$10.75 for 12 oz latte & bacon, egg, and cheese

+ large quiet indoor space to work + ample parking and seating + FRIENDLY cashier + clean shop + can scan QR code on TV to order + can order online from website as well + rewards points + simple toasted breakfast sandwiches + great prices but cashier says it's going up soon - the coffee had a mild flavor, not as nutty as I would like - prepackaged breakfast that's warmed in a toaster oven (better than a microwave) but not as good as being cooked on a grill

I stumbled across Fairfax Coffee while perusing coffee joints in the Yelp app - so I had to come and check it out. Fairfax Coffee is part of Fairfax Church. The Coffee part is huge on the inside - with tons of interior seating. There is also an outdoor patio area - but due to the heat and humidity - no one was utilizing it during my visit. I ordered their cold brew (with Half n' Half) and a breakfast sandwich: Sausage, egg, and cheese (with extra cheese) on an English muffin. I requested they toast and butter the English muffin and try to impart a crispy texture to it. While I was waiting, I met Ronnie - I forget his exact title, but he is the manager of the coffee shop (maybe Director of Hospitality) - very friendly, cool dude. Ronnie prepared my cold brew - I tasted it - and it was very good. I told Ronnie I'd like a larger cup size offering on the cold brew. Hopefully one day they will offer that. I waited for my breakfast sammie - it was ready in less than 10 minutes. Tasty breakfast sandwich - although they kind of overdid the melting on the cheese - it was past that prime cheese state that melted cheese should be on a breakfast sammie. Great place to hang out and work on your laptop of tablet. Of course they have free WiFi. Service was good, everyone was friendly. Paid with Apple Pay. I will be back! #FairfaxCoffee

This is a super cool café within a church! Lots of ample seating and super friendly staff. Ordered the frozen coffee ($5.25) and it was delicious! It had a light and earthy flavor. Mild taste that hit the spot. Free WiFi. Will 100% come back! Nice ambiance with fire place. Comfortable seating with leather couches too.

Overall, 4.5/5 but will bump to a 5/5 for friendly baristas, the big and open space, and the cheaper pricing (compared to other coffee spots in the area). My friend and I stopped by for a place to squat a couple Saturdays ago. Fairfax Coffee is inside of Fairfax Church. The interior is very spacious with lots of seats. I got the STRAWBERRY DREAM which is a non-dairy strawberry steamer. There's no coffee in it, but the drink itself was pretty solid, full of strawberry flavor and topped with some dry freeze (?) strawberry bits. Pretty enjoyable! We also had a quick chat with the baristas here who were both very nice. Good spot and we'd recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

This spacious coffee shop in the lobby of Fairfax Church on Braddock Road is open to the community and features large windows that fill the space with natural light. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff offers friendly service. With ample seating options, the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. The latte and caramel macchiato are exceptional, perfectly paired with high-quality danishes. The cheese Danish features a generous filling of smooth cheese, while the apple Danish is filled with delightfully rich apples that are not overly sweet. Additionally, the turkey and cheese croissant and the bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin are both delicious.

DRINKS I had their iced white mocha for $4.50, which was very reasonably priced, especially for how good it was! I was amazed at their selection (coffees, teas, smoothies), and this is 100% a hidden gem for working from home and/or grabbing food coffee. FOOD Breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, and other items are available for purchase. SERVICE The staff are kind and friendly! Complementary wi-fi and a myriad of outlets are available. The bathrooms are very clean and tidy. AMBIANCE The inside is very spacious and inviting. PARKING Ample parking is available in the church lot.

The ambiance of this place is amazing it is very quiet and would be a great place to study or get some work done. They have plenty of seating to hang out and their pricing is amazing. Their food was good for the price and their coffee was decent. A little acidic for me nothing to write home about but for the price it was worth it. The service was good the staff is very kind. Give it a try!

We ordered the breakfast burrito, pancake combo, and waffle combo. The breakfast burrito was hot and well assembled. The eggs were fluffy, it was full of cheese, and I was able to substitute sausage for bacon. The home fries that came with it were soft, well seasoned, and DELICIOUS!! I was blown away by these. The pancakes were light and fluffy. The Belgian waffle was also good. The combos came with a small side of fresh and delicious fruit. We had an amazing server named Darlene. She was super friendly and funny, and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend asking for Darlene when you come! The ambiance is super cool. It's like a farmhouse with a little groove!! The positives first: the restaurant is attractive inside, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the food itself was good. My chicken fajita omelet was flavorful, although it contained surprisingly little chicken. Everyone at the table seemed to enjoy their meals. Unfortunately, the pricing and constant add-on charges really overshadowed the experience. At $15 for an omelet, the prices are already toward the high end for breakfast. Then there are extra charges for things that feel like they should be included. Real maple syrup is an additional $1.50, and coffee was an eye-popping $4 per cup. Looking at our receipt afterward, it really felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed. The biggest surprise was the 3% credit card surcharge. In 2026, charging customers extra for paying with a credit card feels outdated. Very few people carry enough cash to cover a $100 breakfast meeting, so it comes across as another hidden fee rather than a genuine choice. One other odd thing I noticed was the floor. Whenever someone heavier walked through the dining room, the entire floor visibly bounced. It wasn't unsafe as far as I could tell, but it was noticeable enough to the table to be distracting throughout the meal. I wanted to like this place because the atmosphere, service, and food were all solid. But between the high menu prices, the extra charges, and the credit card fee, I left feeling like the value just wasn't there. Unless the pricing structure changes, I don't expect to return.

I usually visit one of their other locations in Falls Church and this location is definitely a lot bigger. Inside is very clean and quiet. On a weekday around 11am we were the only customers dining in. Ordering is convenient at their self service kiosk. The bowl I usually get is the Warrior Nutella Bowl. Also pictured is my cousin eating the Warrior bowl in a mini size which I realized after I got my order that I should've gotten mine in a mini because the regular size is plenty! They are very generous with their toppings but I do have to say that on this visit the berries were on the sour side and while there were a lot of toppings we both couldn't finish our bowls.

The amount of boba/bubbles you get are plentiful and I think some places don't give you much either. For me I just wanted to try one of the special items. I got the Strawberry Matcha with Sakura Crystal Boba and it wasn't too sweet nor it was not enjoyable. The crystal boba is interesting as it doesn't have the tapioca taste but more akin to jelly. Matcha is one of my favorite flavors so when paired with strawberry syrup and milk, you really can't go wrong with it. Since it's close to my work, I guess I can always do a second visit!
