Very good, quick, and affordable bobba tea shop. Has all the typical flavors you'd find at any of the other chain bobba tea locations

I only give (1) star because we are unable to give zero stars. Should you ever have a poorly made drink ie sugar added when drink clearly lists " no sugar" or boba that is "rock hard" 7don't expect to ever have any customer service at this particular location. The female manager and " Omar" offer absolutely no customer service by offering to remake your drink. Instead the comment is,"Well, what do you want me to do?"...And, to think I actually tip these employees? Anyway, taking my families business to other boba tea stablishments.

Ordered two Thai teas for delivery and they were not what we asked for. As soon as I got them after being delivered just by looking at the color I knew something was off. They're brown and taste nothing like a Thai tea.

Soft opening on 4/30! Since it just opened, there are many people lining up and the amount of drinks needed to be made are stacking up. However, the Staff are genuine throughout the hustle and continually apologizes for the delay! I ordered the Kung Fu Milk Tea with boba. The most basic one, can't mess up with that right? And they didn't! The tapioca wasn't too hard or soggy, the the milk tea had the right amount of sweetness without having to specify. Regardless, super pumped that they opened one in The Woodbridge/Lake Ridge area. Will definitely be back!

I'm so happy this place finally opened! The tea is great as usual. Today I ordered the Oreo Milk Strike. The WOW bubbles are really good.

The cocoa cream wow was inconsistent. It was too sweet, and too much powder that it was about two inches portion of the drink.

I would love to try some more things. It's cute in there, could use some more seating areas because it can get quite busy and crowded.

The lady at the register was really nice giving me flexibility to lessen the ube cream for less sweetness. I did like the lemonade more as it was very refreshing and light. They have a really nice interior with a couple couches and chairs to enjoy your drinks and snacks. If you are a trinket lover, they sell Sonny Angel and Labubu dupes. I appreciate how they write on the box that they're dupes!

Step inside and you'll see it's quite Gram-able (or is it "Insta-tastic"). In other words, it's gorgeously decorated. They have a wide array of sweet treats, almost all of them oversized. My kids have enjoyed their "dirt" sundaes and their ice cream heaped upon belgian waffles. Other non-ice cream treats include tiramisu and cakes imported from Italy, mochi balls, coffee drinks, smoothies, and yes Harry Potter geeks - even some Butterbeer. The service is always OK. They are patient as you cut through the giant menu, and they always make things delicious! But they aren't exactly outgoing either. I highly recommend Miki. For this particular visit, I tried a pineapple green tea. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't terrible either. It was refreshing enough. They might be worth a try for others. I wouldn't mind going back to try other items on their menu.

Both times I had 5-star Komma Tea & 5-star Pokerea (see my Pokerea Yelp review from June 12, 2025) in the food court for dinner. Komma Tea is not in the food court, a bit of a walk in this big mall, but worth it! There are a couple of locations, but I went to the one with a bit of an inside area with kiosks for ordering. October 2023: The first time I tried Komma Tea was on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. I had work travel to Caroline County, VA. On the way back I got a movie on my AMC A-List at AMC Potomac Mills, then walked around the mall & debated what I was going to eat for dinner, there was still traffic getting back to MD and would've been 9 before getting home, and looked at the food court and decided to try the Poke place, Pokerea, but went to Komma Tea beforehand. They were efficient as I watched them make the drink. This is the best bubble tea I've had in the DC area, which is funny because Pokerea in the food court was the best Poke I've had in the DC area! In summary, Potomac Mills is great! September 2024: Coincidentally, the other time I visited was a Wednesday too. My girlfriend & I were traveling back from Myrtle Beach, SC on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. We got to the mall in time to eat dinner before the movie we wanted to see with a little bit of time to spare to walk around the mall in addition to simply eating. I told her how great Komma Tea & Pokerea was. Everything was just as great as I remembered, and she thought both were great too. If I'm back down that direction, I'd definitely be back at Komma Tea.

I did 75% sweetness and that was just right for me. I feel like anything more would've been way too sweet. The ordering process is self-serve through a kiosk. You pick your drink, add boba, adjust the sweetness -- the usual. At checkout, it even prompts you to leave a tip, which I thought was a little odd considering there's no real interaction happening at that point. Speaking of interaction... the customer service was seriously lacking by 1000. There was a young lady working when I came in. She clearly saw me standing there at the kiosk, but didn't say a word. I had to speak to her twice before she finally responded, and when she did, she looked at me like I was the problem. Definitely not the warmest experience. The drink came out fast, but a heads up -- it's easy to accidentally skip the boba option on the screen. It's not super obvious, so pay attention if that's a must-have for you. Overall, the drink was good, but don't expect much in the way of customer service.

I usually get it with tofu, but I could drink a whole bowl of that sauce. They will always make your dish to your preferred level of spice. While I like mild, my husband likes to have his face burned off--and they are happy to oblige. Definitely look to see if they have any specials. Once, they offered this amazing coconut tart. It was so good and impeccably made. The rotating decor is so whimsical. I love all the plants and flowers that fill the space. During holidays, they go all-out for really lovely decorations. If you are looking for good Thai food, I absolutely recommend Dok Khao. You won't be disappointed! (They are popular, so I recommend reservations. Takeout is also available.)
