    Matcha Latte

I ordered a matcha latte which was very tasteful. The man who worked there was very nice and helpful when I was ordering my food. Quick with the matcha latte. Highly recommend.

I was driving up north but 95 was back up so I rerouted onto Rt. 1 (Richmond Hwy), as I was passing through Dumfries, I notice a new place but couldn't make out the name because the lettering was too small to read. As I parked, this place is located in a strip mall with other businesses such as Papa Johns Pizza and Feng's Gardens. As you walked in, the restaurant is clean, some decor and limited seatings but manageable. The menu is on wall, as well as kiosk machine or you can also place an order with the cashier. As I was making an order with the male cashier, he informed me that they have no bread for any banh mi sandwiches. Then I try to order chicken and crouffle but again they were out of that item. So my back up plan, I ordered chicken pho and soy garlic chicken. Both of the soy garlic chicken rice bowl and chicken pho arrived to the table in a eco friendly containers. First the rice bowl, the chicken was tender, well seasoned but the vegetables (shredded lettuce, carrots and cucumbers) were crunchy but the ratio of shredded lettuce overpowered the entire dish. I wasn't sure if they were supposed to be kept raw or be cooked. On the wall menu, there wasn't a description about the dish but it was tasty. The chicken pho was on point. The chicken and rice noodles were tender, broth was full on umami and the condiments can either be place in the bowl or kept separately. The hoisin and sriracha is already prepackaged in à plastic ramekin but if you need extra, just asked. The utensils are place on the counter next to the cashier. They also offer a variety of beverages such as milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, coffees, lemonades and slushies. They are fairly new so be a little patient so they can work out all the kinks if any. All the staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. I will make another visit to try other items on their menu.

Deliciousness - 5/5 Happiness - 4.5/5…read more This is a nicely hidden dessert and coffee gem tucked into this large Woodbridge shopping center. Step inside and you'll see it's quite Gram-able (or is it "Insta-tastic"). In other words, it's gorgeously decorated. They have a wide array of sweet treats, almost all of them oversized. My kids have enjoyed their "dirt" sundaes and their ice cream heaped upon belgian waffles. Other non-ice cream treats include tiramisu and cakes imported from Italy, mochi balls, coffee drinks, smoothies, and yes Harry Potter geeks - even some Butterbeer. The service is always OK. They are patient as you cut through the giant menu, and they always make things delicious! But they aren't exactly outgoing either. I highly recommend Miki. It tastes great, and there's something for everyone.

They have several tables with chairs and would be good for groups or casual hang-outs. Their menu is quite diverse with a lot of options for fruit teas, milk teas, classic teas and ice cream flavors. For this particular visit, I tried a pineapple green tea. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't terrible either. It was refreshing enough. They might be worth a try for others. I wouldn't mind going back to try other items on their menu.

The drink was nice overall, the honey boba didn't taste like honey, just regular tapioca. The flavor of the drink was enjoyable with a decent amount of crushed Oreo. I got through the drink much faster than I thought so I should try a large next time. Service: There were a couple people there. Service was fine, they seemed nice and they communicated professionally. They made the drink quickly, but I was also the only one there. Ambiance: I liked the couch area, it would be a pretty good spot to study. The couch material isn't the best for sitting for hours and the only outlet I saw on that side was right behind the couch and the lamp plug that was there was bent badly and the couch slides on the floor easily so you'd need to be careful. The music was at a good level if you need ambient noise to help you drown out distractions. The wood bench seating area has 2-3 outlets so if you need to lock in you can do so with some pretty good drinks. Value: It's near my house and if I needed to a place to study for a few hours, this would be a decent place. There was a service charge that I noticed before I paid in addition to the drink and tip. So for a regular drink, it was about $9 I think for the drink. I think it's a little high, but I don't know their margins so just my opinion.

The lady at the register was really nice giving me flexibility to lessen the ube cream for less sweetness. I did like the lemonade more as it was very refreshing and light. They have a really nice interior with a couple couches and chairs to enjoy your drinks and snacks. If you are a trinket lover, they sell Sonny Angel and Labubu dupes. I appreciate how they write on the box that they're dupes!

Both times I had 5-star Komma Tea & 5-star Pokerea (see my Pokerea Yelp review from June 12, 2025) in the food court for dinner. Komma Tea is not in the food court, a bit of a walk in this big mall, but worth it! There are a couple of locations, but I went to the one with a bit of an inside area with kiosks for ordering. October 2023: The first time I tried Komma Tea was on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. I had work travel to Caroline County, VA. On the way back I got a movie on my AMC A-List at AMC Potomac Mills, then walked around the mall & debated what I was going to eat for dinner, there was still traffic getting back to MD and would've been 9 before getting home, and looked at the food court and decided to try the Poke place, Pokerea, but went to Komma Tea beforehand. They were efficient as I watched them make the drink. This is the best bubble tea I've had in the DC area, which is funny because Pokerea in the food court was the best Poke I've had in the DC area! In summary, Potomac Mills is great! September 2024: Coincidentally, the other time I visited was a Wednesday too. My girlfriend & I were traveling back from Myrtle Beach, SC on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. We got to the mall in time to eat dinner before the movie we wanted to see with a little bit of time to spare to walk around the mall in addition to simply eating. I told her how great Komma Tea & Pokerea was. Everything was just as great as I remembered, and she thought both were great too. If I'm back down that direction, I'd definitely be back at Komma Tea.

I did 75% sweetness and that was just right for me. I feel like anything more would've been way too sweet. The ordering process is self-serve through a kiosk. You pick your drink, add boba, adjust the sweetness -- the usual. At checkout, it even prompts you to leave a tip, which I thought was a little odd considering there's no real interaction happening at that point. Speaking of interaction... the customer service was seriously lacking by 1000. There was a young lady working when I came in. She clearly saw me standing there at the kiosk, but didn't say a word. I had to speak to her twice before she finally responded, and when she did, she looked at me like I was the problem. Definitely not the warmest experience. The drink came out fast, but a heads up -- it's easy to accidentally skip the boba option on the screen. It's not super obvious, so pay attention if that's a must-have for you. Overall, the drink was good, but don't expect much in the way of customer service.
