Stopped in for a quick treat and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The space is clean, modern, and inviting, with a fun and vibrant aesthetic that makes it a nice spot to sit and enjoy your drink or take it to go. The ordering area is well organized, and everything from the tea options to the preparation station looked fresh and well maintained. I also appreciated the clear display of different tea bases, which made it easy to choose. We ordered a couple of drinks, and they were both refreshing and well balanced in flavor. Not overly sweet, which I always appreciate, and the presentation was fun--especially with the themed cups. The seating area is simple but comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels relaxed. It's a great place to stop in whether you're running errands or just craving a good bubble tea. Overall, a solid spot for tea, boba, and or smoothie with a clean environment and enjoyable drinks. I would definitely return to try more flavors. Pro: Clean and modern designed restrooms Con: The napkin dispensers were empty. read more

Service-wise, probably one of the worst Kung Fu Tea places to go. I was there on March 22 around 6 PM, and the young ladies behind the counter were quite rude. We ordered a piña colada drink, and when it didn't taste right and I told them it was chalky, they laughed amongst themselves and responded, "Well, we followed the recipe card." When I noticed my friend still wasn't drinking it, I went back to the counter and asked if it was possible for it to be made with less powder. When we got the new drink back, it was the same problem, if not worse, and we were told they could not refund it. No other option was offered, not even a different drink. I have been to plenty of other Kung Fu Tea shops, and if there has ever been an issue with my drink order, pearls, or anything, they are more than willing to fix it or offer a new drink. I am unsure why this one and its employees could not. read more

I only give (1) star because we are unable to give zero stars. Should you ever have a poorly made drink ie sugar added when drink clearly lists " no sugar" or boba that is "rock hard" 7don't expect to ever have any customer service at this particular location. The female manager and " Omar" offer absolutely no customer service by offering to remake your drink. Instead the comment is,"Well, what do you want me to do?"...And, to think I actually tip these employees? Anyway, taking my families business to other boba tea stablishments. read more

Súper slow, and bad service at all, the girls where talking and they where distracted, and the drink where wrong.

Bring back substituting water with any other base. feel like for a $6 medium drink, it doesn't have to be a big deal to substitute water for green tea. Also not much of a slush if I'm drinking the sugar water first and chewing the blocks of ice later? Employees just doing their jobs, but I guess that's why big chains lose their rep. read more

Took the kids here w the wife...its our new family special desert place. We got the mango slush w bubbles, and orea slush w bubbles. it was very good. for 4 medium slush bobbas it was $30. wtf is going on w prices these days. i figure each should only run $3.50 but i guess my mind is stuck in 1990. anyways the stuff tasted great and the kids devoured them. thank u kung fu tea read more

It's about time Woodbridge got a KFT! Always solid when you have a quick boba craving and now it's only a couple of minutes away. Been here about 6 or 7 times already and depending on the time/day you might be in for a wait. I think they're still settling in but the drinks have all been consistent. We've gotten the regular milk tea, black sesame tea and slushes, and the chocolate slush with no issues with the drinks themselves. The staff has been friendly for the most part so pretty good across the board. They're going to be seeing a lot more of me in the near future. read more

The guy at the counter was very chill and friendly. I also liked how funny he was and how caring he seemed to be towards his coworkers. That made my experience and the environment very comforting. read more

Ordered two Thai teas for delivery and they were not what we asked for. As soon as I got them after being delivered just by looking at the color I knew something was off. They're brown and taste nothing like a Thai tea. read more

This Kung Fu tea location have one of the most friendly staff on hand compare to other Kung Fu tea location . The drink i get from there is always on point and I love that it a women own location. I was so excited to see that this location finally opened! It's just like any other Kung fu tea so they have all the same drinks. I got the taro bubble tea and a strawberry lemonade. Both tasted as good as they always do! The location is pretty tiny inside so there's isn't the too much space to wait to pickup your order but you can always order ahead and pick up which is usually the fastest option. Be sure to download the Kung fu tea app for rewards and to order ahead read more

Soft opening on 4/30! Since it just opened, there are many people lining up and the amount of drinks needed to be made are stacking up. However, the Staff are genuine throughout the hustle and continually apologizes for the delay! I ordered the Kung Fu Milk Tea with boba. The most basic one, can't mess up with that right? And they didn't! The tapioca wasn't too hard or soggy, the the milk tea had the right amount of sweetness without having to specify. Regardless, super pumped that they opened one in The Woodbridge/Lake Ridge area. Will definitely be back! read more

