On Christmas Eve, I placed an online order totaling $80.17 at 9:43 PM. The website accepted my payment and confirmed the order would be ready at 10:00 PM. When I arrived, a man in civilian clothes was at the door closing it as another customer walked away. I knocked, and the same man opened the door and told me that any orders placed after 9:30 PM would be automatically refunded within 48 hours. Another customer arrived right behind me and was told the exact same thing. I waited a full week and still saw no refund, so I called the store and asked for a manager. After explaining what happened, I was put on hold. A man eventually picked up, asked a few questions, and said he was filing a claim and that I should see the refund within 48 hours. It has now been over three weeks, and I still have not received my money. My concern isn't just the missing refund--it's the overall customer service and how customers are treated at this location. About a month before this incident, I was inside the store waiting for a to‑go order and witnessed a delivery driver place the drink cup in his mouth while checking his phone, then fill the customer's drink. The front‑counter employee saw it and said nothing. That should have been my warning not to return. At this point, I simply want my refund processed. This location needs a District Manager to step in and assess how this store is being run. The lack of professionalism, hygiene oversight, and follow‑through is unacceptable. read more

Worst service out of any other location. Horrible Customer Service and argumentative staff and management. Every time I order here they have shorted me on my food. This location desperately needs some help! The cashier Jose was very nice and attentive when he took our order but it took us 46 mins to get our food and we only ordered 3 items. Two sandwiches and some corn. There were back there working super hard with just two individuals there. About 30 mins into our wait a third employee arrived and he actually let the walk-in orders know that there was a 40-45 min wait. Food was great and even with the long wait the staff was very nice! I was so excited when Wingstop open its new location. However I've been here about five or six times , The service is terrible. I mean I went there in person and I had two managers on two different days disrespect me right in front of my face in front of customers and employees. They are so rude at this location it makes you not even wanna go anymore because of how bad the customer service is. I'm not sure who is general manager of the store but you need to revamp your store and teach all your employees the true definition of what customer service is and how to actually treat people. Manger said I would have to come pick up the order because they don't deliver. Seems they contract their delivery via door dash, so if anything is wrong with your delivery this location will do nothing to fix it.... Manager said deliveries are not her problem. When I requested a refund she said she would refund a small portion of the order, so now I have to order dinner for my family from some place else. On top of all of this, the actual wing stop locatoon is located less than 6 miles from our home so when she arrived with the order, everything was cold and again, it was not what my wife ordered! First time customer of this chain.. We ordered in person and waited 20 minutes for it. It was worth it!!! Prepared and cooked right in front of us. The wings were delicious, hot and smothered in sauces of our choice.. We ordered 30 wings and 3 sauces. Sauces were delish as well. Crispy, fresh veggie sticks (carrots and celery) included.. Blue cheese and ranch dressing were okay and came with order. Also included Large side of fries enough for two people. Definitely will go back. They are open very late and we love that.
