Thumbs up, all around. It's a very good cookie, and the owners are very nice. On the surface it's pricey, but it's no more expensive than Crumbl, and this is not a chain. I got there late in the day on a Saturday, and all they had left was White Orbit...but it was delicious and probably what I would have gotten, anyway. I've been hearing about this place for some time and took the family over. Walked in and immediately got that Disney Star Wars vibe. They has a selection of cookies, I want to say 6 and we bought 4 and 2 drinks. Girl was very helpful in explaining the cookies and drinks. The cost of 4 cookies and 2 drinks really made me feel like I was in Disney World except no lines. Total with tip of $5 was $49.36. Got home ate some of the cookies and they were OK. I'm not a cookie connoisseur but there was nothing special about them. We got the smores, chocolate chip, peanut butter and chocolate and something else I can't remember the name. Would I go back? Insanely good cookies that rival Gideon's in Florida (IKYKYK). Really great theming that adds a unique element to the experience. The cookies are $6 but HUGE and hefty and worth it. Hefty cookies, simple menu. The space and the staff truly commit to the theme. Friendly service. Ordered 3 cookies - chocolate peanut butter, coffee cake. And cosmic crunch. The chocolate chips were still jelly, though the cookie was not warm. Coffee options are simple drip, iced, or hot tea. They do have several syrup options, but I stick with black. It was a decent coffee, but nothing special. I've only tried the chocolate peanut butter cookie so far. Its gooey but the chocolate overpowered the peanut butter to me. Only complaint is that I wish they were still warm - that would be a delightful addition. read more

This is the first time we went there on a cold rainy day and we got in line 10 minutes before they opened and there was already a long line standing out in the rain. They opened at 12 noon and we got inside. The inside was decorated in a Star Wars theme. Very cool it made me feel like I was standing in line at an amusement park for a ride. The staff was very friendly and there was a secret phrase to say to them to receive 10 percent off your order ( out of this world). The cookies are very thick and tasty. We ordered two chocolate peanut butter cookies and two coffee cake cookies. They are 6 dollars each but well worth it. We will go back many more times. read more

We came by from out of town to see the Star Wars type cookie shop. We walk in and see several tv screens playing and a few different painted boxes. We were not sure the reason for the space before the counter. If you wanted to watch the videos it would have become very crowded. We saw the sign to scan for discount. We showed cashier but gentleman said we must give name and email to get discount which the sign did not specify. I did but will unsubscribe as it was a bit aggravating. We took home a peanut butter chocolate chip, coffee cake and chocolate chip, they had sold out of the peanut butter. The peanut butter chocolate chip was our favorite then chocolate chip with sea salt on top then coffee cake. The coffee cake is for sure a breakfast cookie. They are large cookies, dense and a bit under cooked. If we return we would try the white chocolate macadamia nut. The cookies are $6.00 each, good for a special occasion. read more

The Salted syndicate cookie I got is one of the best cookies I've had. It's not too sweet and it is very filling. They are very respectful and kind. The service is awesome and they handle everything very professionally. When you walk in it is literally a space ship and they welcome you very theme like. read more

For absolute Disney lovers like my family, this was a trip to Orlando without ever leaving the Burg! If I could give this place more than five stars I would b/c after talking to the owners today we learned they are just a few regular folks who were inspired to bring a little piece of that Disney magic to Fredericksburg and they nailed it. The details and theming of the bakery are right on point. They did an excellent job with the details and setting the mood from the time you walk through the door. The screens and waiting area are set up like a ride queue. I can imagine when it's super busy it gets tight in that space. The space where you actually ordered also gets very tight, so be forewarned for the coming hotter months. We went on a Thursday afternoon and it was just busy enough. Now to the important part: the cookies!!!! How do they compare to Gideon's (if you've had them) or Crumbl if you're local? I'd choose these over both! For the price, quality, & flavor these are hands down the winner! For six dollars a cookie, it's a great deal! We got the Oreo, macadamia nut, coffee cake (specialty cookie) & the birthday cake. They were all delicious in their own ways and were of course easy to share. More importantly, we tried the smoke coffee! Let me tell you about the magical journey that coffee took us on! I'm a load it down with cream and sugar kind of girl, but needed nothing extra outside of the creamer they added (and I got vanilla) to enjoy a hot cup. Loved it so much and can't wait to get more. The owners were very personable and we enjoyed chatting with them. This is a nice place to go and get your quick Disney fix locally if you fein for the mouse's house like we do, or a great out of the box experience for those just looking for something different to try. It's not just a niche tourist attraction...the cookies are actually insane, and their coffee goes hard. In fact, the cookies and coffee are the best part. The cafe's aesthetic is really just a bonus. Highly recommend the Wizards Delight with a cup of hot black coffee, or the classic Hyper-Chip. The gentleman barista/cookie dealer was very decent and patient. Can't wait to come back. For those wondering about the cookies: They're literally as big as a cheeseburger, easily contains about four-six normal size cookies - great for sharing. They're very soft but chewy with a crispy bottom, nice and dense/moist in the middle, and veeeery rich. They are out of this world. read more

The atmosphere was extremely interesting. Mostly, it had a weird smell of body odor. I would not mind this if the cookie was good... unfortunately it was not. it came out of a cabinet, was not warm, and was extremely dry. It just wasn't good, i had high expectations and they unfortunately weren't met. Won't be coming back, and i suggest you save your money. Absolutely the cutest cookie shop! As u enter through the front door, you walk into a space made to look like a Star wars space ship. TV screens on the walls with characters holding conversations. The cookies are fantastic - we got the cosmic(m&m), the p-nut butter chocolate, and the p-nut butter. While they feel heavy(they r 1/2 pound cookies), they are actually light and delicious. Cookies are $6 each and worth every penny. They also offer hot coffee and hot chocolate and a couple of other drinks. I highly recommend you check them out! read more
