Food was ready quick and had excellent quality. Had the gyro based on the staff's recommendation, and it was excellent.

Came in for a steak & cheese sub and it sucked. This place was better when it first opened. The steak & cheese had the provolone cheese applied to it after it came off the grill. Cold cheese on a sub isn't the traditional or right way to make it. The worst experience!! read more

Food was barely warm so I'm sure it was either sitting at Paisano's or in the delivery driver's car for some time (live less than 2 miles away). Both pizzas had anchovies. I ask you....why is it that they can never provide the tzatziki sauce. If a customer puts in notes to not forget the tzatziki sauce it's because it is always left off. I'd really like to recommend this restaurant. They have a good menu, they use quality ingredients. The previous time I ordered from them I ordered a white pizza and jalapeño poppers. They arrived for delivery with the poppers and not the pizza. We were ordering delivery, because we were working on the house, by the time they returned with the pizza my blood sugar was so low I dropped half of the $20 something pizza on the floor covered in sawdust and it became inedible. As a result I haven't ordered from them in a long time. Today, I tried to give them another chance. The food arrived slightly later than expected and cold. My boyfriend and I have ordered from this place twice since they opened in Stafford, both times we ordered was a great experience. But yesterday 10/17/18 is the reason I am giving this place 3 stars. We ordered our food at 6:59pm, between 750-8pm we called to see why our order was taking so long, talked to someone and they told us if the order wasn't there in 10 mins to call them back. We call at 8:10pm to find out that the delivery driver gave our food to someone else, okay!!!! So they had to re make our food, which we didn't get our food until 8:45pm. Today I placed an order through the Paisano's app @ 3:31 PM, as I have done numerous times before, for curbside pickup at the Stafford Location, 1515 Stafford Marketplace, Stafford, VA. I was finishing up at the nail shop, Hands to Hold, which is located right next door. So I decided to walk over to pick up my order when I was done. I informed the young lady who let me into the restaurant that I had placed an online order, and she let me know that my order would be ready in about 5 minutes. I decided to wait inside because no-one else was in the dining area. As I sat there waiting one of the employees behind the counter sneezed. I realized she was not wearing a mask. There was a second young lady at the counter, who was wearing a mask, but was laying her head on the counter. The third young lady, who also was not wearing a mask, let me know that my food was ready and she proceeded to place the food in boxes and prep my receipt for signature. At this time, I asked her if they were not required to wear masks/face covering as I pointed to the sign located in the dining area that annotated "All Employees are REQUIRED to wear masks". Her response was "we kinda do and we kinda don't". I asked her to explain that to me. She stated that the manager "didn't tell us we had to, but he didn't tell us we didn't have to". She also stated that "its hard to breathe when we're wearing a mask and working around the oven." At this time again, I pointed out what the sign annotated, and also that the other employees in the back that I saw, including a delivery driver who had just came back from a delivery, all were wearing masks. I informed her that I wanted a refund. She let me know that in order to get a refund, she would have to get her manager. I told her, I would wait while she informed him. She went outside to notify him, and he walked in without a mask as well. He asked if there was something he could help me with, I informed him of the situation and that I was requesting a refund. I brought to his attention that he and two of his employees weren't wearing masks. I also pointed out that the other employee, who was still resting her head on the front counter, was potentially exposing her hair to food. He did not respond. He notified me that since I paid with my card online, I would receive my refund in 2-3 business days. I acknowledged the information, took my refund receipt and left. With all that's currently going on with COVID19, I would expect managers and employees of food services/restaurants to take things more seriously than what I saw today. Sneezing around food, not wearing a face covering, and laying on the front counter is not what anyone wants to see in any restaurant. The visit to this location today was totally unacceptable and totally unprofessional. Managers are expected to enforce that employees follow the policies and procedures that are put in place, but that can't happen if managers themselves don't adhere to the guidelines. This is the email I sent to the corporate office. I advised that they take a closer look into how things are being ran on a daily basis at not only this location, but all Paisano's locations to ensure the proper precautions are being taken to protect the customers, employees, and managers.
