Came here today to get something to eat for my daughter... she got home and was eating her chipotle chicken burrito, when she found a piece of glass in it. This is very unacceptable. If she would've broke a tooth or something it would've been fr read more

Definitely first & last time coming to this location. The flatbread was so hard that it was inedible. The chipotle sauce was all over the wrapping paper & hardly any on the sandwich. The smoothie was very watered down. 0/10 recommend read more

This is location is my go-to but lately they have been messing up my orders. The lady at the register gave my food to another person and then attempted to make my sandwich and forgot the most important part. The RANCH The worst part is they all back there speaking another language and laughing. read more

Worst customer service. Made drink wrong and tried to gaslight me instead of apologizing

Great lunch. I love the convenience of ordering on the app and that you can do can do customizations. Order was ready when we got there. Wraps are large and very filling. I had the Thai Chicken wrap and a smoothie. Great flavors on the wrap and a big portion. Smoothies as always were delicious! Very filling. read more

Food was great and quickly. Maria and the other Staff were very friendly with great service. You could dine in, they have a few tables very nice and clean. Definitely recommend it read more

I go to tropical smoothie a lot. This owner of this location has jacked up the prices on items that far exceeds other locations in the area. The breakfast items at other locations have breakfast items between $4-$5. This location, those same items cost between $6-$7. For the price gouging alone, I do not recommend this location. Too many better options nearby for cheaper. read more

I got food door dashed to my job, a chicken pesto flatbread with cheddar sun chips with a bahama mama smoothie. they forgot my straw. when I call the restaurant not our problem excuse me, I managed one for three years also I didn't catch the young ladies name on the phone because I couldn't under stand her terrible customer service and you will probably not get my business again. read more

I'm not sure what changed, but the service is entirely too slow now. I used to love going here. Today I waited 25 minutes for a smoothie and quesadilla. There was only one other person in the store besides me. Unfortunately, this was the third time in a row. I could understand if it were busy, but sheesh! read more

I stop by here after work to get my smoothie and I travel far from home. They serve great tasting food and smoothies. The ladies who work there are friendly and helpful. There was a boy who kept licking his finger when he made the smoothie for another customer. Please tell the boy to stop licking his fingers! It is gross. The girls are more responsible and mature in doing their job. Also please fix the ventilation to vent the smoke odor from the kitchen. read more

This is one of the fastest services for tropical smoothie in the area. The staff is helpful and can quickly complete your order. I recommend downloading the app, makes paying easier and they also have lots of rewards. The bathroom is clean. The only problem is the area for seating is very small. I don't mind, this is a great place to grab a smoothie to go. My usual is a bahama mama. If i get something to eat, i get a chipotle chicken flatbread. read more

They have a bathroom but not for people who order from them. You can sit down and eat and drink your smoothie but you cannot use the bathroom. Kind of ridiculous read more

Have had good luck with you guys in the past however today your store made a HUGE mistake. Ordered the Hummus wrap and the Paradise punch smoothie with add ins. Due to being sick wasn't able to eat it for a couple hours after my Husband brought it home. Opened it up took a bite and what do my teeth land on.... Chicken. Now to most people that wouldn't be an issue, but not to someone WHOS ALLERGIC TO CHICKEN!!! Literally I have the order of what was asked and you completely just put whatever tf you wanted in there. That's extremely dangerous and a lawsuit on your hands if you're not careful. Luckily I spit it out but it can cause SEVERE reactions and throat closing. Decided to move to the smoothie next and to my delight you effed that up too with a cranberry lime smoothie. Called your store and apparently you have no Manager which is super sus, but ok. That's what BBB is for right? Wouldn't be such an issue except a person could have ended up having to stab my leg with an epi pen!! Froze both so will be bringing it into your shop tomorrow for a major refund. read more

My visit to this Tropical Smoothie was great! It's a fairly new designed location, so it's clean and welcoming. The employees are nice and helpful. They know what they're doing and make great smoothies. They have a great consistency and are ice cold (believe it or not I've had warm Tropical Snoothies). The smoothies come out in a timely manner and I have nothing to complain! The dining area is clean and we taken care of (Take note Neabsco Mills Tropical Smoothie!). I would highly recommend this place to others looking for a good Tropical Smoothie location! read more

Peanut Butter Paradise is Good. Looking forward to trying another one. Quick and Courteous service from staff. I always feel welcomed when I come in there. They only have one size and its huge - so be prepared to be completely full after having one of these smoothies. Another plus, if you call in and tell them you are close by and will be there in a few minutes- it will be ready for u when you walk in the door. read more

I chose to order online for pick up in the restaurant. I found the process to be quick and easy. I arrived slightly before my pick up time which was right before the dinner rush hour. For my daughters I ordered the chicken quesadilla and ham and cheese wrap. The liked the ham and cheese wrap the best. They also enjoyed the Jetty Junior smoothie that was strawberry/banana flavored. I ordered the Detox Island Green smoothie. It surprisingly was well balanced with the ratio of greens to fruit. I appreciated the option to have full sweetener, half or none for the smoothie. That was a pleasant surprise. The Baja Chicken bowl was also an all around good entree. read more

