Have been here twice now and will definitely be going again! The workers are very friendly and patient with me as I always want one of everything and can't decide quickly what to get. Most recently I tried their strawberry Croffle (it's in the little refrigerator display next to the register) -- holy moly it is delicious and I highly recommend! The sandwich was Honey turkey with cranberry but the bread was what set it apart. I didn't know it but I read that they make the bread daily and it's supposed to be healthy which is a bonus. I got double meat on mine the second time and it filled me up. Staff is extremely quick too so it's great to go if you're in a rush. I didn't even know you could wear uniform inside the venue but I later found out Q town is a part of the base. First time I've been to Quantico so I'll be frequenting this place. Bread Me is a popular destination for lunch in Q-town and now I understand why! The menu includes a range of sandwiches but also has ramen. On my dine-in visit, I ordered spicy chicken ramen. The bowl was large and served piping hot. It was truly spicy as advertised too. It comes with a small piece of their famous ciabatta bread-so,so good! On my take out visit, I had the banh-mi (teriyaki chicken,pickled radish and carrot, cilantro,cucumber,and crushed cherry pepper) on ciabatta. This was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time-so tasty,fresh, and filling! Also recently tried the Reuben-4 stars! When visiting, you order at the counter and wait for your number to be called. There are some fountain drinks but also a cooler of drinks. The inside is a bit small with 4-5 booths and a few tables. Unique to Bread Me is the drive-thru! There is a small parking lot but also street parking. I will definitely mark Bread Me as a solid stop for lunch when I go into work. read more

Bread Me is a Korean bakery/eatery that is located in the civilian part of Quantico. The menu offers various breakfast sandwiches, hot and cold lunch sandwiches, daily Korean specials, Korean breads/pastries, and coffee/drinks. We ordered: +a Cheesy Ciabatta - this contained cheese, eggs, and bacon; the bread had the perfect fluffiness and chewiness, and it was generously filled with eggs, cheese, and bacon bits; I ate around the bacon and the hubs finished the rest HA! +a Banh-Mi sandwich - this was generously filled with turkey, pickled veggies, and a spicy sauce; you can opt for different types of breading. but we went for their ciabatta - this was literally the perfect sandwich as it was super fresh and super tasty! +a Maple Honey Turkey with Cranberry sandwich - a healthy version of a Thanksgiving in a sammie - we went with the ciabatta for this sandwich as well, and the hubs liked this slightly more +Ramen - regular instant Shin ramen with your choice of protein; we opted for the bulgogi; definitely a hard pass +Bulgogi over rice - the bulgogi was well-marinated but definitely more on the sweeter side; there was a spicy mayo-like sauce drizzled on top, and came with a side of salad with housemade ginger dressing; the hubs was enjoying this much, too! I didn't have a chance to stop into the shop itself, but Bread Me catered two lunches for an event I was at. Those two sandwiches might be the best box lunches I've ever had, and I'd happily go out of my way to eat here again next time I am in the area. The bread (for the box lunches at least) was a sort of ciabatta/cosi flatbread cross, with the best parts of both; soft enough to bite through without squeezing everything out the other side, but firm enough to hold together for the whole time. Above average portions of filling, and good quality as far as I could tell on both the variations that I tried (one italian, and one bahn mi inspired chicken). I also loved that they baked the cookies for the lunches fresh that morning, so they were fresh and still nicely soft. If you have an event you need lunches for this should be your first stop, and I look forward to trying the shop itself next time I am in the area. read more

This is my favorite sandwich shop in all of Quantico. Their selection of sandwiches are all simple, delicious, and healthy. Their ciabatta bread is the best I have had in town. In the morning, they served what is essentially a large soft roll filled with bacon egg and cheese. So, I wandered into this little spot of bread heaven this morning after missing my usual train. As you walk through the door, the smell of fresh baked bread greets you. Then, you read a sign that talks about how their bread products have no oil, eggs, butter, and all the yummy, but terrible, things we probably shouldn't consume. Immediately, I was questioning how these products could possibly be any good. I ordered a Nutella stuffed roll looking thing. It almost looked like a large dinner roll. (They also have multiple fruit filled ones.) And perfect timing, it was fresh out of the oven and still very warm. I had already written off this thing being even slightly tasty. Boy, was I in for a rude awakening! OMG!!! This was better than any pastry I have ever eaten. This healthy version of bread was actually amazing! Even better, this roll of goodness, plus a delicious brew of house coffee was $3.29. WHAT?! And to make this wonderful little gem even more enticing to visit, the staff is very friendly and helpful. That's a rare find in the Northern Virginia/DC area! I will definitely be back for my devine roll of goodness, but I also look forward to trying one of their sandwiches. We were visiting friends in DC and they told us about this "bagel" place in Quantico. They said it was a bit far but worth the drive. Let me tell you, it was def worth that $40 minute drive! We got the mango and pumpkin spruce bagels, the chicken presto panini and the meatball sandwich. Everything was amazing! The chicken pesto was flavorful and the bread was slightly crunchy and Devine! The meatball sub was good! The melted provolone and the flavor of the meatballs were great. Did I mention the toasted chibatta bread was amazing! Random tip! Try the mango bread!!!!! Today I had one of the worst experiences with any establishment that sells meals. This is about my third or fourth time frequenting Bread Me. Though they are normally pretty slow, I have been going due to the preference of co-workers. I placed a two to go orders and when asked clarified that they were two orders that I would pay for. I picked up my order and returned to my office only to find that both orders were wrong. The woman at the counter rang the two orders as a combo so other items that normally went with the meals were excluded. My meal contained modifications that were specifically listed on the ticket, but it was still prepared incorrectly. I called Bread Me and told them that my order wrong and that I did not have the time (or patience) to come back, but a few moments later changed my mind and drove back across base to get my order corrected. Upon returning the lady at the counter suggested that I could have picked the item I requested to be excluded out, which caught me off guard. For a few seconds she and the woman who incorrectly prepared my sandwich attempted to argue with me. I was not interested and just asked them to remake the sandwich. The lady also indicated that she rang my order as a combo to save me money, which I did not ask for. I again reminded her that she asked me if I wanted a combo or separate orders and I had indicated separate... but she continued to press that issue. I sat down and waited for my new sandwich. When it was completed, instead of treating me like a valued customer and handing my order to me and thanking me for coming, my sandwich was rudely thrown on the counter and the preparer turned her back toward me. It took several attempts for me to get her attention due to her willfully ignoring me, when she finally turned I told her "thank you" and walked out. How is it that I get treated like utter crap for wanting what I paid for? If this is how Bread Me staff deal with mistakes, they will NEVER get a cent from me again.
