I stopped by today for the first time. I'm not a super spicy eater. I ordered a Ruben with extra kraut. Forgot his name but the guy that made my sandwich was very friendly and helped me get the perfect amount of heat. My Ruben was ready pretty quick and it looked good. The Rye bread was toasted perfectly. Nice and crispy. It was the perfect amount of 1000 island spiced up. By the time I was finished the heat was just right. They have a very varied menu almost every sandwich is paired with a specific hot sauce. They also offer free hot sauce tasting. There is also a large selection of hot sauces available for sale. This our first time here so I tried a build your own breakfast sandwich. I ordered a ciabatta bread with chicken and egg and cheese. My daughter ordered a side of chic pea salad. The chic pea salad is flavorful and tasty. The ciabatta chicken and egg, cheese was on golden brown ciabatta bread. The chicken was not dry. The eggs were fluffy and fresh. A good breakfast sandwich. The staff were nice and helpful and patient while we looked at the menu. The inside has a theme of green and white with all kinds of specialty hot sauces on the wall that you could purchase. Excellent Reuben sandwich, packed full of flavor and made fresh to order. The staff were so nice, giving an overview of how the location was more about the spices and sauces than the food itself and pointing us towards the samples in case we wanted to spice things up ourselves. I love it here. I have celiac and this is the best gluten free sandwich in our area. Their gluten free bread doesn't get soggy like others and is sturdy and tasty. My favorite is the steak chimichurri. It's so delicious. Staff are friendly. read more

Hubby got Thai teriyaki chicken. He said it's very good. It's got a little spicy kick. the kids got turkey with cheese sandwich and they said "sooooo good!" Everyone was nice, but there were a few things I would mention. It's a little confusing that the register at the front of the location is not where you place your order... you go to the far back corner of the restaurant and then walk back to the front to pay. The gentleman took our order and not or payment... and we got a combo and no side was given to us. When we got our sandwiches we inquired about the sides and we're told to go back to the cooler near the register you order at and grab your own side. The sides were also tiny. A large disposable ramekin was the side size... and a can of soda made your sandwich into a combo... for $4.50 I need a bigger side and i also need you to tell me to grab my own side. The sandwich i ordered did it had grilled chicken on it, but I didn't realize it was going to be the processed refrigerated pre-cooked chicken breast, warmed up and put in a bun. It wasn't terrible, but when I hear grilled chicken I expect it to be freshly grilled within the establishment. The sauces on the sandwich were very good! I was also pleased to learn they try to keep their ingredient list as short as possible to insure little to no food waste! I might come back if I need something quick, but it i want a really good chicken sandwich I'll probably go elsewhere. Great Local Find! We tried "Always Flavored" today and really enjoyed it! It has a nice bistro-style setup with smart marketing--they sell their own hot sauces and seasonings, which are also used in their dishes. I loved that they keep the sauces and seasonings on the tables so you can try different flavors, even ones you didn't order. The owners/staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great. We had breakfast--the breakfast burrito and the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel were both excellent. Prices were very reasonable. We'll definitely be back! read more

We needed a bite to eat so we stopped in for a sandwich. We split the special ranch sandwich and it was delicious and fresh. We also shared fresh made guacamole which was also yummy. The staff were friendly . It's a cute , bright and clean. Service was fast. I would like to see maybe different drink options like a variety of iced teas that were home made. I don't like to buy drinks in a bottle (soda or bottled teas). We'll be back so my hubby can try some of the different hot sauces. read more

After reading some rave reviews, I decided to check out this local sandwich shop. Located off a busy street, there's plenty of parking. As I walked in, I was welcomed by a very friendly staff member who mentioned they're known for their hot sauces and have been at the brick-and-mortar location since November 2022. The menu is not extensive but there's a sandwich for everyone. I tried their Sunrise Turkey sandwich and loved that everything tasted fresh. The mini baguette my sandwich was on was superb: soft and fresh. My friend got the steak and chimichurri sandwich and after tasting a bite, it was also an excellent choice. Overall, loved this local sandwich joint. Prices are reasonable and you can upgrade to a combo (add chips and a drink) for $4. read more

I recently came across interesting videos posted by Rita, the lady who owns this interesting little spice, sauce, and sandwich shop in downtown Fredericksburg, so I made plans to stop in. Rita was great, very friendly and helpful... she explained their story (which I loved) and their sauces. She gave me samples of all the amazing sauces she makes, all of which I enjoyed. She's got a great range form mild to really hot, but all are packed with flavor and an interesting reason for the recipe. I was actually there for lunch, so perusing the menu, I had a hard time deciding what to order, because it all looked great! I really wanted their Reuben, but I decided to go for something a little healthier and went for their Chicken Swarma pita sandwich with a side of their chick pea salad. The salad was very tasty, fresh and enjoyable. I really luv'd the sandwich though! The flavors in the chicken were amazing, the ingredients were fresh and it was put together perfectly! I highly recommend stopping in, even if only to pick up some spices and/or sauces to use to cook your meal at home... Rita is great and she's got a very nice concept here.... You need to change the name to NEVER FLAVORED. Food was horrible , chewy meat, it's like microwaved pork. The guy asked us how it was twice and both times we said it's not good. My food was cold, ....pork? When he asked us to pay he said did y'all like your food, I said no I had one bite and threw it away in front of you, he said oh okay. Should have known better when "who needs a spatula when you have hands" comment was said. We order here seemingly once a week now for breakfast or lunch via Uber or DoorDash. The breakfast sandwiches here are some of the best in town, particularly the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. My girlfriend has ordered out a couple times as well and said Rita was very friendly while preparing our order. We are looking forward to ordering some of the sauces in the near future. So so good!!! It's really a sauce shop that sells sandwiches, but they're some of the best sandwiches we've ever had! Between my husband, daughter, and I, we had the Sunrise Turkey Sandwich, Roasted Veggie Sandwich, and the Muffaletta. All were fantastic, but the Sunrise Turkey was probably my favorite. The cranberry sauce on it gave it just a hint of heat and it was *chef's kiss*! We will definitely be coming back. read more