New location, finally! But they are always out of stuff and staff is still getting used to taking orders. Probably why the wait time through the app is 30 mins even when the store is empty. You get a free pass... for now. We'll check back to see if this location is up to speed with the other locations in Tysons and Springfield. Our lastest visit I ordered a Mango slush and asked for bubbles instead of the fruit pieces. They included the bubbles and the mango fruit pieces. So what i basically got was a cold fruit cup of bubbles and mangoes. They had some purple yam cheese buns and regular flour cheese buns too. Like a good filipino, we had to try these faux ube mamon. They were okay for American standards. The tv menu above the register moves way to fast and the right one is broken. Odd since the place is fairly new. Shame to give only 3 stars to a place we normally give 5 stars to. read more

Yum! My favorite drink at Kung Fu Tea, Caramel Macchiato! I love this location because the workers are super friendly and they make my drinks the way I want it. Overall as a chain, kung fu tea has provided me a mediocre experience. The teas them selves I usually have to problems with but the tapioca pearls have always fallen short for me. They lack flavor and a desirable consistency. The Oreo wow used to always be good but up until a couple months ago it only tastes like milk. If you're looking to satisfy and emergency boba craving this is an alright place nothing crazy bad but the pearls are not my favorite! read more

I came into this Kong fu tea on Sunday April 7th at 12:35 pm then was a young lady and a young man in there, the young lady was extremely rude and rushed me, made it seem like I was bothering her and the young man was wearing headphones while working and was incoherent and on top of that was on his phone. I hope whoever else goes has a better experience than me and that they can learn from this. read more

So delicious! We love going here and getting their drinks. We also love the various bubble flavors

Terrible not organized. We waited another 30 mins for a mobile order pick up. When I asked the girl about my mobile order she has no idea . I will understand if they are short of staff but they are not. Also this is the 3rd time it happens. The only reason we go here is its near to us but if not we go the one in Centreville. read more

Update: Quality has sadly gone completely down hill. Went and got two drinks. One slush had actual ice cubes in it still it was blended so poorly. The other drink had pieces of random food that was not part of her drink. What an absolute disappointment. read more

Just another KFT. Service is really slow even early in the morning when I'm the first one there and there doesn't seem to be a rush due to mobile orders. Make sure you review your order entirely because the guy taking your order tends to mess up on simple orders. Bubbles were added to my order despite me not ordering bubbles. So make sure you review your orders, they got quick hands. read more

I went to Kung Fu tea last Saturday to check out the new location. I was shocked to find workers there practicing unhygienic practices with drink preparation. I saw a worker using their bare hands to both handle customer cards and cash while also being the one to manage labeling cups for orders. I saw their hands touching the INSIDE of those cups. You would hope this kind of behavior wouldn't be happening out in their open kitchen, but during COVID no less? I left after seeing that. read more

I have a mixed feeling about this kung fu tea location because sometimes it's good and I get what I ordered but unfortunately other times it doesn't live up to the expectations. Bubble tea isn't usually cheap but compared to other stores in the area kung fu tea is on the more expensive side with a regular (small) size being around $6 read more

i'm so glad there's a kft near me! but unfortunately the wait time ruined the experience. we placed our order 5:19 pm and got our drinks 5:52. another customer before me left without getting their drink, probably due to the long wait time. a few employees had their hair down, were touching it, and one had acrylic nails on. hopefully in the future, they'll improve on the wait times, ensure food safety, and enforce mandatory masks. read more

Kung Fu Tea - Matcha Milk Cap and Cocoa Cream Wow Milk Cap - Bubble Tea Near Me - Woodbridge, Virginia

Yeah!! They are open! I have been waiting since I moved to the area 8 months ago! My favorite is the Taro Milk tea and it did not disappoint! They followed my directions for sweetness and ice level and had order ready when I arrived (did pick up). Will be frequenting often! read more

I'm so happy this place finally opened! The tea is great as usual. Today I ordered the Oreo Milk Strike. The WOW bubbles are really good.

The staff are always super friendly and polite, and I love having a wide variety of drinks and toppings to choose from. Everything I've gotten from here so far has been delicious. Id highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

The cocoa cream wow was inconsistent. It was too sweet, and too much powder that it was about two inches portion of the drink.

I love kft especially the one in Springfield but every time I come here the kung fu milk tea I get tastes watered down. My suspicion is that they cut down on the tea powder or whatever It is to save money but god it pisses me off because this never happens at the one In Springfield:( read more

If you want to wait 40 minutes for your drink come here. I ordered online and came to pick up near my time and they told me they were only getting ready to make my order. 20 minutes later they're still not done with my order. Seems like a pretty common complaint as many customers there have mentioned the wait time is ridiculously long and there wasn't even that many people in the store. I could have had an entree made in that amount of time. read more

Have you ever wanted to order boba but get it 20 minutes after you did? This is the place for you! It's new so I'm assuming that's why it's a bit on the slower end, but mobile order would def be the way to go (sike it usually doesn't work). Sometimes your order will be wrong but just call it a mystery drink to feel better. The location is clean and cute so I do highly recommend in that regard and it's a great addition to the area. Can't go wrong with Kung Fu Tea though read more
