It took at least 30 minutes to get drinks - and the margarita was unfortunately salty (they did remake it when I finally gave in and asked for an extra splash of sour mix) - and the food took even longer. There were kids in our party who are usually well behaved but after being forced to wait over an hour for food became understandably restless. I got up at one point to ask for a status update and the other server so pointedly avoided eye contact with me that everyone at the table commented on it when I got back. Every other table was done long before we got our food, including those who arrived after us, purely because the other server never even looked towards us so we had to wait for the bartender to have spare time to come out to us. This had nothing to do with the size of our party. This was just the one server choosing to ignore us while still addressing the others around us. The orders were wrong when they finally came out - beef instead of beans for the vegetarian and the chicken taco was missing chicken, we got flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas, and to top it off the food was cold. He did comp our meal, but that was the least that could have been done for us after everything else. It's a beautiful location and the live music was great, but atmosphere isn't enough to convince me to ever return. We left hungry and cranky due to missed bedtimes and inedible food. When the entrees came to the table, by another server, my wife had no meal and mine was missing a loaded potato. The kids also had no ranch, which is a federal crime to them. We asked 2 others and our server, never received. When our server came out to see how dinner was going, I told her we are missing 1 entrees and my side of potato. She quickly went to kitchen and came back with the potatoes and then apologized for not keying in my wife's dinner. By the time she received her meal, most of us were done. The manager 1st came to apologize and said that she will comp us a dessert, but still no entrees yet. It took another 20 minutes from our entrees, before she received hers. The manager came back and said the entrees is on her. The food is always good, but for 6 people, over $200, I would like to eat together and have great service. When they brought out a free dessert for the birthday boy, they never asked what he likes, of course it was not what he wanted. He blew out the candle and then I ordered the dessert he did want for his birthday.
