I don't understand why it's so hard to prepare my snackin bacon HEATED! I've gotten it heated multiple times before- I don't understand how you serve cold bacon/cold pork. I just recently went and orderedand they kept saying we don't serve it heated so I said that's fine but you heated it before no issue (several times) . This location needs assistance, it always seems like a struggle shift. Quality is inconsistent at best. They always seem to be out of various ice creams or donuts and somehow even the cold brew isn't a sure thing. You can also pretty much guarantee you'll wait a long time and your order may or may not be correct. I will say there seems to be more high school aged people working at this location that may or may not have been trained by a good manager, so I can't really say we should expect stellar service. Places fail due to leadership not just their young employees. Also, by far in large customer service lacks in this area as a whole. On several occasions here I've been told that there are multiple chocolate ice creams "we're out of this, but this is chocolate too" "we're out of Oreo," wrong coffee? "having sweetener in coffee tastes better." Maybe if enough people write or call they'll send a corporate or replace with a KK. Not like the area needs more traffic though. read more

Ordered curb side. Arrived and checked in. After 10-15 minutes, went inside (as we were in a hurry) When I was finally able to get service, found our order just sitting on the cash register counter getting cold. Checked the bags, and couldn't find the hash browns we ordered. With a very disrespectful attitude, the one associate said 'Did he check the bottom of the bag'. Sure enough, there they were, smashed and in pieces stuck to their own smaller bag. When I brought this to all of the associates attention, I was completely ignored. I have been coming to this Dunkin' for many years but the service has stayed the same. Will order mobile orders ahead of time (5-10 mins) but still will have to wait an additional 5 to 7 minutes to get my order. Have gone to many other Dunkin sites and have not experienced this with mobile ordering. Several items that are available at other Dunkin locations are frequently not available at this site. I went to this dunkin' this morning on the way home from a family vacation looking for some breakfast. something simple couple donuts and a few drinks. the workers here clearly don't know how to make frozen coffees. i asked for 2 small and 1 medium frozen coffee, what i got was something way to creamy and frothy to drink. made me nearly sick to my stomach. at first i watched the workers make something with a way to dark color to it, looking like a mixture of hot chocolate and coffee. when i finally got my drinks they were way to light of a color and had no resemblance to what the drink should be. didn't taste anything like a frozen coffee should. do not recommend this dunkin' donuts at all. the person running register also forgot to add my third drink to the order and i had to reorder it, along with them not putting whipped cream on the drinks like i specifically asked. not a good place to get your food from. read more

AWFUL!!!! I live really close by from that Dunkin Donuts. I go there 4 to 5 times a week, everyday at the same time, ordering everyday the same thing. And guess what? Dunkin' - The longest bathroom line ever - Donuts Near Me - Dumfries, Virginia

We were traveling from North Carolina back to Maryland and needed a quick restroom and coffee stop off of the highway so this is where we stopped, but I wish we didn't. This should have been an in and out in five or so minutes, but we were here for more than thirty minutes. It wasn't even busy and there were a lot of employees working!! We had only ordered two hot drinks and two donuts and it took way too long. We should not have been here for a half hour. Maybe the drive thru is the way to go, but inside service is definitely not the option. Next time. we will make sure to just bypass this store and stop somewhere else. The restroom is clean, but only one toilet for each the men's and women's restrooms. Luckily, we were first to use the restroom, but when we came out, there was a line with four women waiting. read more

This is a small town Dunkin' Donuts and it is everything you would expect. There are quite a few seats for a DD, which is nice but we were just grabbing donuts to go. The prices are reasonable and the quality is typical DD. They had heart shaped donuts that my family thought was great since it was Valentine's Day weekend. Uneven ratio of staff for drive-thru orders to inside customers. "Why wait then?" Considering a twelve hour drive and the expectations being at a minimum yet somehow still waning, it seemed better than the prospective alternative to the experience of a different Dunkin'. For two donuts it almost took 25 minutes. The group in front of me waited fifteen minutes just for their order to be taken, then required approximately another 15-20 for completion. All the staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to the environment, displaying ill concern for anyone waiting. If I had to summarize this store with one word it would be: pitiful. read more

