Coffee and boba is great! Not friendly customer service and the location is not in a good spot in town.

They have a huge menu and also croffles. The matcha bingsu needed sweet cream or condensed milk in my opinion but was still delicious. The Rose Lychee Tea at 25% sugar was the perfect amount of sweet and refreshingly crisp. They have wall lined with had written notes as well as games like Jenga and battleship. It was relaxing and welcoming boba place. Enjoyed stopping by Ku-Tea today and will definitely be back in the future.

Last time I came, I tried the Vietnamese coffee with sweet cream. This time I went for the Ube Coffee, which tasted creamy, balanced, and not too sweet. They have a big menu to choose from, so I'll definitely be back to try more. They also offer boba if you're in the mood for it. The shop is spacious, clean, and has a cute, cozy vibe with plenty of seating, a sticky-note wall, and some games. The only downside is the coffee is a bit pricey. But if you're looking for a chill spot to relax or try something different, Ku-Tea's Town is definitely worth checking out.

Deliciousness - 5/5 Happiness - 4.5/5…read more This is a nicely hidden dessert and coffee gem tucked into this large Woodbridge shopping center. Step inside and you'll see it's quite Gram-able (or is it "Insta-tastic"). In other words, it's gorgeously decorated. They have a wide array of sweet treats, almost all of them oversized. My kids have enjoyed their "dirt" sundaes and their ice cream heaped upon belgian waffles. Other non-ice cream treats include tiramisu and cakes imported from Italy, mochi balls, coffee drinks, smoothies, and yes Harry Potter geeks - even some Butterbeer. The service is always OK. They are patient as you cut through the giant menu, and they always make things delicious! But they aren't exactly outgoing either. I highly recommend Miki. It tastes great, and there's something for everyone.

They have several tables with chairs and would be good for groups or casual hang-outs. Their menu is quite diverse with a lot of options for fruit teas, milk teas, classic teas and ice cream flavors. For this particular visit, I tried a pineapple green tea. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't terrible either. It was refreshing enough. They might be worth a try for others. I wouldn't mind going back to try other items on their menu.

Representing 2023 & 2024 in alphabet series, K is for Komma Tea. I didn't have a K place for 2024…read morethat I hadn't reviewed, but I visited the Komma Tea at Potomac Mills twice. Both times I had 5-star Komma Tea & 5-star Pokerea (see my Pokerea Yelp review from June 12, 2025) in the food court for dinner. Komma Tea is not in the food court, a bit of a walk in this big mall, but worth it! There are a couple of locations, but I went to the one with a bit of an inside area with kiosks for ordering. October 2023: The first time I tried Komma Tea was on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. I had work travel to Caroline County, VA. On the way back I got a movie on my AMC A-List at AMC Potomac Mills, then walked around the mall & debated what I was going to eat for dinner, there was still traffic getting back to MD and would've been 9 before getting home, and looked at the food court and decided to try the Poke place, Pokerea, but went to Komma Tea beforehand. They were efficient as I watched them make the drink. This is the best bubble tea I've had in the DC area, which is funny because Pokerea in the food court was the best Poke I've had in the DC area! In summary, Potomac Mills is great! September 2024: Coincidentally, the other time I visited was a Wednesday too. My girlfriend & I were traveling back from Myrtle Beach, SC on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. We got to the mall in time to eat dinner before the movie we wanted to see with a little bit of time to spare to walk around the mall in addition to simply eating. I told her how great Komma Tea & Pokerea was. Everything was just as great as I remembered, and she thought both were great too. If I'm back down that direction, I'd definitely be back at Komma Tea.

I did 75% sweetness and that was just right for me. I feel like anything more would've been way too sweet. The ordering process is self-serve through a kiosk. You pick your drink, add boba, adjust the sweetness -- the usual. At checkout, it even prompts you to leave a tip, which I thought was a little odd considering there's no real interaction happening at that point. Speaking of interaction... the customer service was seriously lacking by 1000. There was a young lady working when I came in. She clearly saw me standing there at the kiosk, but didn't say a word. I had to speak to her twice before she finally responded, and when she did, she looked at me like I was the problem. Definitely not the warmest experience. The drink came out fast, but a heads up -- it's easy to accidentally skip the boba option on the screen. It's not super obvious, so pay attention if that's a must-have for you. Overall, the drink was good, but don't expect much in the way of customer service.

The ordering area is well organized, and everything from the tea options to the preparation station looked fresh and well maintained. I also appreciated the clear display of different tea bases, which made it easy to choose. We ordered a couple of drinks, and they were both refreshing and well balanced in flavor. Not overly sweet, which I always appreciate, and the presentation was fun--especially with the themed cups. The seating area is simple but comfortable, and the overall atmosphere feels relaxed. It's a great place to stop in whether you're running errands or just craving a good bubble tea. Overall, a solid spot for tea, boba, and or smoothie with a clean environment and enjoyable drinks. I would definitely return to try more flavors. Pro: Clean and modern designed restrooms Con: The napkin dispensers were empty.

We ordered a piña colada drink, and when it didn't taste right and I told them it was chalky, they laughed amongst themselves and responded, "Well, we followed the recipe card." When I noticed my friend still wasn't drinking it, I went back to the counter and asked if it was possible for it to be made with less powder. When we got the new drink back, it was the same problem, if not worse, and we were told they could not refund it. No other option was offered, not even a different drink. I have been to plenty of other Kung Fu Tea shops, and if there has ever been an issue with my drink order, pearls, or anything, they are more than willing to fix it or offer a new drink. I am unsure why this one and its employees could not.
