This is the first time we have been here. The inside is decorated nice and the staff is friendly and patient as we decided what we wanted to order. I ordered an ice cream sandwich where they have vanilla ice cream on two homemade chocolate chip cookies. My daughter created her own Cinnabon with coffee icing and bananas bread bites. She ordered a cookie and a piece of banana bread as well. Everything was delicious. Great dessert after having a great lunch. We will come back and try more. read more

I would give it 3.5 Stars! Cinnamon rolls weren't that hot, and looked and tasted undercooked. The flavor icings and toppings were delicious! Little pricey. By the time I got home (maybe 20 minutes) the toppings fell all over to the side lol. It does take awhile for the employee to mix and make the icings and put the toppings on them. Came here one weekday around 1:30PM or so for dessert (after eating lunch elsewhere).... The girl working the cashier was friendly, but it appeared she was the only one working. I thought this place was somewhat like a Cinnabon or Auntie Anne's, where food is constantly made fresh throughout the day. But it didn't seem to have much of an appetizing "cinnamon bun" smell inside (at least when I went it didn't). I placed my order, just ordering the typical cinnamon bun and got my order pretty quickly. I took it home, about a 10 minute drive, opened it up and it appears the cream topping has all run/shifted to one side, which wasn't very appetizing in appearance. I then tasted it... it was decent. Not a lot of cinnamon flavoring, but decent. I wasn't too impressed, so when they emailed me, asking what I thought, I was honest and the management reached out to me instantly. They asked me to come back for another, on them or they would refund me. This is GREAT service and something I truly appreciate! I'm sure they're still going through the growing pains of being new, having just opened a few months ago, so I feel they're definitely worth a second try! I'll definitely return! read more

Fresh, new dessert spot in our area with plentiful ways to customize their cinnamon rolls with your favorite toppings. Staff was friendly and efficient. Hubby got the Sweet Lemon Roll and I had the Caramel Apple Pie Roll. Both were fresh and delicious. Mine was super sweet and I don't eat a lot of sweets at one sitting. Not sure how to preserve for the next day with the apples on top, but we shall see! read more

Wow ! Cinnaholic is amazingly good! The cinnamon rolls with icing are incredible and the variety of combination flavors and toppings will having you crave them all. The chocolate chip banana bread is a special treat, so rich! The staff is very helpful. I hope they can keep up with the demand and hire they help they need. The little restaurant is cozy with happy decor making you want to sit around and eat cinnamon buns all day long. Remember to heat up your take home rolls because they're better that way read more

My wife brought three varieties home to "share" with the family. The family almost did not get to try any! I had to stop myself from eating them all! Peanut butter- had a DELICIOUS peanut butter frosting over the top of a standard cinnamon bun. Strawberry - FRESH slices of strawberries and crumbled Oreos. The owner told her it normally has brownie pieces but they had run out. A good thing for a new business! They are that busy! 3rd variety - not sure what it was called but it had delicious frosting and a TON of chocolate chips. So the idea here is you can get a regular cinnamon bun OR add different toppings of your choice or their selection to the bun. The buns themselves were amazing and adding the toppings just made them that much better. We will be back for sure! read more

This was our first visit. We went during their National Cinnamon Roll Day event which is literally the best place to be to celebrate! Unfortunately, for us, it was left us feeling unsatisfied. It was overcrowded and took FOREVER! (We got there a little before 6:30pm and left around 7:50pm) They only had 2 workers there. I feel that if you're going to hype up an event like this, you would have plan accordingly to have the right amount of workers there for the entire day, especially in the evening. The two workers did their best and I was giving them lots of grace, considering this is still a relatively *new* business. When we go there, we were 3rd in line. I waited in front of the cash register for over 15 minutes to place my order because one of the workers had to get the other orders situated as there may have been multiple online orders between me and the previous in person order. The other worker was scrambling all over the place to keep up. The one running the cash register was going back and forth. Again, giving them grace because they have to keep business going. I could tell they were stressed out. We were given a gift card with a QRcode on it and they didn't know how to use it, so I ended up paying out of pocket instead. Had I known that I'd be there for an hour and half waiting to order and waiting for 45 minutes for our cinnamon rolls, I probably would've bailed, especially with two littles in tow. I also should have checked our bag before we left since we came home to find that we were missing part of our order. Super frustrating. I called cinnaholic and they promised to refund me by the end of the night- still waiting on that. The cinnamon rolls were tasty though- super sweet and heavy on the icing; we were unable to eat the entire thing in one night and hopefully we'll be able to preserve it to enjoy it the next day. The appearance was not very appealing. When we got home, all the icing and toppings slid off the cinnamon roll, and the cinnamon roll didn't seem to be hot nor warm. For picture purposes, I "re-icing'd" it. But overall, it tasted good. We had the very berry cinnamon roll and shake rattle and roll with minimal modifications; and we were missing our baby buns order. Bummer for our daughter who was heartbroken to find her order was missing, she did enjoy tasting our cinnamon rolls. We might come back and try again, but probably not during an event. Also depending on how crowded it is and how many workers are there. read more

Who needs cinnamon buns from a big name chain? Not me. Went into Cinnaholic after spotting the shop while looking for dinner. Wen to, and as I opened the door, the scent of cinnamon rolls washed over me. Floating on this smell, I went up to the counter and was overwhelmed by the number of variations available. Me being me, I settled on the "old school" original cinnamon bun. Then I spotted the cookie dough. Yes, a lump of cookie dough this one called Elvis. Peanut butter and pretzels on top of a fist sized blob of dough. VERY decadent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They weren't pushy when I took my time, and once I was ready, they were. While my order was being prepared, I had a brief chat with a gentleman I took to be the owner. Now for the business end. The rolls are AMAZING. They are softer, fresher, and more flavorful than those National chain ones you see the name on all sorts of things. And it's just the right size. Not overkill at all. Spent $40 on the bakers box, it's supposed to be a half dozen rolls with toppings. Received plain rolls that looked like a toddler threw them in the box from across the room. Delicious, fresh, and great service. Even though it was opening weekend, everyone seemed to be working together well. Staff was friendly and kind. We tried the apple Caramel roll, the very berry roll, a s'mores roll, and the Cookie Monster. Every single one was amazing. I used to really like this place when they first opened, I was actually there opening day and everything was perfect but recently the past two times I have been I noticed the rolls are getting smaller and smaller and not nearly as many toppings put in like there once was. The food here is delicious! So many options and everything is vegan! You could eat here every day for a month and never have the same thing twice. The owner is a local family and veteran, so I love the opportunity to support small business owners too. I know there were some issues when they first opened (I had to wait 20 minutes one of the first days they were open), BUT it is a brand NEW business! Who hasn't had to figure things out when they first started out? They have worked out their early growing pains.