Came here for the first time today on August 8th around 5PM,Usually go to the Dunkin' Donuts near the Potomac mills mall but this one happened to be more convenient ,unfortunate and I ordered my usual iced coffee with caramel ,cookie dough ,almond milk and sugar! it's always been good ,I've got it plenty of times ,but today it was POORLY MADE , it did not have ANY caramel or cookie dough flavor that I specifically asked for , it was a regular iced coffee and it was so watered down as soon as I got it they also failed to put the almond milk! ,I usually pay $2.50 MAX for the medium I paid $3.51 because they charged me .50 for almond milk which seemed like they definitely did not put NO almond milk in my drink .the iced coffee was Very dissatisfying,tasted like water and sugar! far from worth it! This place is terrible. some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I came in for a quick pit stop on the way to Baltimore. I approached the counter and was the only person in line waiting. The two employees behind the counter didn't acknowledge me once. A third employee was busy scooping ice cream. After about 10 minutes of waiting one guy looks at me and finally slurs "can i help you?" yeah, i say. i order my sandwich and donuts and i take my number. i sit at the table and wait. about 20 minutes goes by and the cashier is calling out numbers. i don't hear mine. i hear couple before me. then a couple after me. i wait a couple minutes. i see people coming in and out. i see a bag on the counter. i walk up and ask the cashier if this is mine. he looks up and stutters, "uh-uh, yeah" i grab my food and leave. they never called my number and if they did they didn't bother to let me know again from my seat about 10 feet from the counter. this place sucked. took forever to place my order, took forever to get my food, and the service was horrendous. Unfriendly, unprofessional, untimely, and just plain lame people there. I will never come back here again. I'll stop in DC for a doughnut. It'll be worth the wait. read more

Decided to grab breakfast before an appointment. Mistake. I'm not sure what was with my cashier, maybe 7am was too early but she wasn't completely there. I told her I wanted just the sandwhich & she kept repeating me or asking if I wanted a meal. THEN my husband ordered and specifically asked for the meal. When we paid & waited she handed us our things & we noticed... No hash browns. She then says she didn't charge us & takes the card from my husband & swipes. So we ended up up paying EVEN MORE because it was ring in as separate instead of a lower price because it's a meal. Then when eating hash browns... Bleh. 6! SIX round little hash browns for a 1$? & they didn't taste that well. Super disappointed & pissed. & apparently they offer a military discount that we didn't get to take advantage of. This is about the only Dunkin Donut place I have found that actually seems to have a complete stock of donuts and they are fresh in the morning. I've not tried their restrooms. I've had some troubles from time to time with service but all in all this place seems pretty good to me. Hard to give a donut place a much higher rating. And the Baskin-Robbins ice cream always seemed to me to be ice cream that was cheap enough to be affordable but cheap enough to be barely eatable. This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been too!!!! The lines are always extremely long inside of the building. During my visit today, it took me 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Then after leaving realized that I was charged twice. Went back to the store and showed the receipt to the Manager Monique and she suggested that I come back to the store on Monday for a refund. It was poor customer service, as I showed her the receipt and bank statement. It was a totally waste of my time and will never go back! Beware! This is not at all near I-95, despite what the freeway exit sign says. This was annoying. Strike one. Then the cashier assumed, without even asking how I take it, that I wanted loads of cream and sugar in my coffee (I didn't). Strike 2. Service in making a breakfast sandwich was abysmally slow, so slow that after losing my patience, I had time to write up 90% of this review while I was waiting. Strike Three. We always say we aren't coming back but end up doing so because they have a drive thru and I can't always wake my little one up to go inside or my husband is in cammies and can't get out to go inside. They're consistently terrible, not even exaggerating.... DONT waste your time or money at this DD. EVERY single time we go they never have munchkins, it can be 6 am - 10 am or what ever, they never have munchkins.... The donuts they serve look like my 6 year old frosted them, and the coffee is horrible. They just seem to not GAF about the quality of their product.. And they use the DD brand?. The people that take your order act like they don't listen because when they repeat your order back, it's never even remotely CLOSE to being accurate. Hands down worst DD I've ever visited. All I wanted was ALOT of donut holes or whatever they're called here. After being informed that they didn't have enough to order (didn't want to make them I'm assuming!) I asked for two dozen regular donuts. In the minute it took me to drive to the minute and pay, I verified that I only wanted regular donuts as they were for a school function. Guy at the window asked if I told the girl who took my order because they already had my boxes ready. It seemed like a lot of hassle over 24 glazed donuts. I didn't want to give the kid a hard time and regardless they'd get eaten but this place needs a serious customer service adjustment. I figured once we dove into the boxes that I was being given the hodge podge of old donuts they had on the racks. Never again!
