Absolutely ridiculous. The person taking the order thinking it's funny to say they don't have practically anything. Finally takes my order and still has a horrible tone. I waited 10 min for them to get their act together cause 2 people were in the back play fighting. It took for the manager to step in for me to finally get my food. Yet I wasn't offered a bag to take my food even though I should've gotten one to begin with. Just threw the entire meal and coffee away. Ordered a large hot coffee with almond milk and sweet & low.... got a half full cup of foam and the top wasn't on the cup properly, the foam was not coffee, the bacon wake-up wrap had a half piece of bacon in it with a weird taste to it. The employees are so RUDE! I wasn't able to fully pull up to the menu to order due a large truck. So they couldn't clearly hear me. This Dunkin' Donuts isn't *that* bad. I can see where some of those one stars come from, but that's what you will get at most other locations in the area let alone Dunkin' Donuts. It's an older style Dunkin', but it is a good size. It's nice to bring the family and groups and not feel rushed. The staff is ok and does their job well. I wish they were a little happier, but with the prices I pay for Dunkin' Coffee, I would only hold it against them if there were reason. Despite that, the drinks are good and come out fairly quickly. I have consistently been able to find a fair selection of donuts throughout the day. The biggest flaw for this location is the location (Town of Dumfries). If paying 10% Tax was not enough, I have had a couple of run-ins with beggars. Luckily, I can hold mine own (thanks sketchy oversea countries), but just know it is present. I can't really hold it against this location, as it is more of a municipality issue. All in all, I think this location is leaps and bounds better than the next northern location in the Kelly's Ridge Shopping Center and a tad better than a couple of the Woodbridge and Stafford locations. read more

This was the closest dunkin off 95 as I was driving home to Maryland and decided I needed to get coffee before I fell asleep. Directions had me turn left into the parking lot, but that also meant I had to drive in, do a u-turn and get into the drive thru line. Line took a very long time even though I had mobile ordered. There were only 3 cars in front of me and it still was over a 5 minute wait to get to the speaker to tell them I had a mobile order. I didn't see anyone ahead of us get anything but coffees too so not sure why it took so long. The person ahead of us was handed 2 drinks and handed them back until they got what I'm assuming was the right one. Fortunately they were both cold drinks so I know it wasn't mine that was mistakenly given to another person first. read more

Met some work colleagues here for breakfast before a meeting this morning. The folks working behind the counter seemed to be having a real problem understanding orders and then getting them right. It took 3-4 minutes to get the two guys in front of me taken care of in terms of understanding what they wanted. I ordered the Turkey, Cheddar, and Bacon Flatbread Sandwich and a medium cup of coffee. I've been wondering about these sandwiches since I've seen the commercials for them. The girl at the counter must have misunderstood me - she gave me an iced coffee. I had to call it to her attention and get it changed out. The sandwich was not bad, just not something that made me smack my chops or think to myself "tasty!" The place is a little run down. Today durring my daily walk I wanted a nice donut so I walk in and immediately I smelled a burnt smell, I try to ignore it and move on. As I get to the counter to pick out my donuts I see that it has a lot of missing options when I'm just there to get a coffee and a raspberry donut. When ordering I was encountered by a very rude employee who was in a rush with my order and he had a very rude tone after I ask for the manager the lady walks by and barely did anything to help too so I left in an instant Michelle was very nice though along with that I return that night after a long day of work and I see a very productive person working night shift and they take my order and see that they're not only a worker but a shift manager too as I was quickly and nicely given some good service by them and I see in the kitchen with some roaches walk by I recommend going there at night but I don't recommend eating there read more

As far as convenience it's right up the street but this is the slowest Dunkin I know of. It's hit or miss when you order ahead. By far a miss for the most. I purposely place my orders at least 30 minutes ahead in hopes it's done by the time I pull up and 90% of the time it's not. It's been times I've even came back and it's still not done. It's one young black lady that does an amazing job. I feel so bad bc she knows my name and I don't remember hers (i have a horrible memory). She is the only one who gets my orders out and on time. Okay, it time to post a review after my second visit. Do not order any filled donuts from this store, since thy only give give you 1/4 of the filling from other DD stores. We were very disappointed of their donuts. We ordered four white cream, chocolate cream, and Boston cream and they were filled about with the same amount of filling. The store is trying to make money of you and I by cheating us out of the filling. There's only enough space for one car to order and pickup so you do tend to have to wait. My family had a taste for some ice cream on this hot day. We drove to the Dunkin Donuts at 18021 Main Street, Dumfries, VA 22026. We got inside and there were three families ahead of us. The line moved very slow. There were 5 people working the drive-thru and one cashier working the inside. The cashier working the inside just took Dunkin and Baskin' Robbins orders. He never left the register to fill any orders. I could hear people placing ice cream orders with their Dunkin Donuts orders. When my family got to the register, the guy who was working the register left and told another young lady to take orders. She took our ice cream, then went over to fill our order immediately. The butter pecan ice cream carton was pretty much empty, but she continued to scrap until she got just enough. It was not the normal scoop size. My husband wanted hot fudge topping but the canister was empty. So he got a drop. The cashier told the manager, but the manager ignored her and proceeded to continue helping the drive thru line which had 5 people working it already. I asked, "anyone serving the people inside?" I ordered a waffle bowl. They did not have any waffle bowls. So, I asked for the waffle cone. Needless to say, the waffle cone was stale. The Lastly, the people in front of us had not received their ice cream order yet. This location greatly needs some training and/or rehiring. This was a very disappointing ice cream outing for the family. I will not visit this location again. I wish I could give a zero for the rating. read more

This was my first time at this Dunkin Donuts location. It wasn't anything special. I really like their coffee and donuts, so it's my go to when I'm craving this combo. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and decided to order via their drive thru. The line moved pretty quickly and the lady on the speaker was very nice. The only reason I gave this location 3 stars was due to the fact that she had to repeat my order 3 times.... I felt like she wasn't listening to me and that she was doing other stuff. Thankfully, all the food was there and correct. I ordered a breakfast sandwich (2 of them for $5 bucks-such a good deal) and a small vanilla chai latte. If you haven't ordered a Dunkin Donut coffee before, keep in mind that a small is really a small. I would say that it is equivalent to a sippy cup. A couple sips in and it will be gone!
