The regular Pizza was ok. The wings were not great. The service, although really nice was also really slow. The magnifico style pizza was pretty good. Marco's pizza is better than their service. I had (yes HAD as in past tense) been getting pizza, wings, and cheesy bread there every week for years. After ordering online I always received a survey and I always completed it with high marks. Then when I had an issue I explained it in great detail on the survey. The survey asked if I would like to be contacted and I said yes. No reply. After waiting I sent them an email and again explained my problem in detail. Still no reply. Don't waste your time on their surveys. Oh and now Papa John's is getting my business. Papa John's has great pizza and GREAT SERVICE. read more

Fresh, hot food, quick service, good deals and friendly staff make every visit great.

The interior is quite clean for a basic pizza joint, so I recommend eating inside. It's just better all around and in case anything is wrong with your order, they fix it very quickly with no issue. Many folks who complain often get delivery. Comparing to other like Pizza joints in the area, this place is the highest quality. We're hands down prefer the deals here over other local chains, and it's often cheaper with local coupons. The stairs baseball kids often go door to door with fund raisers for their team and Marco's supports them - which adds to why we like them so much. They have delicious cheesy bread, regular cheese ands pepperoni pizza, options to flavor the crusts to great proportions, and we especially enjoy their specialty pizza -margarita, buffalo chicken, and especially the bbq. read more

First time at Marco's Pizza a few weeks ago. My husband and I have had Marco's Pizza in Manassas, but this was our first (and so far only time) getting Marco's here. Let me just say, that the biggest reason is the time that it takes for us to get there and back (which was an hour roundtrip). We are not in a close proximity to Marco's Pizza, and with rush hour traffic around dinnertime, it just makes it that much harder to get there. In hindsight, we should have ordered and ate it there. But I have no regrets. This pizza was way better than I remember from my first attempt trying it in Manassas. I love the Old World pepperoni, where they turn into little grease cups during baking. There was plenty of cheese, and plenty of flavor in the crust. Even with the drive, it still was fantastic when we got home. We also ordered wings, but I wasn't quite as excited about them. If I lived closer to Marco's Pizza, I would definitely order from them again! But unfortunately, it's just a little too long of a drive to make this a regular outing. If you are nearby a Marco's and haven't tried it, maybe give them a shot. read more

White Oak Rd location - After the 6th time of having our order messed up, I decided to give my review, it's not a good one! Service is terrible! Every time we order they get the order wrong. Today, I give them my order & then my husband gives his, today they bring my husbands order out to the table & I'm waiting on my order that never came. They said they did not ring it up, asked of I wanted to put an order in. After 30 mins of sitting there while my husband's food gets cold, the obvious answer is no. No apologies - nothing. Highly Disappointed!! I ordered online tonight at 6 and had a 6:40 wait time. By the time my daughter went to pick up, she had to wait over 30 minutes with no one even saying that they were backed up. Funny thing is people came after her and received their orders right away. The excuse I was given is they're short staffed and busy. The person on the phone didn't seem to care at all about my concerns. I felt my concerns were voided his constant excuse of we're busy. In the end, the order was never made and he didn't know how long my daughter would have to sit there. This was not acceptable. I recently moved, and was introduced to Marcos. Holy heck that's amazing pizza!!! Most places around here don't have the curly pepperoni grease cups as a topping, and not only does Marcos have that, they also have regular pepperoni, which I think is great! They offer military discounts on Mondays, I think it is, and typically have coupons, as well. The crust is so buttery and sprinkled with grated parmesan (swoon). The cheese is plentiful and so melty--Diet be damned! I could eat a whole pizza by myself. I would be sick after eating that much, but I feel it would be worth it. They're pretty quick with the delivery, but we live rather close, so that could be based solely on proximity. The pizza is some of the best I have had, and if I got terrible customer service from them, I would still go there for pizza. It is that good. And I am a stickler for good customer service! Ok pizza, poorly managed business - forgot to enter part of our order on last visit, gave our pizza to another customer on current visit.

