This place is horrible. The service is slow. The tables are sticky. The employees are not nice. It was 10:30 and I looked up a place that was open New Year's Eve. They were supposedly open until midnight. All of us in our family (6) bought meals and drinks. We were at a table of 6. There were plenty of other open tables. We were not loud or causing any trouble. A man came out at 11:45 and said everyone had to leave. We were forced to go out to stand in the cold with our family to count down to midnight/the new year. We happened to be out running errands with family and wanted a quick lunch. Burgers and chicken sounded like a good, simple option. It's a decent sized menu focusing on the chicken sandwiches, smashed burgers, and some unique sides. We ended up going with pretty similar items. I got the Oh My Thigh and was impressed. It has a chili sauce, but it's not particularly spicy (which is ok.) A lot of fast food can feel a bit pricey these days, so this is more of a treat at the price point. Some good and some not so remarkable: the good is the smashburger and especially that yummy chipotle mayo they sell alongside and even their ranch is really creamy and kinda unqiue but that chipotle mayo like sauce is where its at, i can eat a bucketful of fries with it just because of it. Their smashburger is also solid and very filling esp the double patty. The honey chicken on the other hand is a-ok and nothing really amazing. We had a double smash burger, very good--with a dense enough bun that it didn't fall apart, which I appreciated. Got a Large Fry--boy, was it large. Kids 6-piece chicken bite meal with Mac and Cheese, which was very saucy. The chicken was BIG--for reference the paper containers for the burger, fries, and bites are all the same size. They have a "classic" sauce--seemed like your pretty standard condiment combo or Cane's without the pepper. They also had a garlic Parmesan sauce (think of the wings) that was great. A fantastic lunch spot! Their Nash and Smash sandwich has a burger patty and a thin chicken cutlet that is great. The fries are crispy and they have two sauces you can try for dipping that I really enjoyed. I also tried the mac n cheese which was the more liquid kind. Customer service was great. The chicken is very good and the macaroni and cheese is way beyond good. The sandwiches are good, too. The chicken fingers that were supposed to be plain were very spicy, though . The sauces are good - especially the creamy white magic which was especially good on the pickle fries. I would go back just for those. BUT. We waited almost an hour for our food and a couple of the things we got were cold so the timing on the cooking needs some work. There is absolutely no reason it should take an hour to fry some chicken. I'm a cook so I'm not just guessing. The staff is extremely pleasant and service is good but very slow. Very good first time experience. Visited a bit after noon on a Friday. Not too busy, order taken at the counter within 5 minutes. Good selection of chicken and burger fare. We both went with a chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were served very hot and were quite tasty. My medium hot was exactly what I would expect, just enough to tickle the back of my throat. Waffle fries were crispy and also excellent. I prefer the signature sauce while my wife likes the garlic. I thought it was a little too much garlic, but to each their own. Okay... this place is very cute, very aesthetic, very demure the inside is pretty spacious, clean, & they have outdoor seating as well. The food was very delicious, & it wasn't a long wait at all. You can order through their kiosk or at the front cashier spot. They have burgers, chicken sandwiches, bucket of chicken, & some delicious dessert. I order the original Nashville chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, & cheese and removed a couple of items, and it came out tasting so good!!! If you ask for sauce to go for an order-in order, they won't give you the bigger sauces with the lid to take home. This place was great! It was my first time trying it, and it was lovely. The only gripe that I have is that the soda (mtn dew) seemed only half-carbonated. Other than that, it was amazing. The meal I got was a lunch special 2-piece with 1 wing and 1 breast, with fries and drink for 7.99 - I added a piece of cornbread and the whole thing came to just over $10 after tax; Very reasonable for a lunch-time meal. The fries were waffle-cut thick slices, and had a lovely seasoning on them. The food was not spicy at all, as you might expect. It was pleasantly seasoned and the flavors of the meat and of the potatoes at their base value were allowed to shine bright, with the seasoning added to compliment it. Some places try to over-do it with the seasoning - not this place! Very tasty - Very enjoyable. The cornbread was crumbly yet delicious. Nothing spectacular, but cooked well and tasting good, just as you'd expect. The sauces on the side bring that flavor to a whole 'nother level. I'm not usually a sauces guy, but by the time the meal was done my sauce cups were almost empty! The white sauce is a nice ranch dip, with a heavy celery flavor. The orange dip is a house-special identified as Smash Sauce, and tasted like a nice japanese Yum Yum Sauce with some fry seasoning mixed it. This place is a definite WIN in my book, and gets a strong rating from me. I hope to see this restaurant grow, and serve the community well! The food is very greasy and the wait is long. After waiting longer than 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich they gave me a burger and another man the wrong order too. When I went back to show them the man expected me to just eat it anyway! They then made me wait another 10 minutes for the correct food. They were very dismissive and never offered anything like a free drink or something for the inconvience. That is the 2nd bad experience there. I will never go back. Their so called smash burgers are as thin as a piece of paper. fried hard and all you get is crispy edges with a little meat and fat. The owner got mad when I pointed that out. I had called them on the phone and told them I wanted the burger replaced or my money back. Not sure if they actually replaced it or it was the same piece of so called smash burger. My 13 year old grandson went in the store to get it and the cook came out the back and the owner stated fussing at him. They should have told him to get his grandmother or said have her call us.
