Buffalo Wings
Kisa H.

I asked the guy at the hotel, "What's the best pizza place from the list?" He said, Padrino's! I told my kids let's go! Got there and it looked a little different on the outside. But hey we are in town for a few days, so why not! We got there and everyone was friendly. We ordered a 14 inch pepperoni pizza and 12 wings to go! We got back to the hotel and baby that food didn't disappoint my family! Everything was great!

Loving these wings

We decided we wanted pizza today, we decided to try a new restaurant that we had never been to before. From the outside of this restaurant it looks like a hole in the wall something that you might ignore, but if you walk inside you Will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and the professionalism from the staff. We absolutely loved our pizza and wings. We will definitely be going here again. Don't judge a book by its cover, go in give it a try I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends. I have the opportunity of meeting the owner, very nice gentleman takes pride in his food and preparation.

Roast red peppers, def a solid topping pick

Solid pizza in Stafford. Been here 6 months and this is my go to. The pizza is loads better than anything a chain like Pizza Hut, dominoes, or papa John's puts out. Also one of only pizza places I've seen have roasted red peppers as a topping option lol. I try a lot of pizza places every location I live at and this spot isn't going to blow your mind, but it is definitely a solid pick that will leave you satisfied. And at the end of the day, I just want some pizza that hits the spot, and Padrino's II has succeeded in delivering that

Was going to give it 2 stars but then I noticed they put dark meat on my buffalo chicken pizza.

As a big bubble tea fan, I'm always on the lookout for new spots, so I decided to check this place…read moreout when I was nearby. Location: It's tucked inside a small strip mall, so it can be easy to miss. There's parking available in the front, as well as some spots in the back, though you'll need to walk around to the front if you park back there. Inside: The shop is quite small. There's a table for two awkwardly placed in the middle, surrounded by shelves stocked with snacks, as well as a couple of order kiosks. They also have a printed menu, but I tend to prefer checking out pictures or more detailed descriptions when deciding on a drink. Service: The staff was very friendly! The two women who helped me were welcoming, and when I asked about the place, they pointed out the owner, who was also nice. The girl who took my order was super helpful in walking me through the process. Drinks: They offer three sizes: small, regular, and bucket size. You can also add boba or flavored poppers for an additional 80 cents. I ordered the Mi Amore, and it was delicious and refreshing! Overall: I would definitely recommend this spot. They have a solid selection of drinks, and the service is warm and helpful. My only gripe is the ordering process and the use of kiosks (I prefer a more traditional, visual menu). Also, seating is limited both inside and outside, so this is definitely a place to grab your drink to-go.

They are quite busy, this shop. I had stopped by on a day when they only had one barista and a long…read moreline waiting for their orders or to place orders. They didn't have a lot of room in there, but they do have more than just boba, tea and other drinks. They a variety of snacks, too. Besides that, they also have 2 kiosks you can order from so the barista doesn't have to take it if they're busy- which is nice and convenient. I ordered a Mi Amor drink without any toppings. I reduced the ice and sweetness level, which is a normal for me. The drink was okay. It's very middle of the line drink. I would love to come back and try other drinks on the menu because the barista was really friendly and patient despite being the only one working during an unexpectedly busy day- definitely something I appreciated.

Back in California, I had a frozen yogurt place that I would frequent, and it was top notch. Since…read moreI was pretty exclusive with that place, I was always iffy about trying new places. What if they didn't have the right toppings??? I'm pretty particular about my toppings. One night, the cravings for froyo got so bad, that I bit the bullet and hit this new place up. Upon entering, there were some other people in there, but it was by no means crowded. The girl behind the counter welcomed us. The place looked clean and organized, so I started to feel more positive about this experience going well. They have a good selection of flavors, and "swirl" flavors. I chose the pineapple and coconut swirl. Highly recommend, very delicious. Then I went to the fruit section and was happy to find that all my favorites were there. This was going so well I was really hoping they wouldn't let me down in the crunchy department, and they didn't! They have CRUSHED WAFFLE CONES. I had never had that before, and it blew my mind a little. Service was courteous as we checked out, and while we were eating we enjoyed the music. Everything was delicious, and I'm so happy I can enjoy froyo without fear here. Now for the side story: When we were almost done eating a man walked in with a pretty large family. They got their yogurt, and everything was good. But then the man walked up to the register, asked the girl behind the counter something and went back to his table upset. My husband had overheard the conversation and said that the man had asked if he could get more yogurt (like, free refill style), and the girl told him he'd have to pay for it. This is what upset him. Before I continue the story, how did this not make sense to him??? I think of other situations where you pay by weight; at the deli you don't pay for 5 ounces, and then get extra free ounces! After a minute, the man got back up and started speaking to the girl behind the counter again, he was speaking quietly, so I figured he was asking a different question or seeking further explanation, no big deal...until he told her to stop being so cheap and started yelling (and calling her bad names) in Spanish! I was in shock because he was a grown man, and behind the counter was a young girl, and he was cursing at her (in front of his children) over yogurt!! He stormed off with his family after that, and I was left with my jaw on the floor. I know the side story had nothing to do with the quality of the froyo or the establishment, but watching how the poor girl behind the counter handled herself in that situation, solidified that we'd be returning. Both young girls behind the counter remained calm and courteous to the man, meanwhile my eyeballs were about to pop out of my head. I can certainly say that they've hired some good staff. Also, don't yell at customer service people, stay classy.

This is my son's favorite place. We visited because they support local schools through fundraising…read moreinitiatives. There were plenty of options for frozen yogurt and a variety of toppings. The place was quite busy around 5 PM with kids and their parents, but it wasn't loud, allowing you to enjoy your dessert in peace.

The first thing you'll notice as you enter is how creamy and smooth the gelato appears. The second…read morething that will be apparent will be how small the portions are in comparison to their associated prices. The cups range from small to jumbo, with the prices beginning at $3.50ish and ending at almost $6. However, don't be fooled as I was thinking that this was about to be a highway robbery. The kind man who runs the shop and also works behind the counter makes it his business to not just place the gelato into the cup but, instead, pack it into each cup and heap it on top. Therefore, don't worry, you definitely will get your money's worth. [Side note: with all sizes except the small you can get multiple flavors in the same cup.] The flavors all look amazing, however, some are better than others, in my opinion. My family and I tried the green apple (honesty, it tasted like a cleaning solution mixed with a tinge of alcohol), lemon (very delicious but very tart), coconut (my favorite), and cookies and cream (my second favorite if the lemon is out but it contains more cream than cookies). The flavors all appear fluffy and smooth but some are more icy than smooth. Overall, this place is worth the trip and your taste buds. Go and enjoy! COVID Note: The owner/worker wears a mask but does not make his patrons wear one. Also, he allows indoor dining, which is nice because his large seating area is very welcoming with nice tables and plush leather chairs.
