What's the deal with the service here... Each time I come, the folks working behind the counter are different than the time before and their service is borderline bad. On this occasion, the person had her back turned to the counter and there was one lady in front of me who'd been waiting a few minutes before I walked up. The girl working was watching some drama or music video on her cell and had the volume turned all the way up, I could hear it when I walked into the restaurant side. They have amazing food at the Al Basha side and clearly those are the owners of this place too... They'd do much more and better business if they managed their people better! read more

I have been here twice and like that there is a boba tea option in Stafford now. This location also has a restaurant located inside, they share the space. The employees have been super nice both times I have been. I've ordered the cocoa cream wow which is very similar to a tigers milk tea. The brown sugar boba is delicious. I moved to Stafford recently. I have had Boba from many Kung Fu locations in VA. This shop however should be avoided completely! The drinks are not properly made and taste terrible. It is often not very clean- although that may be a reflection on the local clientele, as well as the staff- and the attitude from the staff is terrible , they are lazy and entitled and act like you're the problem. The entire place should be shut down. Seems like this problem has become endemic to the entire part of northern Virginia -very low quality food, bad attitude, poor cleanliness, and extremely poor Service. I had asked an employee a simple question to clarify the difference between a black or green tea Taro Milk Tea, and was even more confused after her explanation. I love kung fu tea! Great place for boba. Their menu is pretty extensive with classic flavors such as red bean or taro and other special flavors like cookies and cream or mango passion fruit. They have different kind of drinks like a slush or milk foam. The place is conjoined with another restaurant, it's a middle eastern fast food place. I was happy that finally they had bubble tea in Stafford. I would give 5 stars but...We have been here a few times and the drinks were pretty good. However, they never have enough of the toppings or always out of toppings you want each time we ordered. I would recommend going in and order instead of ordering thru the app. As you get there to pick up your drinks, you will be told that they are out of certain toppings and to pick another. They need to check weekly their inventories to see what is being sold more often. I know they are pretty new in the area still and will give them time. Bad service from the staff there. They also cancel Uber orders a lot with no explanations. I ordered from uber eats 4 times in total and three times was canceled. What's worse, they not canceling it when you placed the order. They cancel it 30 mins after you've waited for the order and it's crazy it happened 3 out of 4 times. So far, in Fredericksburg there is only TWO boba tea spots, so it makes sense why sometimes certain add ons are not available, they sell out like crazy! I didn't know what I was expecting when I first went here, but it wasn't this. I know that they just opened recently, but I feel like by now they should know how to make bubble tea properly. I've been multiple times and they've still yet to make a good tea. For some reason, every slush I get isn't blended all the way, so it's icy, and the milk teas are always watered down and taste like hand sanitizer! I told myself I would give them a little more time to figure everything out, but to this day I'm still disappointed. We received super friendly service here! And got just what we ordered from Kung Fu Tea. We're so happy there's finally a KTF in Stafford and this did not disappoint. The place is modern, spacious, and there's a restaurant inside that makes a BUSSIN shawarma, which I also don't see a lot in this area. Do not go to this location. I love the other kung fu tea locations but this one is so disorganized and unsanitary. I had a mobile order order that was wasn't ready until 30 minutes after the set time. And while waiting for my order I had to watched the workers smell the jelly. The floor is dirty.
