I walked in, said hello to my mother that was already sitting then hello to the employee that was doing some tidying...just for her to stare me down then walk to the back without saying anything. Weird, but okay. I went ahead to the hardest part of sweet frog; deciding on which flavor! Tbh, I typically get the same thing every time but I gave the coconut a taste try and it was delicious. The toppings all looked good and I didn't see any gnats flying around. I had to wait at the register for a minute or two until an employee came out to ring me up. I was being nosey and decided to join the club (which you put your info in on the iPad near the register) and was able to get 10% off this visit! Great surprise that made this trip even sweeter. There's a lot of seating inside, but not much outside. Did notice how clean all the tables were and also the floor. Bright and upbeat decor to include a "happy birthday" board. Not sure if they put club members birthdays up there or what, but it was nice to see. A super cute thing I saw was their personally branded water bottles! So cute and adds a little value to the bottle itself. Not sure how much it was but for two small cups with toppings and a water plus 10% off, it was only $11.

They put glazed purple onions and this spiced honey on them with bacon bits, shrimp cooked perfectly. I shared an order of cinnamon swirl glazed pancakes with friend. She ordered the huevos rancheros. They were missing jalapeños which was a bummer and they use wheat tortillas only. She said, don't get it twisted they were still bomb. Our server listened to what we ordered and gave suggestions. They've only been open a couple months in this spot but they were very busy for a Wednesday brunch. The manager stopped by the table to make sure everything was going well. They have a lot of seating inside and out under a pergola on a patio with lots of space as well. It's bright inside with two breakfast bars on each side as you walk in. I'd like to see one open in my hometown. It was an all around amazing experience. I'll probably go back one more time before I go home.

After a long Sunday walk, we stopped into Turning Point for breakfast. As expected for a Sunday,…read morethe wait to be seated was long and once we were seated, the wait for our food was even longer. I ordered the steak, potato, and egg skillet (minus the egg for me). It was okay, not bad, but not something I'd rave about. A little more seasoning would've gone a long way. The vibe inside was nice, and the hostess was friendly, which I appreciated. It was extremely packed, so maybe others have had better experiences or different dishes that shine more. I'd be open to trying them again for lunch to see if that hits differently. One small thing: I asked for Sriracha, and the server acknowledged it but never brought it. Not the end of the world, but it would've helped the meal. All in all, it wasn't the worst, just a very slow Sunday breakfast with food that was fine but could be improved. Stafford is growing and getting more new restaurants, and I'm glad Turning Point is here. I just hope the kitchen timing and seasoning get a little tighter over time.

I got there mid afternoon and it was not busy in the slightest. The young guy at the register was so incredibly nice! I asked if they were good and he said he loves them and puts them on everything he orders, so I said to give me the burger exactly as it comes! The patties on the burger were very thin, but there were two and I felt like it was the perfect size!I ordered fries with no salt, and they were amazing! The food was genuinely bad: not just low sodium, but bland and unnatural looking. The meat, eggs, and rice all looked off, especially the rice, which had the texture of instant rice. I threw away more than half of it. What made it worse was the manager at the Stafford location. I wasn't even asking for a refund, I offered to return the untouched food and send photos. Instead of listening, he got defensive and accused me of just wanting him to "eat the cost." That wasn't the point. I just wanted the issue acknowledged. He also told me this was the first bad review he's ever gotten. Well, now it's not. This tasted like pre-packaged slop shipped from corporate, not the fresh, made-to-order food they advertise.
