Walked into Kokee Tea and instantly felt like I found my new work-from-anywhere spot. Cozy vibes, chill lighting, and quiet enough to actually get stuff done without feeling like you're in a food court war zone. Ordering was a little confusing at first. The kiosk had me second guessing life choices, so I just went to the counter. Good move. The guy was super friendly and got us straight. I got the piña colada slush and felt like I was on vacation for 10 minutes. My fiancée got the Oreo CC brown sugar drink and loved it. We both wished we could've added ice cream but still no complaints. Atmosphere wins here. We'll definitely be back. Solid 5 out of 5.

WOW!!!!!!!! A lovely establishment in the community for boba, tea, coffee and all in between. This place is truly special as it doubles as a social connection spot and it's family owned. Great jazz played in the background, the establishment and the restroom are clean and the staff are pleasant. We ordered boba and a dessert treat. We will definitely be returning for more!

Kokee Tea. I love where the name comes from and represents! Cute shop with comfy seating to enjoy ice cream or boba. I went here with my niece for boba. She got the taro and I went with the matcha latte. She enjoyed her tea and the bonus was it wasn't as sweet as some of the many places I've been to. I didn't like my matcha latte. It had a really strong and earthy taste to it compared to some of the ones I've had. I'm still going back but opting for a different flavor. The service was quick and conveniently located by my kids' Jitsu gym.

I stopped in this early afternoon following a grocery trip to Lidl and I love the vibe of this place. The Thai Milk Tea with bobas is fantastic. Just what I needed on this warm spring day. Sanawalwala made my beverage quickly, accurately, and it is perfect. Highly recommend!

Just debuted an espresso bar today! The drinks are tasty, go check it out. I very much appreciate the convenient errand fuel.

Had milk tea and daughter had a juice tea--good tasting tea, and decent pearls. Service was decent (only two working that night).

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the sweetest woman, Ms. L, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. We ended up having a lovely conversation about business and Blue Bell ice cream, which happens to be the brand they proudly serve. The shop offers a great variety of treats, including both dispenser-style and individually wrapped candies, along with a selection of specialty sodas. They also serve milkshakes, and while the flavor selection isn't overwhelming, it includes many of the most popular and well-loved options. The space itself is small but clean, inviting, and well kept. While there are no public restrooms, the overall atmosphere makes it a pleasant place to stop in and enjoy a treat. Overall, it was a sweet and enjoyable visit, and a perfect stop if you're in the area and looking to satisfy a craving. Update 4/12/26: We're back! It's Sunday, a beautiful Sunday...so why not have a scoop or two. Ms. L was not working today but service was efficient and the ice cream is scrumptious. I decided on salted caramel with a cake cone this time and my mini chose a scoop of mango in a cup. Delightful!

We shared the food together and were impressed by how amazing it was. There were many items I wanted to try that I never had like the warm goat cheese pecan salad, the bourbon bread pudding, and the turkey jelly sandwich. The ambience was clean & spacious despite how small the area was inside and the tiny bathrooms. The only thing I was not able to have was second filling of coffee. It was still brewing when it came to our time to leave.

Friendly hosts greeted us and find us a seat on a late Sunday afternoon. Nice day gave us the option of courtyard seating or indoor cottage seating. Pleasant service team, great food and a wonderful cottage atmosphere makes this place a great place to stop for brunch. Korean BBQ Short Rib sandwich is a newer menu item. Flavorful, lots of rib meat filling and bread grilled nice and crunchy. It's delicious. Berry Almond French Toast is very good. If you have a sweet tooth for brunch, then do not miss this dish. Steak & cheese melt is a staple on this menu. Filled with nicely seasoned steak, grilled onions and a blend of cheese makes this dish a hearty brunch meal. From the host to the service team, everyone is very efficient and friendly. Pro Tip: use the Yelp waitlist feature on busy days.

Potomac chocolate and Graffiti Cat Pizza is amazing!! Went here while hungry after exploring the…read morecity. Located in historic Occoquan VA, it's mainly a chocolate shop that ethically sources its cocoa from different countries around the world in order to make their in house (mostly dark) chocolate bars and bon bons. They also serve gelato, drinking chocolate (hot cocoa) and on select weekends homemade pizza with sourdough via Graffiti Cat! The shop is very small with no seating inside but there are a couple tables and chairs right outside and in the alley (in the winter we just get it to go or eat in the car). Parking is hard as it's very busy and it's on a historic street so it's all on the side of the sidewalk. The drinking chocolate is my favorite! I always have to order a traditional (think American hot cocoa but with a richer feel), and a European drinking chocolate (smaller cup with less milk but so rich like drinking straight melted dark chocolate!, so absolutely delicious!). I often get their bonbons as well which are handmade and have various flavors like toasted coconut, Ugandan Dark chocolate (named for the country of cocoa origin), raspberry and mint, along with a few others. I got the 70% dark chocolate, the mint chocolate, and the toasted coconut. I liked two of them but the mint chocolate tasted a bit too much like toothpaste to me so I didn't finish that one. Now onto the Pizza. They make their own sourdough for these personal size pizzas, and use fresh ingredients. They have a set menu except for one special pizza which changes each week and is updated on their website. I ordered the margarita pizza and added pepperoni on top. The margarita part was tasty and the sourdough really compliments the ingredients well...if you like sourdough you'll love these pizzas. I would say that the pepperoni is more porky than beefy and since I don't tend to like pork I didn't appreciate it as much as I usually do. If you like pork you will be fine with it. The pizza is NY style in that it is thin and chewy. I think it could use a bit more sauce but it's tasty nonetheless. My husband got the cheese pizza and he enjoyed it but not nearly as much as me (though he doesn't love sourdough like I do). The service is great and I love the adorable cat mascot for the pizza. They hand draw on each pizza box and each one is unique, which is cool. If you look out the window you'll see they 'graffitied' a graffiti cat on the brick on the side of the building. Bon bons: 4/5 Drinking chocolate: 5/5 Pizza: 4/5 TLDR: delicious dark chocolate for drinking and eating; ethically sourced. Pizza pop up on weekends is good and has a cute cartoon cat mascot. Parking sucks, but that's just historic districts for you. I dream of the drinking chocolate and need to get it at least once a month. I definitely recommend both Potomac Chocolate and Graffiti Cat.

They were not overly busy and easy to get to if you're already walking around the downtown area. There's not a lot of parking so expect to look for spots and walk a good distance. Not ideal if you're just going to this area to pick up some food, but its a very nice and unique historic town to visit and see. The variety of choclates is diverse and unique, probably not things you'll find anywhere else. However, many of the varieties are dark chocolate and taste quite bitter. The pizza is unique as well in they use sourdough bread for the crust. Its definitely different, but felt like it overpowered every other flavor on the pizza. Worth a try if you enjoy dark choclates and sourdough, otherwise you may not find much you like to eat here.

I ordered a vegetarian crepe, and my friend got an Oreo crepe. Both were decent, but honestly pretty underwhelming. The flavors were fine, just not memorable, and definitely not something I'd go out of my way to get again. I also tried a vanilla chai latte, which was the same story--good, but nothing special. The biggest downside for me was the value. I ended up spending around $17, and it just didn't feel worth it. Between the portion size and the overall taste, it felt like something I could've easily made at home for a fraction of the price. Service was okay. The woman working there had a more straightforward, no-frills personality--not particularly warm or welcoming, but not rude either. Just very to-the-point. The space itself is also pretty small, with limited seating. It's probably best suited for quick stops or takeout rather than sitting and hanging out for a while. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it didn't give me a strong reason to come back. If you're nearby and curious, it might be worth trying once--but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
