Just ran a 10 miler. Came in when it opened. I was amazed by taylor. She is phenomenal when it comes to service. You can tell she passionate in what she does and her vibing personality is awesome! I got my usual slim in trim with (2) diet down , joint collagen, probiotics, pure recharge, and immune support. As the slim in trim gives you the best benefits when it comes to losing weight .This time I got strawberry. I'm big on texture and making sure my drink is right! She did everything like a SK pro. Thanks, Taylor. I highly recommend this place because of Taylor and the CS she brings! read more

Tried this smoothie place for the first time. The staff were friendly. They need something to draw more customers to come in. I asked if drinks were made with real fruit or fruit syrup. They shared no fruit syrup, use fruit and fruit juice. Ambience is lacking. Maybe play some music. They also need to sweep a bit more to remove cobwebs on base boards. I gave it 4 stars cause the drinks tasted good. People should give them a try!!! read more

I love Smoothie King and the product selection at this location but this place always takes a very long time to process orders! They need to hire more people to keep up with the demand of the location. It's horrible you have to wait so long to get your order and your paying so much for it. read more

Swung in for a quick lunch smoothie. I always have such a hard time deciding what to get because they have so many different smoothies. However the few times I've visited I haven't been disappointed! Fast quick service to take your smoothie to go! read more

I love coming here after an intense workout. My daughter and i came here after our workout. I got the chocolate aviator with protein and she has a kid strawberry banana smoothie. My smoothie is very tasteful and filling. I normally don't have to eat anything for awhile until later after drinking a full shake. My daughter loves her smoothie as well. Well any one who likes strawberries and bananas would. read more

Placed curbside order, called upon arrival, was told will be ready in 6 minutes. In the meantime, 4-5 people walked in and got their smoothies. Over ten minutes later, ours is not ready yet. Husband had to go into the store to see what's going on. Only to find out his had been sitting for a while and mine wasn't even made yet. The server did apologize but at the same time, did not move with any urgency or velocity. Usually happy with the service at this location but today was not that day. read more

Delicious smoothies!!! I've tried several and enjoyed each one so far. Nice and clean location with quick service.

I'm a very kind person but please don't talk to me like I'm stupid. I just picked up a smoothie and I've asked if they made my order and the dude talk to me like I was stupid. He even call my order out and then said this is your order point at it like I was done. I do not mind purchasing my smoothies here however, please don't talk to Customer stupidly because it's very unappreciated. read more

Once again I arrive here and my order "didn't go through" on the app even though I have a confirmation number. And my biggest peeve with this location is that there is always one person behind the counter trying to help everyone while a few others are hanging out in the back having a little party. read more

That Avocado Smoothie was good. I got the Berry one but switched to Avocado and I'm glad I did.

Great customer service and the staff is very informative and helpful. This was my first time trying smoothie king. I wanted a green smoothie with protein and no sugar they did a great job. It was very flavorful I will be returning to try other flavors. read more

Was very disappointed. Got there at 6:57. When I went in, I was told they were closed. Since it was not 7pm, I figured I could get waited on. I said, it's not 7pm.yet. I was told that they were closed because they had orders to fill and could not take any more. If that was the case, then I should not have been able to walk into the store. The person was rude and wasn't interested in another order. I am a regular customer of Smoothie King and did not like the way this person spoke to me. read more

Gave me the wrong drink. At first i thought it was for someone else as there was other people in the store. About eight minutes later it was just my group left and the other two go their drinks but I still didn't have mine. I assumed someone took my drink. Then they said the drink on the counter was mine. The color was off a bit off but whatever I could have been wrong. Tasted it and it wasn't peanut butter like I ordered. I told them, they said it was peanut butter. The other two in my group tried the drink and even they said it didn't taste like peanut butter. Eventually got the peanut butter smoothie. read more

Hit or Miss- it really depends what time of day you go in, who is working, and whether or not they have ingredients in stock. I've waited five minutes for a smoothie, other times it's 20-30 minute wait. I order the same thing every time, but sometimes they forget ingredients, one time they tried to make me a yogurt smoothie with butter pecan ice cream. read more

Love coming here for smoothies... especially on Friday, when it's $5! They make the BEST smoothies with an amazing texture, fresh ingredients and tasty combinations! Service is friendly too! The wait can be long, but it's worth it! read more

I went for the first time tonight. My favorite Jamba Juice was closed. The workers were not very helpful nor friendly. I wasn't familiar with the menu and was given minimal help from the young man at the register. The girl who was mopping never was washed her hands nor did the cashier who made my drinks. He didn't have to touch any of the ingredients but it was still off putting. The drinks were just okay. I think the ingredients they use are frozen not fresh, I can tell the different. I needed my socks to be knocked off, they are still on. The energy of the place really sucked. Maybe they wanted to close down early but I was left with an uneasy feeling and mediocre drinks. I won't be back. read more

