Ham egg and cheese on apple cinnamon bagel with cold brew
    Ralph H.

This location just opened so we came in. It was very busy. We waited in line for around 8 minutes and then another 10 minutes to get our bagel sandwiches. I ordered a large vanilla cold brew, I don't like the vanilla in it , I would not get that again. I ordered a ham, egg and cheese on an apple cinnamon bagel. I think this sandwich would taste better on a regular bagel and the apple cinnamon bagel would be better by itself. My daughter ordered a veggie sandwich and she said that was pretty good. Overall I will go back and try different bagels by themselves. I want to try the cold brew plain. The inside is tight not a lot of room to move around. The hours are from 6 am till 2 pm.

I miss the old Einstein that was in Eagle Village back in the day! Think Roses. I just got an Asiago bagel and chive cream cheese Meh. And there's a weird after taste. I mean food isn't what it used to be anyway but this was just ok. The bagel is too chewy for me. No bite to the cream cheese. It was okay. I mean they have all these gadgets to make stuff I just want tasty food. Coffee was a no. No body, bitter. I might come back try in a few weeks or a month this was grand opening. Always room for improvement.

I have been waiting for this place called Einstein Bros Bagels to finally return to the Fred'burg area. It's in a newer location on the corner lot of Plank Rd and Bragg Rd. They have parking that is shared with other businesses. As you walked in, they have an open kitchen concept, it's clean, limited seatings and à wide window all around. They offer not only a variety selection of bagel sandwiches from breakfast to lunch but also muffins, cookies, desserts, iced and hot beverages. I ordered 2 sandwiches: 1) Nova Lox on pumpernickel. The bagel itself was fresh, soft, lightly toasted around the edges and with a hint of sweetness. The ingredients of shmear, tomatoes, capers, red onions and cold smoked salmon. The red onions were sliced too large and it was little overpowering but with the generous portion of shmear and capers hitting your palate, it was amazingly delicious. 2) Texas Brisket Egg on cheddar jalapeno. The combination of ingredients such as smoked beef brisket, smoked chipotle aioli, eggs and cheese makes this sandwich delicious too but what took it up a notched was the jalapeños. I wish there were more of the jalapeños topping on that cheddar bagel. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and shown great team work. I will definitely make another visit to try other items on their menu.

The bagels and shmears or the Farmhouse Egg sandwiches are delicious! You have to get there early before the line is out the door.

So, my friend and I decided to share a veggie omelet & a black bean & corn veggie burger. Both were excellent, though the burger was our fave. The burger had such a flavorful chipotle mayo (not spicy); it really complimented the blend of corn and black beans with some guac. Yum! The omelet was quite good, too. The incredible selection of veggies were well-cooked and plentiful - asparagus, red pepper, squash, zucchini, red onion, all tucked into fluffy eggs topped with melted provolone. Yum! We'll definitely be back!

When you walk in there's a counter and stools, not many tables, the place is small and needs a little updating. It was Father's Day and the wait was long. Our waitress was great, knowledgeable of the menu, made good recommendations. I had the shrimp and grits which was good but too spicy for me. Steak and eggs were good, not tough at all. I would return to try other items on the menu

I haven't had a bad plate yet! Their biscuits and gravy are to die for! Coffee beans are roasted in house! You can buy beans to go. They make all the coffee house drinks to order. One of my favs is their dirty matcha latte! Amazing! $2 Tuesdays at the ice cream counter will get you two GINOURMOUS scoops of their in house made ice cream. Their sundaes are enough to feed a table of folks. The soft serve is legit my favorite of any I've ever tasted! Fresh meat available as well as deli cheese and meat. Stop by early on Saturdays for their Kunzer bacon special. Usually around $45 for a 10 POUND slab! They have in house bacon available now too! Stop in, you won't be disappointed! Despite attempts to use salsa, cholula, anything, the queso was disgustingly overpowering, being the equivalent of blended cottage cheese on top of a blisteringly hot skillet, which is a hazard, because they seal the skillets off in plastic containers before serving, which is crazy hot when trying to carry to a table. $15 for each of these disgusting skillets, which we could not even finish half of. When I offered feedback, the worker was rude and stated "well, we've been doing it for 4 years this way and you're the first person to say anything", as if that makes a difference - today, it was not the move (it's an American skillet with nothing Mexican about it, just use cheddar or something, it's not even Tex-Mex). The coffee is OK, nothing special, only the wait times are extraordinarily long for what makes Starbucks look like a 5 star-enterprise. Ambiance is charming; definitely stayed for the Jesus Christ-themed coffee, which is definitely a choice to say the least...
