The menu is full of interesting drink options, and none of them include cow's milk - all of their milks are plant-based, which I really appreciated! I got the pistachio white chocolate mocha latte and since it was their birthday, they had free whipped topping and sprinkled with all drinks. I got the whipped topping on my iced coffee and it was amazing! I could taste the nutty flavor of pistachio and also the white chocolate. They didn't fill up the cup with ice and give very little drink which I also appreciated. They also had pastries and some food items but the food menu is relatively small. He said we will refund tomorrow, and that he didn't have the authority and that it would be processed "tomorrow." He didn't take my name, number, or any information so it was unclear how that would even happen. On top of that, his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making it feel like I was inconveniencing him just for asking about an order and how will he keep track on who he's refunding while we had already been waiting! This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing especially with kids waiting. Lack of communication, poor service, and no follow-up make this feel like a complete rip-off.

This marvelous sandwich contains egg, chorizo, cheese spread, provolone, tomato, and arugula. It was outstanding and the chorizo was very tasty (though a bit hard to bite through). I know I love a sandwich when after I put the last bite in my mouth, I feel a little sad because it is all done. Such was the case here. My wife had a Cortado espresso, which she loved but was a bit strong for me. I had a London Fog, which seemed like a latte with a hint of Earl Gray tea. I loved it, and when my wife tasted it she pronounced it "nummy". She doesn't use that word a lot so when she does I know she loves it. After lunch we split a Lava Cake, which is a small but decadent chocolate cupcake. The dining room was small but comfortable. The servers we encountered at the counter were very friendly.
