Super cute place to sit and relax with a Vietnamese coffee or boba! Very nice staff and one of the cleanest places that I've ever been to! Oh and it smells great too! Excellent attention to detail and delicious drinks! Would be great if they added some snacks or pastries to the menu.

Best boba tea spot in Manassas. I've been here a couple of times and am always satisfied with the drinks. The boba is always soft and they don't put too much ice! The service is always nice, too. If you have a sweet tooth (like me ) I recommend the Tiger Boba. It has a sweet syrup in the drink. The shop is sooo cute, too! The couch is quite comfortable.

What a gem! This outstanding shop sits in an unassuming strip mall. The first thing we noticed when entering is how beautiful it is inside. Every item seems like it's artfully curated for the space. We loved the boutique look along with the cozy feel. The menu offers a variety of options and the person who took our order was very knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions when we asked. We chose three drinks: the Sunset Delight with strawberry popping boba, the Hokkaido milk tea with boba and tiramisu foam and the Vietnamese Sea Salt coffee with coffee jelly. All three were a hit! If you like sweet, then the Sunset Delight is for you! The Hokkaido milk tea with boba and tiramisu foam is creamy and has a subtle sweetness. And coffee lovers will enjoy the strong forward flavor of the coffee jelly in the Vietnamese Sea Salt coffee. We felt so relaxed in the comfy chairs and couch while waiting for our drinks. It's definitely a place where you can settle down and enjoy some quiet time or meet with friends for a chat. Also, it was spotless inside.... So clean!! Be sure to grab your punch card because you'll absolutely be a frequent customer!

The drinks are always amazing. Some of the best bubble teas/shakes/slushes around. I've gotten the ice cream and few times and highly recommend the ube crunch! I decided to order some food the other day and it did not disappoint. Chicken tenders were crisppppp and the fries were seasoned and good. I also tried the wings and they were fresh and good as well! I would love to try some more things. It's cute in there, could use some more seating areas because it can get quite busy and crowded.

The lady at the register was really nice giving me flexibility to lessen the ube cream for less sweetness. I did like the lemonade more as it was very refreshing and light. They have a really nice interior with a couple couches and chairs to enjoy your drinks and snacks. If you are a trinket lover, they sell Sonny Angel and Labubu dupes. I appreciate how they write on the box that they're dupes!

Step inside and you'll see it's quite Gram-able (or is it "Insta-tastic"). In other words, it's gorgeously decorated. They have a wide array of sweet treats, almost all of them oversized. My kids have enjoyed their "dirt" sundaes and their ice cream heaped upon belgian waffles. Other non-ice cream treats include tiramisu and cakes imported from Italy, mochi balls, coffee drinks, smoothies, and yes Harry Potter geeks - even some Butterbeer. The service is always OK. They are patient as you cut through the giant menu, and they always make things delicious! But they aren't exactly outgoing either. I highly recommend Miki. They have several tables with chairs and would be good for groups or casual hang-outs. Their menu is quite diverse with a lot of options for fruit teas, milk teas, classic teas and ice cream flavors. For this particular visit, I tried a pineapple green tea. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't terrible either. It was refreshing enough. They might be worth a try for others. I wouldn't mind going back to try other items on their menu.

Both times I had 5-star Komma Tea & 5-star Pokerea (see my Pokerea Yelp review from June 12, 2025) in the food court for dinner. Komma Tea is not in the food court, a bit of a walk in this big mall, but worth it! There are a couple of locations, but I went to the one with a bit of an inside area with kiosks for ordering. October 2023: The first time I tried Komma Tea was on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. I had work travel to Caroline County, VA. On the way back I got a movie on my AMC A-List at AMC Potomac Mills, then walked around the mall & debated what I was going to eat for dinner, there was still traffic getting back to MD and would've been 9 before getting home, and looked at the food court and decided to try the Poke place, Pokerea, but went to Komma Tea beforehand. They were efficient as I watched them make the drink. This is the best bubble tea I've had in the DC area, which is funny because Pokerea in the food court was the best Poke I've had in the DC area! In summary, Potomac Mills is great! September 2024: Coincidentally, the other time I visited was a Wednesday too. My girlfriend & I were traveling back from Myrtle Beach, SC on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. We got to the mall in time to eat dinner before the movie we wanted to see with a little bit of time to spare to walk around the mall in addition to simply eating. I told her how great Komma Tea & Pokerea was. Everything was just as great as I remembered, and she thought both were great too. If I'm back down that direction, I'd definitely be back at Komma Tea.

I did 75% sweetness and that was just right for me. I feel like anything more would've been way too sweet. The ordering process is self-serve through a kiosk. You pick your drink, add boba, adjust the sweetness -- the usual. At checkout, it even prompts you to leave a tip, which I thought was a little odd considering there's no real interaction happening at that point. Speaking of interaction... the customer service was seriously lacking by 1000. There was a young lady working when I came in. She clearly saw me standing there at the kiosk, but didn't say a word. I had to speak to her twice before she finally responded, and when she did, she looked at me like I was the problem. Definitely not the warmest experience. The drink came out fast, but a heads up -- it's easy to accidentally skip the boba option on the screen. It's not super obvious, so pay attention if that's a must-have for you. Overall, the drink was good, but don't expect much in the way of customer service.