Probably the poorest managed Tropical smoothie I have patroned. Under staffed, phones never answered and always ringing, lines always long, no organization. Everyone is always running around like a chicken with their heads cut off in chaos even when there is no need. Don't ever select curbside because you have to call and well they don't answer the phones, go inside and it's likely a 20 minute wait just to have your order taken. Picking up an order inside is a hit or miss. I really want to like this location but most times its worth the drive to another one. :( read more

Try the great smoothies here. Tropicolada is my favorite. For less calories they can make it with half Splenda. read more

This tropical smoothie is quick with the orders and have gotten it right on all my special orders. They have morning discount on smoothies if you get there before 10:00 and order in person. Get the app to save time in line. Once the app failed ,(which was not their fault), and they were quick to get my order fixed. They do get busy especially in the morning. They even walked my order out to me when I asked because I had my Littles and a newborn in the car and couldn't manage it but really needed my tropical smoothie! read more

This TSC is awesome! Right now, they have breakfast happy hour from 7AM - 10 AM. All smoothies are only $3.49 which is a great price compared to the average of $5.29! The customer service is also very excellent. Every team member I have encountered is sweet and gets your order correct! Come to this one if you are in the area! read more

Curbside order sucks they don't even check if you're outside or not so you have to call and when you do call they decline the call 5 times before they actually answer with a very rude attitude and treat you with disrespect the whole time they are on the phone. read more

Lauren at this location has the best customer service I've encountered in a long time. She was extremely upbeat and happy. Started my Sunday off great. The smoothies were amazing read more

This store is disgusting and bad customer service. I don't recommend it. I saw workers clean behind stations and there was mold and bugs. Managers are creepy. Ive seen the managers stare at the workers sexually. I also saw them shove frozen chicken under the oven. Disgusting. read more

New girls working here now are very very slow. Online orders are never ready. You had a great staff before, should have kept them.

Place was really good. It was my first time coming to one of these. The staff members were very kind in helping me pick out something. My friend tried the Korean beef tacos and loved them. Me and my other friend tried the Thai chicken wrap and it was so good. The watermelon mojito (alcohol free) was very good so was the chocolate banana shake. Definitely recommend this place. Probably my new favorite fast food! read more

Tropical Smoothie Cafe - The smoothies are the sizes of a venti starbucks. You can also order them as a kids though. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Dumfries, Virginia

They're always rather quick with service and we've never had a bad experience. It's close to home, which is great. We come by once a week or so-- would be more if those DARE tables outside were gone. We have grown tired of them asking for donations and being pushy when we go to get smoothies. We rush by and pretend to be on our phones now so they harass us less. We love DARE and the idea behind it, but it's just too much for every time we are in the shopping center. They've even been incredibly loud while I've actually been on my phone (LOL) with my bank. They are always asking why I don't want to come by the table and if I got them anything from tropical smoothie. Grows old and makes me uncomfortable. Otherwise-- smoothies are great. My husband gets banana mama for his sweet tooth and I usually get a kale based option. read more

Ordered online. Came into store 10 minutes later the ticket was still sitting on printer and claimed they just received my order. If the girls weren't to busy joking around my order might have been ready. read more

The best smoothie place in town. I have almost tried all of the different flavors. And I can't decide which ones are my favorite, yet! It seems like each smoothie is recommended for my different moods....It depends on how I feel that day. The girls at this location are so nice and professional. They deliver the best smoothies read more

Customers came and left and we were still waiting for our 2 smoothies (regular and kids size) we waited for 20min as we watched everyone but us receive their smoothies. I asked the guy behind the register what was the hold up on our smoothie. He stated he didn't see our order. I expressed again that we had been waiting for 20mins. My boyfriend expressed that he no longer wanted his as we had waited so long. I asked for the manager and the guy said that he was the manager I said so what was the issue he said I guess the ticket got over looked I said this is unacceptable he said" I'll go make it now" I said just refund of my boyfriends and make mine. When they finally made my smoothie and my boyfriends after he told them to just refund his, My smoothie was still made incorrectly I asked for extra ginger and it said it on the receipt but instead I didn't get any ginger. The "manager" showed no concern for the situation. I've worked in customer service and this situation was no handled properly. Not to mention every time he brought out an order to the other customers he passed us and never asked if we had been help or what our order was so he could check on it. I've never experienced anything like this at a Tropical Smoothie read more

I was not happy with the smoothies from THIS specific Tropical Smoothie. Normally I like their smoothies, but at this Dumfries location the guy at the counter made a TERRIBLE Very berry cranberry smoothie that literally tasted like chemicals!! It was so nasty, and not done right at all! I asked him to redo the smoothie, yet again soooo gross! Then he said he would make another smoothie, so I ordered my USUAL Paradise Point, come to find out that one DID NOT taste the way it normally does! I was so annoyed at this point, I asked for a refund. Instead of being polite, the same guy (brown hair, beard) was extremely rude to me! Claiming that he had been working there for "seven years" and that he "had trained everyone there", and all this BS that I didn't want to hear! I just couldn't believe how rude and ignorant he was being when I was just asking for a $6 refund! Why do you think it's okay to treat customers like this?! I don't care how long you have been there, YOUR SMOOTHIES SUCK! And thank god I got the refund because I will NEVER go back to this location! read more

As usual at this franchise, quick, clean and friendly. It is a bit smaller than many of the others I have been to and the parking lot can be difficult when the strip mall is busy. But the smoothies and the wraps are great. read more
