After an extended delay in the drive-thru (20+ minutes), I went inside to pick up my order. I noticed what appeared to be my order (correct bag and drink) sitting behind the register instead of in the mobile pickup area. Multiple employees saw me waiting but made no effort to ask if I needed help or acknowledge my presence for a significant amount of time (+/- 25 minutes). More concerning, I observed several employees arriving for their shifts around 10 a.m. and immediately beginning work at the registers and handling food without washing their hands. That alone raises serious health and safety concerns. While I've enjoyed the food occasionally, knowing that this location doesn't follow basic food safety ruins previous experiences. I understand locations get busy, but lack of basic customer service combined with apparent food safety issues is unacceptable. I'm usually a fan of Hardee's, but this visit was a major disappointment.

Finally, I tried their Smokehouse Brisket and it was decent, but not nearly as good as those sliders. The lobby was decent, but all the sauces were empty. Unfortunately, that's where the fairy tale ends. I'm not sure whether the chef was making pizza or preparing the restaurant for an impending vampire apocalypse, but the amount of garlic involved was nothing short of biblical. I enjoy garlic as much as the next person, but apparently the next person here is Van Helsing. Unfortunately, no one won in this scenario. Casualty count: 4 (Pizza, my hunger, vampires, Paisanos) On the bright side, the service was fast, the employees were lovely, and I can confidently say our household will remain vampire-free for the foreseeable future. Would I return? Perhaps. But only after confirming the chef has been disarmed of his garlic privileges and someone has negotiated a ceasefire with the oven.

The food is great almost always, and arrives warm and on time, if not before schedule. My issue with it has become that the prices are outragous. We waited tops 5 minutes for our pizza and I'm so glad we did it this way. We opted for the 14'' pizza and added pepperoni, sausage, and onions. I'm not big on sausage but I really liked it because it was loose and not big, chunky pieces. I wish they would've added more pepperoni, and I would've liked the onions julienned (more typical for pizzas) instead of diced. The tomato sauce was really good and the crust was not overdone. My only (and main complaint) is that the pizza was really salty. I think it was the cheese... don't know why but it definitely wasn't the sauce.
