Very generous portion for $10, and includes braised cabbage and nice moist rice & beans sides even though the menu doesn't mention that. The chicken is boneless chunks, and I didn't miss the splinters at all. Seasonings were complex with just enough scotch bonnet for a good scalp sweat but not punishingly hot. So I pried open the roll or see how far I had to go to get to some goodie. Seriously, there were 6 shrimp evenly spaced across the bread. SIX average sized shrimp for $8! I was expecting something more. A lot more. I ended up trashing the roll and just eating the shrimp. I must say, they were quite tasty--the seasoning was nice and the pickles complimented them so well. I wouldn't order it again, despite the yumminess, because of the lack of quantity. Now this is where it turns good. I also got the bread pudding with a bourbon caramel sauce I think. I don't care what you call it, I'll just call it GOOD. I'm not typically a fan of bread pudding, I really just ordered it for the sauce, but the whole thing was exceptional.
