They put glazed purple onions and this spiced honey on them with bacon bits, shrimp cooked perfectly. I shared an order of cinnamon swirl glazed pancakes with friend. She ordered the huevos rancheros. They were missing jalapeños which was a bummer and they use wheat tortillas only. She said, don't get it twisted they were still bomb. Our server listened to what we ordered and gave suggestions. They've only been open a couple months in this spot but they were very busy for a Wednesday brunch. The manager stopped by the table to make sure everything was going well. They have a lot of seating inside and out under a pergola on a patio with lots of space as well. It's bright inside with two breakfast bars on each side as you walk in. I'd like to see one open in my hometown. It was an all around amazing experience. The parking lot can be hectic and tight and people overflow quickly into the parking lot, at times, when it's only slightly busy. Also, I've gone a couple times during a rush (unintentionally) and there has often been one person working so it would move very slowly. Makes sense but I'm surprised the owner hasn't looked at data to analyze the busiest times and I don't even know if the workers have relayed information about the busy hours. I've avoided this locations several times when I see it's slightly busy and there's one worker. It always just gets worse with the wait time from that point on. The service is friendly and there are a few outdoor tables to eat your delicious choice at. The ambiance is nice but it can get very crowded quickly. I love their rewards app and I'll admit it gets me to go back some times.
