After going back and forth, he made a last-ditch effort to fix it--but showed no genuine care for the situation. Even after learning we were celebrating their academic achievement (honor roll), there was no acknowledgment or engagement. What should've been a quick, positive moment turned into an uncomfortable experience. This was far from the "second mile service" Chick-fil-A is known for. I love that it's a sports bar with plenty of TVs so you can watch all four basketball games at once. And it's a great environment. We tried to call the restaurant several times and no answer. Next day, tried again, no answer. Went online and completed their customer service form. Heard back the next day that they were working on my complaint. Then two days later they ask me three questions which were ALL answered on their inquiry form. So I answered them AGAIN. Three more days go by and now they want pictures of the food items "in question". How does one take pictures of missing food items? Ridiculous. Now 9 days into this for what? Big runaround. Seems the goal is to wear you out do you just go away. I will go away, this time with no chance of a THIRD chance. And I urge others buying here to reconsider. At least triple check your order before you pull away from the window. AND! Onion rings!!! Why did you drop them from your menu?
