I knocked, and the same man opened the door and told me that any orders placed after 9:30 PM would be automatically refunded within 48 hours. Another customer arrived right behind me and was told the exact same thing. I waited a full week and still saw no refund, so I called the store and asked for a manager. After explaining what happened, I was put on hold. A man eventually picked up, asked a few questions, and said he was filing a claim and that I should see the refund within 48 hours. It has now been over three weeks, and I still have not received my money. My concern isn't just the missing refund--it's the overall customer service and how customers are treated at this location. About a month before this incident, I was inside the store waiting for a to‑go order and witnessed a delivery driver place the drink cup in his mouth while checking his phone, then fill the customer's drink. The front‑counter employee saw it and said nothing. That should have been my warning not to return. At this point, I simply want my refund processed. This location needs a District Manager to step in and assess how this store is being run. The lack of professionalism, hygiene oversight, and follow‑through is unacceptable.