Stopped by here yesterday on my way to work and as always my smoothie was delicious! I got the berry punch but I'm looking forward to trying out some new flavors. I don't give 5 stars loosely... so this review is truly well deserved. Today I stopped by Smoothie King to get a drink and discovered they no longer have one of my favs on the menu... the guy said "I can make it for you.. I remember the recipe..". Hello.. customer service. You, my friend, get my vote of confidence. And to boot he washed his hands before making it! Smoothie King is always clean and the staff is very nice. The smoothies are not natural, and it's expensive. I bought a strawberry smoothie with greek yogurt . They put one strawberry and a lot of syrup in the smoothie. Also, I had a coupon saying "2.99 Any Flavor" they deduct 2.99 instead from the price of the smoothie. read more

Smoothie King - This coupon is misleading. It says 2.99 any flavor. I went to buy a smoothie and the smoothie wasn't 2.99 . It was 6.88. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Woodbridge, Virginia

Absolutely AWFUL! Walked into the store and trash EVERYWHERE. Cashier was slower than molasses and smoothie took 2 tries to get right. These girls gave me very bad attitude when I asked for a new one and had to beg to get new one. Also, NO SPOONS!!!!!!!??????? Smoothie very watery, peanut butter smoothie didn't even taste like peanut butter. Will not refer friends and family to attend this facility. AWFUL!!! -La'Quisha read more

I very much enjoy the smoothies from smoothie king! I go there every Friday for the $5 smoothies! I only suggest that there be more than 2 employees working holidays. For instance, today, Presidents' Day... I waited 30 for two if the same size and flavor smoothies. I have 3 small kids and I was third in line. So many people were waiting, there was even a couple that walked in and walked straight out bc of the amount of people that were waiting. The two girls working seemed very stressed and so I hope that by writing this, someone from management will read it and consider having an additional employee for holidays. Other than that, I recommend the vegan smoothies if you're looking for a hardy and healthy smoothie. They're delicious! read more

I'm a smoothie/juice junkie and even though Smoothie King is on the pricier side, I would still consider this the best smoothie joint in the Woodbridge area. Sorry, Tropical Smoothie. Smoothie King offers a vast selection of drinks you can choose from, from the healthy and lighter to the indulgent high-calories ones. In addition, there are health supplements (vitamins, probiotic, etc.) you can add into your drink for an extra cost. Around the cashier area, there are also healthy bars and supplements they also sell individually. As a health nut, this place is perfect to come for a post-workout treat. Nutritional information on each drink is also posted on the large menu behind the counter. The only complaint I have is that the writing on the big menu is a bit small and hard to read. I almost always order the Slim-N-Trim smoothie (chocolate is the best) and I "Make it Skinny", meaning that the milk and sugar is replaced with healthy substitutes. It can cut around 100 calories from the normal smoothie. Other smoothies I've tried: Lean1 Vanilla (nice nutty and banana flavour), the Shredder chocolate (nice addition of protein). Their Mango Kale smoothie is pleasant as well. Smoothie king also has many international locations and is considered "cool" in parts of Asia. I have stumbled across a couple of locations in Singapore and Korea. It is a nice addition to the Woodbridge area. read more

Awesome Smoothie King! My wife and I are new to the area and decided to go over to this Smoothie King since I was still hungry after dinner. I have been to other smoothie kings but this one was busy and hoping! I think it was because of their 32oz Fridays which is an awesome deal! I ordered the Vanilla Hulk and it was perfect. My wife decided not to get anything because she wanted ice cream. My wife was wearing a neck brace since she was in a car accident a couple of days ago. Katie was super nice and offered a free smoothie for her since it would have some anti inflammatories and will make her feel much better. She decided not to take her since she really wanted ice cream but it was a really nice gesture from Katie. Kudos to her! Overall, it was an awesome experience and now that I know this Smoothie King is so close to our home, I will be taking advantage of the 32oz Friday deal! read more

I was somewhat disappointed in my first visit to the Smoothie King Franchise. Everything looked so good from the start. Prices were fair and the Dining Area was clean and somewhat modern. The employees seemed perky, but it was most likely because they were working with friends. It seemed promising so far. I was waiting behind someone and another person was behind me. Being a first timer, I took longer to order and let the person behind me go in front of me. I ordered my smoothie without the weird proteins, because I like to indulge in smoothies. While waiting for my smoothie, I watched as both people in front of me got an extra smoothie in addition to the one they ordered. Both times the employees said they put "too much in" and they could have the extras. I got real excited, because I thought this would be the place where I would be a regular based on my outstanding first experience, but nope. It just turned out the employees were buddy-buddy with the two people in front of me and got extras at no extra charge. I just got a smoothie plopped onto the counter and a "get out of my sight" glare. The smoothie had a bad after taste (protein?) and was a let down. I guess I will stick to the local competitors, instead. I would only recommend this place to those who are on a health kick and those who can look past mediocre service. read more
