They are a pollo a la brassa restaurant and they offer all the typical items, but also bowls, so we opted for a couple of chicken bowls. Their bowl comes in two sizes; the regular size with pulled chicken and 2 sides and the larger size with pulled chicken and 3 sides. We got the regular size and they tasted great! Their black beans are seasoned quite nicely, so is their fried rice. But their chicken tasted great! What I really liked was their green sauce, which was more of a lighter green, but was loaded with jalapeño and was nice and spicy! The inside of this restaurant is really clean and decorated nicely and the lady working there today was very friendly and helpful with their menu. It has a family-owned business vibe and they seem to have found their niche. We enjoyed our meal. Lori provided excellent service. There is enough variety on the menu that everyone in our small group were able to find just what they wanted. I would class this as an American diner with a Mediterranean tilt. We started with the stuffed mushroom appetizer and spinach spanakopita. It was excellent. I really liked the tzatziki with the spanakopita. For the main course we had NY steak, pork chops, and Greek Salad. Food taste and quality were great. We had some left-overs that we took with us. It was time to get back on the road and continue the trek northward on a congested I-95. If I didn't have several hours of driving ahead of me I would have indulged in their delicious looking deserts.

The fried chicken wasn't as crispy as I would like it but it was well seasoned and the waffle was soft. There are so many options for your sides. So for the fried fish, the appearance looks delicious but it was very thin and dry. Even with the tartar sauce it was still dry. I was really looking forward to it. The sides I selected were fries and hope cakes (which are sweet corn bread). Their beverages are on point, I got their lemonade and sweet tea. Lexi was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurant is only opened on Fridays-Sundays for regular business but since they do multiple catering events, they are open 7 days a week. They also offer Sunday brunch between the hours of 9a-3p which the entire dining room is open with mocktail and coffee station. There isn't a buffet during the brunch but a la carte off the menu. I would make a return visit to try their brunch menu in the near future.

It was fine, but a little heavy on the dressing, and light on the chicken. It was as advertised, but a bit boring with so few ingredients. My husband opted for the Chicken Alfredo which was served with garlic bread ($14.79). This dish also included penne pasta, broccoli, and homemade Alfredo sauce (1,540 calories). My husband also rated his meal as 3/5. He said it was good enough but feels that Olive Garden has similar meals that are a better value because they include unlimited salad and breadsticks. There has been increased pressure to tip more generously. The suggested gratuity "provided for your convenience" on the receipt first listed 22%, then 20%, and finally 18%.
