I will say that this used to be my favorite "go-to" for Lebanese cuisine. The service is punctual, and staff is nice enough. Even the ambiance, though somewhat basic, the establishment seems to be clean and well kept. My issue, however, is something pretty minor. If I pay nearly $50 for two meals and one appetizer (to-go), I should not be charged a dollar extra per chutney/sauce that I request. That is absurd. While this may seem like a minuscule issue to some, again, it really is the principle. I've already paid nearly $50, and this food is "to-go." To then want to charge me an extra dollar per sauce simply motivates me to find another establishment, or purchase ingredients and a good Lebanese cookbook. ~Faithful Customer of Many Years. read more

I saw that this place opened not too long ago and have been watching it and noticed the reviews were all really good, so when I had an opportunity to visit for lunch on a weekday, I went. I tried their chicken shwarma platter, which comes with rice and salad. It was made fresh to order and I didn't have to wait long. The presentation looked delicious! The taste of this entrée was excellent! Lots of amazing flavor and the chicken was tender, not dry nor over-cooked. The rice was very flavorful and perfectly cooked as well. I tried a side of hummus and it was just "ok" as it seemed to lack flavor and the very thin flat bread it came with (more of a wrapper, than a pita) quickly got cold and hard and the two didn't make a really good combo. I'm used to smaller pita at Mediterranean restaurants for dipping, not these larger wrappers they use for wraps. Overall, I feel the food was still excellent and I'll still come back, I just will skip the hummus next time. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. read more

I had the Falafel meal, the Falafel are HUGE, I loved the extra pickles they put in the container! The space is shared with Kung Fu Tea, which is always delicious! If you're looking for some great Middle Eastern food, then look no further. This place offers authentic cuisine at a reasonable price. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Wrap and the Beef Kuftah platter. The Chicken Shawarma Wrap was well seasoned and had amazing flavor. It was sat atop some delicious crispy seasoned fries that were paired with a garlic sauce. The Beef Kuftah was good but slightly dry. The platter came with roasted vegetables and flavorsome rice. Both were generously portioned, so I could eat any leftovers as another meal. I was really wanting to rate this higher. The food was not horrible and that is why the stars are not high. What brought this down is we ordered three things and it was almost $50! I ordered the chicken shawarma. Flat bread wasn't fresh, nor was the chicken. Flavors were normal. Wife ordered the gyro. The bread same. Sadly the meat was precooked and or frozen. The horrible is they charge $.75 for tzatziki sauce! I asked for one and got 2!! My sister in law got the beef kofta. Again same bread and nothing special. It was so small portion. Fries are extra. Food is good... that being said, cold salad comes in on top of hot rice, asked young lady at counter for bread and she stated she would give it to me, never got any bread. I was super excited when I saw this place open up. It's nice to have another kabob spot in Stafford. My journey for Al Basha Grill (Basha typically means Boss and I was curious what the food tasted like by the Boss) started on the ChowNow app. I order myself a Kobbeh (similar to beef sambosa), Chicken Shawarma, a Beef and Chicken Shawarma and a Kunafa (dessert made with vermicelli and sweet cheese) The Kobbeh came with no sauce and tasted pretty dry. It was burned in most places. The Shawarma came with rice and middle eastern salad (cucumbers, tomatoes and chopped lettuce). The beef and chicken were both dry and the rice was okay. The food was missing the actual sauce to add a kick and favor. Also, no option for hot sauce either. I went with shawarma because it's usually cooked with a bit of sauce on it but guess that was dried up. The styrofoam try it came in was also a bit burned by the hot food. I can't speak much on the dessert cause the restaurant forgot to put it in my bag. Their online order system is ram via ChowNow. ChowNow doesn't charge fees to restaurants; however, getting a refund for my missing item took over 4 days. I also needed to reach out to them on multiple occasions. I personally think the food was okay nothing that I would go out of my way for. There are other kabob places in the area that in my opinion are way superior.
