    F4 Lamb Kabob
    Adam B.

Great service. The woman was kind and the food was very good. I was very hungry and ordered the Lamb Kabob with spinach.

I had the Gyro and my husband had the lamb and rice with potatoes. To drink I had a mango drink.

Man this place is by far is one of THEEE places that has me speechless..... It is soooooooo Delicious! Service was amazing. The only thing I can say is they might want to expand a bit so they can fit more people to dine in. But other than that it's FREAKING OUTSTANDING!!!!

    F7- Combo Lamb/Ground Beef

Good service, call ahead to order not much seating area. Ground beef kabob and lamb kabob were both cooked and seasoned well. 20$ total for a large combo meal with plenty of rice , flat bread, and additional side.

    Spinach and potatoes. Yummy.

The flavors of the food were decent without too much spice. The mango lassie drink was outstanding! My greatest concern with my visit was not even the 2 hour wait for my meal (I am somewhat patient and understand the overwhelming feeling a busy first night can cause). My concern, as I waited at the window, was the food handling. I watched as the gentleman prepared the seekah kabob of raw beef shaped into a tube onto a skewer and prepared raw chicken onto skewers, in addition to other drippy raw meats, and then help to prepare plates for serving. The young lady at the window was diligently using gloves and changing after payments, for the most part. I wanted to say something, but after a two hour wait and knowing this is their first day, I held my tongue, watched as the gentleman touched all over the outside of my container, and a little bit inside, and took my $40 meal home. I had a lamb chop platter with spinach, salad, and rice with naan, and I wanted to try the butter chicken as well so I got that with chick peas. I threw out the salad, put my food onto a plate and heated everything before blessing my food. Final thoughts...I am giving three stars because I see the potential and would not want a negative review to blow their confidence, and I hope they take time to assess this evening to make improvements on an awesome food truck idea. I will return to give it another try.

They don't have falafel, but I highly recommend any of their vegetable sides. I got the 4 veggie plate and loved everything. They make amazing flatbread that is worth the trip alone. After lent, I still go back and like everything I've tried. They are extremely friendly. And whoever is at the counter will warmly welcome you. They have a pretty simple menu and tap to pay conveniently located on the counter. There is nothing in particular I would recommend as everything I've tried I'd order again. I'm catholic and would recommend the veggie plate during lent. I will say that the drink options are common and basic bottles in a refrigerator. Don't let the plain name in front fool you. This place is worth a try. I don't preorder and have never had a long wait. If you eat in, they offer you warm tea that is really appreciated during winter.

Overall, if chicken kabobs were on the Cheesecake Factory menu, this version would be on the skinnylicious menu for those counting calories and preferring a healthier less indulgent version since flavors seem muted and textures appear lacking due to insufficient oil/grease.

I took a piece of the naan bread, stack it with the hummus, musaka and topped with a half piece of soujouk. The combination of each element made this custom bite simply fantastic. The roasted garlic butter wings were crispy, tender but didn't taste of the garlic only butter. They were still good. The fried mushrooms were on point that were served with a dipping sauce. I really wanted the taco pizza to be awesome but it was lacking flavor. All of the toppings were generous portion, had a nice under carriage but just missing that one component. Alexa the server was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. I would make another visit to try other items on their menu.

The second sign - it smelled nothing at all like a place that makes anything with curry, it smelled like cleaner. The fixtures, décor, and leftover (from the gas station that it used to be) slurpee and other machines all tell me the folks who own this place put nothing at all into it... So, one would hope they put their love into the food.... I tried their beef seekh kabob with a side of chick peas... The flavors and style is more Persian, maybe Afghan, but definitely NOT anything with flavor! Those are bland and basic in preparation, style, and flavor... Indian and Pakistani foods have sooo much more depth of flavor which comes from better preparation and use of spices. The kabob was as flavorful as regular 80/20 ground beef wrapped around a spit... I hardly tasted any spice to it. The chickpeas weren't flavorful at all. The rice (even though it looked like it might be good) was the blandest thing I had, so I hardly ate any. Overall, I tried this place a few years apart and nothing has changed... I have no idea how they stay in business, but I do hope they are successful... They just don't serve the flavors I seek.

Biryani also was stale and chicken pieces look old and dark on the outside. Side raita (yogurt) was also foamy and stale. I'm very disappointed because I was very excited to learned we have Pakistani restaurant in Stafford but I guess I'll have to travel up north to satisfy my cravings for desi food. I'm sorry but I don't recommend this restaurant because of this experience of my mine.
