Went through the drive-thru. Said "I'd like the 8 piece chicken tender family meal." The woman asked if I wanted the combo and I said yes. I told her which two sides I wanted. Then she said my total was $13, which should have tipped me off, but since the bucket was supposed to be $31, I figured she just got the numbers switched around. The we go to the pick up window and the order is entirely wrong. We got an individual nugget meal, which is neither a family buckey nor chicken tenders. That was surprising considering the area has been snowed out for days and many of the local businesses have been closed. I was actually getting the lunch for a few of my co-workers since we all braved the inclement weather and made it into work today. Long time visitor who usually orders their 2 piece meal, original along with potato wedges.. On a recent visit since the virus l found out the wedges have been replaced with fries.. Sadly l ordered them thinking maybe they were as delicious and seasoned like those wedges were...Never had to add any salt or anything. WRONG.....Unless they have improved lately, they are horrible and am puzzled as to why they replaced the wedges with them.. They had NO seasoning on them and tasted flat..l hope others who have noticed will note their disapproval or else KFC will keep them on the menu... Bring those wedges BACK! read more

The KFC on Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge, VA is the worse. The manager Maria allows her staff to use fowl language at customers. When customers complain to her and ask for corporate number, she just gives the store number. I've emailed my complaint and called in customer service but have not heard from the owner regarding this matter. It's disappointing to know no one will discuss or speak to the manager or Diana if that's her name regarding their lack of customer service. No customer should have a cashier say "Oh my fucking God" when asking for a receipt. To make matters worse I had my 2 year old with me who repeats everything. Frustrating. Just frustrating. 32 minutes from the time I went into the door to the time I was given an order that was not exactly as I ordered but I was so frustrated I walked out anyways. Oh, I didn't even get a receipt!!! First, it's hot in here, but I know they are cooking- so... Second, it's dirty. Paper, spills, dirty counter, receipts all over, straw paper on the floor... Third, unfriendly people at the counter. No hello, no thank you, gruff, curt and obviously not happy- AND I'm NOT TALKING ABOUT ME...yet. Fourth- It was sooooo slow. I should have gotten a tip from the two (now angry) people in front of me. I wanted a 20 piece chicken only bucket to take to my son's Crew picnic. Then the card apparently didn't swipe correctly and the guy at the register called for another gruff man to come and see what was wrong with the register. The man's name was Moses and he never said anything to me, didn't explain what was going on, but I could overhear that there was an issue with the transaction being held up. He called the company, they turned the machine on and off, he kept saying 'I don't know if it went through' but never apologized for the extra time. Now I see that he didn't even begin to process my order- so I'm STILL waiting for my chicken, and now we're 20 mins late for the picnic. Someone from the regional staff needs to come and do some personnel training here as I have heard 10 customers come and go and not a single "hello" "good afternoon" or "thank-you" from anyone BUT CUSTOMERS.' Horrible experience at this KFC, I ordered a 8 piece meal and 8 hot wings on my way home from work. When I got home my family was hungry and excited for the food so we sat down to eat. When I pulled out the bucket it only had 4 pieces of chicken and no hot wings. I was exhausted and unable to leave my house so I called to speak to the manager. They refused to do anything unless I come into the store. As I was explaining what happened the manager hung up on me. This KFC a doesn't have their lobby open, which means that even if you've already ordered and are picking up or are picking up an order for DoorDash, you have no choice but to sit in the line with customers ordering and paying. Went there for dinner as the hubby & I were craving chicken sandwiches & McD wasn't going to cut it. I've gotten them at the KFC on JD hway many times & they're always good, hot & fresh. Also thick & not rubbery at all. The fries are always hot & crisp as well. I assumed this would be the same. NOT! I went thru the drivethru & was told they had no breasts so there would be a 10 min. delay while they cook. I said forget it & pulled into the lot to call hubby. He said "10 min. is not that bad." I said "ok, fine I'll go in as they're already cooking so it should only be like 5 min. now." I should've known better when I walked in & there were about 7 people standing around waiting. 15 min. later I walked out with my 2 sandwiches. How ridiculous. The lady said they were almost done when I ordered them. It was like watching a Laurel & Hardy episode while I was waiting. There was a new guy, apparently. He was confused & the other workers were picking on him constantly. Quite loudly I might add. I felt bad for him. Consequently he kept making more mistakes as he was flustered. It is a very poorly run place. When I finally got my food the chicken was overcooked & rubbery & very thin. Not even close to the quality of the other KFC. I would've been better off getting McD. Using the Yelp hours I got to the KFC at 10:15 only to find it closed. The hours on the door proclaimed 10:30 to be the opening time. So I waited 15 minutes and tried again to go in and this time it was open. I was promptly greeted, ordered a bucket of 12 pieces of original chicke, and in short order was back in my car headed home. The chicken was hot and tasted pretty go. The order was correct. No problems. So if you want fowl meat this is a good place. I just wish the served coke to drink instead of that }#{[*+% Pepsi cola. I used to wonder why certain fast food restaurants always appeared empty. After my visit to this KFC location, questions have been answered. I came in, ordered Nashville Hot Wings (5-ct), paid, received my order, and left. I'd never had an issue with this KFC before so I expected none on this visit. When I opened my container at home I was sorely disappointed. I had 6 pieces of what were supposed to be wings but looked more like something I couldn't identify! I began trying to eat my "wings" which were nothing more than hard skin, some hot type of saucee, and very little actual chicken. All pieces were like that. They resembled the wing-dings that supermarkets put out that sit under heat lamps for half a day. The Colonel has disappointed me for the last time. I can see high profile days like the Super Bowl or Final Four when the masses consume take out food at an increased rate but at 1pm on a week day ???!! Then you are asked to to "pull up over there" and told to wait. I waited once for almost ten minutes . I went inside and it seemed to get them to move faster. I avoid this KFC like the plague. Ok, first off the food is good. I've never had an issue with their food. My issue is they don't pay attention when talking to their customers. I asked for a 12 piece all thighs and breasts. They explained there will be an up charge and I said that's fine. He repeated my order and it was correct. I paid for it and got home. To my surprise I had legs as part of my 12 piece (3 pieces).
