This place is tucked in a strip mall of a more industrial area. Which I love, it's like a diamond in the rough, and that is so accurate. The menu is exploding with awesome options, homemade syrups and all. The inside is super cute, eclectic, raw and ready to roast the best beans. The little seating area is adorable and perfect for some coffee alone or with a friend. And of course I had to bring some orange bourbon beans home with me! I cannot wait to come back!

I went here late Saturday morning with no expectations. What a lovely little place tucked away in a warehouse area. The outside is just the door and signs -- nothing to prepare you for the open coffee roasting operation feel and cozy vibe inside. Serious coffee drinkers come quick. I ordered a Cortado w/ oat milk. The cashier up front was friendly and on my way out helped advise me on which beans to get. Yes, I walked away with their Quixote espresso blend, which is what they use in their espressos. Coffee came quickly and while the foam art was not peak, who cares. The coffee itself was fantastic. It was smooth, rich and no acid on the tongue. There are precious few tables in there and a table of four feels crowded. I love it. It feels very intimate, almost like you are behind the scenes. Shhhh, all you serious coffee drinkers, don't tell too many people how awesome this place is. I rarely give ALL the stars, but this one I had to review immediately and give the love.

This was close to my nearest Costco so I had to check it out! Unfortunately I was unable to sit down and admire everything they had in the seating area but I was fortunate enough to take photos. Parking can be limited as there aren't much spots in front of the shop but I'm sure you can park anywhere that's open since it's a giant industrial part. Walking in there is the fragrance of coffee in the air, and it smells really good. There's shelves of merchandise and lots of available bagged coffee beans to grab and go with. There's a board of their seasonal drinks but if you turn towards the counter, there's the menu as well. Since time was limited, I went with something I like to go for so I got the seasonal Matcha Lavender Latte. I was greeted by a staff member and my order was immediately placed. I got it to go within a few minutes and I went outside to taste test. The Matcha Lavender Latte was made with of course, Matcha, Homemade Lavender Syrup and Steamed Milk. It was smooth, not too sweet but just the right temperature to sip on the way back home. It was delicious. I do want to come back to try out their pastries if they have any and perhaps sit down in their store, the ambiance inside looks vast and features many tables to do your work at. I am amazed that I was the only one in there honestly. Can't wait to come back again!

Stopped in Cervantes Coffee Roastery and Espresso bar for the first time this past week and absolutely loved it! I have been trying new coffee shops lately and decided to give this one a try. The coffee I had was delicious, the shop is really spacious and decorated well, and the ambiance was great. The workers were very nice and it was a great experience overall. I even took a bag of espresso home with me. I will definitely be back!

My father and I have made it our little weekend routine to go to Cervantes every Saturday to sit down over some coffee and a chai latte (my favorite) and enjoy each other's company. The workers and the owner herself are kind and serve us with a smile every time--something I need after a long week. I am always pleased with their chai latte! It is my absolute favorite and tastes so good iced and hot. I highly recommend checking out Cervantes--you are supporting local coffee roasters and possibly enjoying some of the best coffee (in my opinion). Thanks Cervantes!!

If you live within 5 miles of here or just stopping by costco, this is a must go. What an amazing coffee shop and roasters that really just cares about coffee without being too pretentious. They have amazing coffee for the diehard as well as fun concoctions for anyone looking for something sweet. Very hipster vibe in the back room and laid back. They also do classes and training for anyone thay wants to learn how to brew a better cup or new method. Great staff that never judges you for any questions. Don't skip on the food and pastries either, just classic good compliments to a good cup. You won't regret it!

In an industrial part of Springfield, Virginia is a woman-owned and immigrant-owned coffee roastery/cafe. After growing up with a grandfather with a coffee farm in Bolivia, the owner now sources single-origin coffee for the D.C. area. Stopping in on a Friday morning to work, here's my experience. 1) Coffee: Beans from Central and South America are roasted onsite so the smell of coffee surrounds every room. Their menu is large and I really enjoyed the iced honey lavender latte. A sign in the roastery lists the countries where they source beans and the owner visits each farm regularly- Peru, Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil, Bolivia, Honduras, Colombia, Nicaragua, and Guatemala. 2) Food: They sell a variety of pastries. My cheese danish was large and came out warm on a plate. It was delicious! 3) Space: When you first walk in, the space seems tiny. There's a room where you order and it looks dark and old. Walk past it to a medium-sized space where there's the roastery, coffee lab, and tables. There are more tables upstairs! They have free wifi and outlets throughout. 4) Parking: There are a few reserved spots for customers out front.

Such an interesting place for coffee. Definitely the ambiance is very different from chain coffee shop. I was in the area and I am glad I tried them out. The latte I had was just wow. Very fresh and refreshing. I also had a spinach quiche which was ok... could have been better. But the coffee made up for it.

From April 2023. I get charged a random amount for two iced lattes; not sure what determines which price on any given day.

In addition, the drinks that we ordered were just not good at all: +the Toasted Marshmallow Latte - prepared with 2 shots of espresso, choice of milk, and a housemade toasted marshmallow syrup; this tasted like watered down coffee with no 'toasted marshmallow' taste; coffee could have been prepared strong, and we did ask for 'extra hot', but received it regular temperature +Witch's Potion - an apple cider with chai, topped with a dash of cinnamon; probably one of the worst ciders we've had - wasn't really sure the mixture with the chai, but this just seemed like it was an improperly steeped tea that did not have any flavor The staff were friendly, and there seemed to be local patrons who come here on a regular basis. We tried three items: the red velvet cake, the mocha cake, and an apple pastry (not sure of the exact name, but it reminded me of an apple turnover/empanada). Let's start with the red velvet cake, so good. Moist, flavorful, and honestly better than I expected. Red velvet is one of those cakes that's easy to mess up, but they executed it perfectly. What impressed me even more is that we bought it right before closing, didn't eat it immediately, and it still tasted amazing hours later even after being refrigerated. The mocha cake was well-made, soft, spongy, and clearly high quality, but it just wasn't for me. It has a strong coffee flavor, so if you're a coffee person, you'll probably love it. For me, it was about a 6/10. Now the real star: the apple pastry. This was everything. Perfectly flaky, lightly crisp on the outside, and filled with fresh, flavorful apples. It melted in your mouth! could've easily eaten multiples of these!! Service was also a highlight. Even though we came in right before closing, the staff was kind, patient, and efficient. Nothing felt rushed, which I really appreciated. The shop itself is cute and quaint. Perfect for a quick stop or a casual treat. Overall, Paris Baguette delivered. Some items may come down to personal preference, but the quality is there. I'd absolutely go back, especially for that red velvet cake and the apple pastry . Sidenote: they also have candles & birthday decor for purchase!
