Apparently this location has been open for many years but I just recently discovered this cute coffee shop. Met up with a gf here for a coffee date and it was a great time! We both pistachio lattes and pastries. Really enjoyed my blueberry coffee coke! I wish there was more room outside for outdoor seating but still really like this spot. Will be back!

Hip, cosy coffee spot. The barista was very nice and dedicated, but my hot chocolate was lukewarm. They have a tasty set of pastries. Seating is limited so don't stay too long.

    Egg, croissant, and Cortado!!

Love trying new coffee places when I am on travel and this place was great! I love having a classic latte and they make a great one.

Came across such a friendly barista this time around who suggested the special rooh afza syrup, a Pakistani syrup with a rose like flavor. I thought the latte was very delicious, and my friend enjoyed her iced oat vanilla latte as well.

Ask the Community - 29th Parallel Coffee

Is this work/study friendly ? What is the time limit on how long you can stay in the shop?

Def work/study friendly in my opinion. It isn't loud and clients pop in and out but don't stay for long making for a good environment to focus. I don't think there is a timeframe just make sure to support the business :) I didn't see many parties…

When did you folks move? I was sad once yall left rt50? Ill be visiting soon. Cant wait

About a year ago they opened at their new location. They closed up shop about 2 or 3 years back. New location is way nicer than the old one. You can actually turn into it without waiting 30mins and there is plenty or parking.

My mom loves the Portuguese egg tart. She gives it one of the biggest compliments - it's not too sweet. My dad enjoyed the more savory items (ham and cheese croissant). All their cakes look delicious, I haven't tried any yet but I think next time there's a holiday, I'll definitely stop by. They also have a lot of drinks i have yet to try. It's become very popular very fast though, so it's hard to find seating most of the time unless you go on a weekday morning after rush hour:( Two things I would recommend are adding more seating (perhaps even outdoor seating for the summer?), and having smaller trays/paper plates as options. Some of the tables inside are tiny, and the large trays barely fit on them, so it would be great to have a smaller option, especially when you're only getting 1-2 small baked goods. Very excited to have this yummy cafe in the neighborhood and hope the quality stays amazing!

The staff are genuinely some of the friendliest people I've ever encountered at a coffee shop -- they remember your name, your order, and somehow always make you feel like the most important person in the room. The coffee? Next level. Whether you're a straight-black-espresso purist or someone who loves a beautifully crafted latte with stunning latte art, De Clue delivers every single time. The beans are clearly sourced with care, and you can taste the quality in every sip. My go-to has become their seasonal special, and I look forward to it every single visit. The space itself is absolutely charming -- perfect for catching up with a friend, grinding through some work, or just enjoying a quiet moment to yourself. It has this rare quality of feeling both lively and relaxed at the same time. De Clue Coffee isn't just a coffee shop -- it's a community. Ordering is done at the counter, and the process was quick and easy. The staff taking orders were friendly and helpful, and our food was brought out very fast despite the lunch crowd. My husband and I both had the ham and cheese sandwiches. They were good, although nothing especially memorable. The desserts, on the other hand, were delicious. We also picked up a couple of muffins along with an iced tea and coffee. One thing that really stood out was the huge selection of desserts, danishes, cookies, teas, coffees, and other drinks. There was plenty of indoor seating plus a few outdoor tables, so it never felt cramped. The only disappointment was that there were no free refills on the iced tea, which is what kept this from being a five-star visit for me. On the plus side, we signed up for the loyalty program and were pleasantly surprised to earn a free pastry from just this visit. Since we don't live in the area and probably won't be back anytime soon, that was a nice unexpected bonus. Overall, it's a solid spot with friendly service, great desserts, and plenty of seating.

Today, June 26 I came in to get a couple of breads to take on vacation because there's not a great harvest near my relatives in Maine and they love the bread. The older woman who was helping me was incredibly kind when I walked in. She was icing cinnamon rolls and I said those look amazing. Why don't I get two; she kindly put them in packaging and was icing them up a little more when two customers came in. one was shopping and one got in line. It was a matter of two minutes that I was in there, chatting with the older woman behind the register as she iced and put them in containers. A customer came over and started chatting with her and asked her a question so she answered them. All incredibly kind and respectful. Then one of the other employees came over. Referred to the woman as "mom" And said what are you doing? They could've just eaten those pointing to the cinnamon rolls that were sitting on the counter not in containers. She started to ring up when the older woman had already started prior to her coming over. I was seeing on the register a dollar amount. The younger woman that came over I'm assuming "daughter" told me nothing has been rung up yet. I said well the screen was showing $25. She said nothing's been rung up yet and said I'll start all over them and then when she did that the screen showed zero which was good and then she rung up my order. She continued to berate the older woman about it being busy and when I said hey, she was being really kind. It's OK. I was told "my manager told me to come over because we are getting busy.l Besides myself there were two other customers in the store. Customer service is everything and will bring people back over and over. When I told her you're being a little bit abrasive and pointed to her mom and said she was being very kind. She just kept responding with my manager told me to come over and help because we're busy.
