We were on our way back to North Carolina and stopped here. The shop is very cute and the coffee really good. We also had breakfast sandwiches which were excellent.

Nice and cozy spot in Stafford that serves wonderful coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches on a cold and snowy morning. I enjoyed the ambience of establishment and the woman running the shop this morning was very nice. She had an amazing warm and welcoming personality that made interaction very pleasant. I'd recommend this hidden gem to all passing through the area .

Such a quaint little place. Shared amazing coffee! The breakfast sandwiches are fresh. Lox everything bagel was amazing! The everything bagel with pesto, avocado & tomato was super fresh. Steak and cheese bagel was seasoned well on a hot toasted bagel hit the spot! Will definitely be back. Saw a couple people doing some computer work and relaxing with a warm tea or coffee. The staff was super friendly too. Place was clean and the plants creating a relaxing ambiance.

Stopped at Peet Stafford for some caffeine. Ordered a large cold brew with Half n' Half. Drink came up quickly and was strong and tasty! Got the ole neurons firing! The inside is small and cozy. There is not a lot of interior seating. There is a combination of a few tables and chairs, along with a rail/countertop along the front window for some additional seating. They have one annoying issue with the space - the front door has a tendency to get stuck open. It's been really cold out - I had to get up 3 times to close the door - as others lacked the self awareness to know they left the door hanging open. I got up 3 times to close the door so as to not let all the warm air out. I finally got tired of doing that - and decided to work elsewhere. They offer free WiFi. Service was good. Paid with Apple Pay. #PeetStafford

We decided to treat ourselves to a quick breakfast before running our errands. We had never been to Peet Stafford before but we had seen it reviewed and heard from friends it was good. I got a "couture" vanilla latte and Jeff got the "Black Tie". The cafe vibe is clean and open with natural inspired decor and a minimalist look. I liked it. I'm a celiac and I asked what could be prepared gluten free. The answer was sides such as eggs and bacon or any of the sandwiches could be accommodated to exclude bread. The barista was extremely nice. The person who delivered our food was very kind. The food was prepared pretty quickly and tasted delicious. My latte was perfect. Jeff's coffee was good albeit a bit bitter. If you like a bite in your coffee it will be exactly what you're looking for. Every part of our visit was nice. There was even a cute live turtle pond outside. He was fast (for a turtle) I couldn't get a picture of him. The amount of bend during use made it difficult to eat from. The price for both Jeff and I to get a specialty coffee and breakfast was less than $30 and that's about $20 cheaper than other local breakfast places for a similar order. The only thing that I feel could be improved would be the quality of the plastic cutlery. Considering Peet mostly sells hand held food items, this won't be a problem for most customers. I would definitely recommend this cute local cafe.

Stopped in for an iced coffee and to warm up along my travel route today. This place is super cute, has delightful music and smells amazing!!! The ambiance is so quaint and homey, there is a nook for literally everyone! I took a seat at the high tables in the back near the kid's corner, there are games to entertain everyone. I busied myself and a neighbor of mine with a game of chess as we waited for our drinks. I'm partial to an iced honey lavender latte here (since they make their own lavender syrup omg!!) but my partner enjoyed a decaf hot americano with some cream. Simple but effective. I encourage stafford natives and travelers alike to stop in! This place has it all!

Friendly staff and good coffee. I was visiting on a work trip and there are a few coffee shops located here but this one has really good food. It has a pond at the entrance and plenty of seating. It was definitely a cheaper and better option than the hotel's Starbucks.

I rarely get to this area of Stafford, so when nearby one day I stopped in here for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The ladies working were friendly, helpful, and quick to whip up my breakfast! They have a nice breakfast menu, as well as a nice menu of coffees and such. The breakfast sandwich was excellent! Very tasty, fresh, and served piping hot! Their Peets Americano was excellent as well - I definitely enjoyed it! The venue is quaint, warm, and welcoming - Highly recommend stopping in for a bite!

They have cute turtles!

It's also awesome that it's attached to a Homebrew supply shop, so if you have ever wondered if you can brew beer (you can. don't be so silly as to doubt yourself, you super capable person, you) this is the place to get your supplies and learn. The only downside is they close at 6. So if you drive down 95 or Hwy 1, stop on your commute and have a beer. Let the traffic die down and then head home.

We were here earlier than usual (10:30 am, don't judge me for drinking before noon!!!) and we're the only customers. It's uniquely located at a camp ground, but parking is a bit limited. The tasting room is small but has amble seating. There was a piano in the tasting room and no one was at the tasting room when we entered. My daughter who is a beginner pianist, wanted to play. Since there were no signs on the piano that forbid people touching, she went ahead and played. Then an older gentleman came in and told us in a stern tone that the piano is not for playing. He was not friendly at all and even after we apologized and ordered a flight for sampling, he still was not engaging. I'm not sure if he is the brew master or just someone works for the campsite store, but he didn't seem too happy to be there. We had the 2 stouts, an Amber, and pilsner on tap for our flight. They were all just OK. We didn't want to order more because his attitude and the sense that we were not welcomed there... Which was too bad because it was a nice space with plenty of outdoor seating, a playground in the back for kids to play while parents enjoy some refreshing beer. We will most likely not go back again given the cold-shoulder treatment.

The walls are lined with military tributes and memorabilia that tell real stories -- it's the kind of place where you pause just to take it all in. The food came out fast, hot, and plentiful. Every bite was delicious, and the portions were more than generous. You can tell this place is run with pride and purpose. Felt really good to support a local business owned by one of my fellow brothers-in-arms. Already looking forward to my next visit. #SemperFi

I have been wanting to try this place on the recommendation of friends for a while, and finally did…read moretoday! I am so glad I did! I ordered the French Toast plate. It came with two slices of French toast with just the right touch of spices, home fries, and homemade sausage patties (way better than the greasy commercial ones!). I also ordered a plain latte, which was excellent. No notes. My mom (who is 82 and VERY particular) ordered the "Uncle Richard" plate that came with two eggs, choice of meat (ham), home fries, and choice of pancakes or French toast (she chose pancakes). She also reported everything was delicious. ("Although I would rather have hash browns." Sigh. It's always something, ain't it?) She also ordered plain coffee. For someone who does not like to deviate from DD Keurig coffee, she thought the coffee was "Very good!" Widewater Grille gets its Cuban beans directly from Key West. Mom also reported the Women's Restroom was very nice. So there's that for your consideration. We will definitely be going back. Mom (who hates leaving the house these days) even called a friend on the way home and said the three of us need to go together soon. THAT is a better rating than Michelin could even dream of giving.