We ordered over the phone. One medium pepperoni pizza. And two garden salads and were told the order would be ready in twenty minutes. When we arrived on time, we were told the total was $16.40???? Well that was the price for the two garden salads!!! No pizza!!!! So after being told over the phone that our order for a medium pepperoni pizza and two salads would be ready in 20 minutes, we had to resubmit our pizza order. Since we had to wait, we looked around and got a menu. I thought to order a brownie for dessert. Menu price $6.99 . Cash register rang up as $7.99 ??? Why price change???? Of course, the young staff working there couldn't answer my question. I was asked if I wanted to see the manager? I said yes trying to understand why the menu listed $6.99 and I was being charged $7.99 . Well the much older male manager did ask what my concern was and I politely responded. He pointed to the fine , fine print on the menu listing prices subject to change. And I exercised my right to change my mind. No thank you. Manager yelled at me on the phone telling me I had to drive in for it. Then hung up on me. The good: The pizza is actually pretty good. We went here after the nearby Mexican restaurant was packed and we were hungry. Why not try them? The staff is really really nice but this is where the story really begins or ends...no beer, seriously, there are advertisements plastered on the walls and tables listing six different beers and they have none. Ok, not the end of the world, and the cashier was truly helpful and even looked in the back for some options. So we get our pizza and if you know their setup they have a big glass window that lets you watch the prepping and cooking of your pizza from the dining area. Kinda cool until you see the guy over the pizza ingredients has his mask hanging below his chin. Ok, not wanting to be Karen and realizing that if this guy has anything the 800 degree oven will surely zap anything from COVID to measles. Stil a bit unsettling but he was a pretty big dude and probably needed as much oxygen as possible. So we go back a couple of weeks later...rinse and repeat and it just gets worse. More unmasked cooks and there's but one lonely beer dying a slow cold death in an otherwise empty frig. WTH people, there's a Giant a block away, how hard is it to stock the beer? Shame on me but again the pizza was good and the cashier was very nice. They do have the tables marked for social distancing so we feel like they're trying and having worked in a pizza place, the kitchen can be uncomfortable. Thank you for sun scorching ovens :-) Ok, why would be we go again? Pizza is good and surely after a month and going on a weekday night there's got to be beer. No one could have left the lonely beer to die alone? Oh yes, they have...no beer again. Seriously, take the signs down that you even have beer as an option. Unplug the frig and list it on marketplace and stop fooling us. We even asked if we could bring a drink from the other restaurant that always stocks beer and margaritas. Apparently not, ok, maybe you could form a partnership with them to work out how beer is procured? Seriously, we're not lushes but an ice-cold Stella with a fresh pepperoni pizza...thank you, you just caught up to why we're so bummed. So we do see the "manager" or owner, not sure which one she is but guess who was sporting through the alcohol-free pizza place without a mask, at any point, in the kitchen, in the dining area? Yes, she was so we know the root of the mask issue. Again, not the end of the world but if you can't get that right you're probably not paying attention to the other things. I'm probably just bitter about the beer and taking my frustration out on the mask. Is it the beer or the mask, what came first? In all seriousness, this could be a great little pizza joint. We hate Pepsi products so that doesn't help but stock some beer and tighten up on the masks or close the panoramic window that lets customer see what you're not doing. Pretty good pizza for a chain. I have always ordered delivery never dined in. The pizza is always hot, fresh and on time. Though I did take away one star for an issue I've had. Three separate occasions they have gotten our order wrong. Once they put our pizza on the wrong crust, not a huge deal, but not what we ordered. The two other times they forgot our sides. We always order 4 pizzas, big family, and order a dip side with each one. On these occasions they only send dips with 2 of our 4 pies. Once again not a huge deal, but I would still like to get what was ordered. I have not felt compelled to call and complain because I don't want them to have to send a driver back to my house just for a couple cups of dip. I ordered a medium crispy thin Hawaiian pizza. It wasn't bad but it did remind of the frozen California pizzas you can buy in the grocery store. Two times ordered subs, both overbaked and hard. Final straw: called last Friday & ordered food and Dr.Pepper. Phone rep said there was no key on the register for Dr.Pepper, but she would tell the driver. I wasn't home when food was deleivered, but they delivered Diet Pepsi! When I stopped to complain, since this is clearly their mistake, I was told I would have to return the unopened bottle of soda to exchange it. Second time ordering from Marco's Pizza in Fredericksburg. First time (2 years ago), was okay. Tonight, we happened to be in the area and decided to give it a try again (my son has not had it before). Well, I will say this is the last time. We live 30 minutes away and got home to find out one pizza had onion (specified no onion and receipt said no onion). Called and spoke to Ari (manager) and she offered a 50% credit. I was like no, we didn't make the error, you all did. She insisited that was all she could do and I insisted a 100% credit. She talked over me and her responses always had a lil laugh to them. I told her she was not customer service oriented and wanted the manager above her. She said I could call the owner the next day but without returning the pizza, 50% would be all they would offer. I told her again, I live 30 minutes away, I am not driving over an hour total for a pizza they made a mistake on.
