the worst attitude immediately let me know, "we are about to close." I acknowledged that and informed them I would like to order a coffee. They quickly replied, "I said we are closed." They informed me they turned off all the equipment and are closing up. Multiple individuals were in the shop drinking coffee and sitting at a table. Being in the coffee industry, I know how long it takes for an espresso machine to heat up, after it's been on all day (not long). I feel disrespected by this employee who is supposed to be representing this business and serving the customer. I would hope to have a better experience of I return. read more

For baked goods, after trying to order a chocolate croissant and mini waffles which they were out of I was offered a Walmart brand banana loaf slice... they resell those at $3 a piece, when 12 pack at Walmart would cost you $6.94. This was a fun place and trying their "coffee flight" was fun (although I didn't realize it was cold coffee until it was too late). The service is friendly (though a bit slow) and it's a pretty great environment. I also tried the most expensive empanadas ($9 for 2) I have had in ages. They were also the skinniest (flat, really) empanadas I have ever seen. They taste pretty good, but they're not worth the money and I wonder if they're technically empanadas based on the fact that rather than being filled, they're flat. It was also a cold day and it was cold inside, which was confusing. Either way, it's worth checking out even if the empanadas are not. read more
